La facilidad de implementar y trabajar con formatos innovadores para poder comunicarse con el usuario final. Estos formatos han ayudado a incrementar el porcentaje de conversión de campañas de recarga y fidelización.
Puntos en contra:
Que puedan integrar WhatsApp como canal de comunicación con el usuario final.

¡Gracias por tu review alejandro! Justo este mes tenemos un upgrade en donde vamos a agregar a Whatsapp y RCS como canales nativos de la plataforma. Lo mismo que puedes hacer con SMS, lo podrás hacer con Whatsapp y RCS. Saludos, Equipo Messangi

SMS delivery is good, and their service is responsive.

Recently, Messangi improved their "Reports" and we are now finding it easier to understand our usage.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Messangi has be a pleasant one, the support and customer service staff have been very supportive and the software allows effective communication to my customers.
Puntos a favor:
Availability of multiple channels of reaching and engaging my customers. The customer support team is easily accessible and customer centric they pay attention to turn around time for the resolution of queries.
Puntos en contra:
There is a limitation in characters for the Blast title, however this not a major issue.

It is an industry standard that sms messaged have a limit of 160 characters due to some carrier limitations. We will reach out to understand your use case and find some alternatives.

Comentarios: Every single interaction I've had with Messangi has been pleasant, helpful, and positive. They're true experts in their field! It is a very good platform for allowing our content service to engage our audience.

Messangi has a lot of documentation around all of their funcionalities. Their customer service is very good . They also have a lot of useful features for their customers to utilize. What I like the most is that I can manage all my communications in one place and with the reports I can evaluate how effective my campaigns are.

No problems so far, and nothing negative comes to mind.

Messangi Platform Review
Comentarios: My experience with Messangi has been good. The learning curve is not steep and this platform has really made it easier for the business to communicate to a large group of customers within a matter of minutes.
Puntos a favor:
Messangi's interface is very user friendly. The analytics displayed on the dashboard is very simple, yet effective. Its bulk messaging capability is exceptional as messages are sent quickly. The feature which allows users to preview the message on an iPhone or Android is also a plus!
Puntos en contra:
A drawback of this platform is that regular users cannot create new alpha tags, but a member from the support team will quickly get this done.
