Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. With regards to updates to an existing calibration, changes are not sent automatically. You can however manually send them using the built-in inspection email function and selecting the applicable recipients from the list of site affiliated users. This gives the sender granular control. Note that user new user comments, including action plan comments, are sent automatically. Again, we appreciate your feedback.

An Invaluable Tool

Comentarios: We have had a very positive experience with the Bindy platform, and with the service and support we have required from time to time.

With a network approaching 400 units nationwide, Bindy is an invaluable resource. The archiving of reports, photos, and more provide us the historical data we need to effectively manage and support our Franchisees.

My complaint isn't an issue with Bindy, but with the personnel who submit the reports. Inconsistency in the collection of information is a human challenge we are still working to address.

Thank you for your review. We are noting the challenge posed by human submissions. Many customers now utilize the “Mandatory photos” and/or “Mandatory videos” feature of Bindy to provide photographic evidence that the standard was met. However, there is always the challenge. We appreciate the insight and the partnership.

Most Effective Compliance Platform!

The Bindy platform has been amazing for our company. Bindy makes everything easy, from setting up compliance forms, conducting location visits, and exporting visit data. Everything I need is just a click away. Every time I have a question and reach out to the support team, their response is prompt and thorough. There is nothing more I could ask of a compliance platform.

Thanks for your review. Customization and 27+ reports, graphs, and charts, are essential parts of the Bindy platform. Thank you for your feedback about report filtering. This is done for speed with “sensible defaults”, but we appreciate that some users may want to control the report, the first time around. We will discuss this further with the product group.

Comentarios: We use Bindy to take photos, notes, and gather data at our sites. It has really helped us to be more efficient and to review the data that is collected with other colleagues. We can easily look up locations and data, and analyze the data gathered to develop action plans.

Thanks for your review, and for commenting on the efficiency and ease of use of the app. We spend a lot of time making Bindy intuitive and fast. While we have 27+ built-in reports, including trends, best and worst, summaries and raw data, and countless other charts, graphs, and visualization, we understand that some customers may need to go over and above or generate very specific reports. For those cases, we recommend using the API. This allows you to extract the data from Bindy automatically and load it into an enterprise data warehouse or analytics package where it can be correlated and visualized according to very specific needs. Great Auditing Tool for our Company

Wish audit/form creation was more drag and drop, versus having to go into each question and change the question number order

My Bindy Experience

Comentarios: Great- It is a complex system that offers many business solutions- yet easy to use.
The team a Bindy is helpful and takes pride in their work. It has been obvious in my interactions that they want me to use the system and be happy with it.

It is intuitive- I am not a "read the manual" type of person- I like that next steps are logical.

Comentarios: Nous utilisons Bindy depuis 2016 et apprécions les développements faits tout au long de ces années pour rendre l'outil toujours plus efficace. Le support est également à souligner.

L'outil permet une autonomie complète de ses administrateurs. Les formulaires sont créés facilement et sont paramétrables pour ne cibler que certains profils ou pour s'activer et se désactiver à une date précise. Bindy propose de nombreux rapports permettant une analyse et facilitant la prise de décisions. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent en comparaison d'outils similaires. Le support est très présent et très réactif.

Puntos en contra:

Notre entreprise utilise exclusivement les outils 'Google Suite' et l'outil Bindy utilise largement MS Excel demandant quelques manipulations à l'administrateur lors des chargements de masse ou lors de la génération de rapports. Cet inconvénient est cependant invisible pour l'utilisateur. L'utilisation de l'outil est possible offline, mais demande une manipulation (trop) complexe pour l'utilisateur.

Regarding roles and permissions, did you know that roles can be renamed and permissions can be set at the form level (which gives you complete workflow control)?
