Sometimes I can't fond some functionalities but customer support always guides me. If something is wrong with a functionality, they bring it back after a while.

Comentarios: I love using Zooza, it just made managing my business so much easier!

Great user interface and functions, I like the email reminders to the clients and easy group communication.

Puntos en contra:

It's not easy to change client data have to go through zooza team. Sometimes the clients put in their emails wrong or the numbers without the country code - I'd love to be able to correct them right away so that I can use the SMS function. I don't have the online card payment function (it's not available in Ireland) so it would be nice for parents to have that option right away.

Comentarios: So far I and my colleagues evaluate the experience as mostly positive.

Zooza is an excellent platform for Sports clubs and various organizations focusing on children's activities. It provides many features that make day to day administration of many registrations easy and accessible to our back-office team. The Zooza team is also very responsive and always friendly when you contact them regarding any issue. Frequent updates prove Zooza team's constant desire to improve.

Puntos en contra:

The servers tends to be laggy when many customers use Zooza at the same time. Especially after an update. There is definitely a room for improvement there. Also the user profile setup needs an overhaul asap. But according to my information, the Zooza is working on an improvement as I write this review.

Helpful system for maintaining clients data

Comentarios: Overall Zooza saves my time and covers all data which I need, even though some actions need more time to be done, this system is very useful.

Zooya is very helpful system where I can collect clinets data, manage attendance, payments and also shcedule.

Some actions I need to do for each client individually, even though I need to do the do same action for more clients. Also calendars overview is very wide and I need to scroll a lot to see part of the schedule which I need. I also miss monthly payments overview, I cant see clearly on one place which client already sent the payment.

Comentarios: My experience is more than positive and I do not have any reason to change it.

I like how many features it offers at one price. My students love to work with their profiles, to see their attendance, and to receive reminders. What I love the most is that all payments are paid on time.

I am missing the scheduling for flexi lessons, but according to the information from Zooza team - It will be created soon

Zooza is a great help

Comentarios: As we have many students - individuals, groups and also kid courses - it is many lessons that need to be checked / created everyday. Zooza helps us to automate scheduling process and to improve number of our lessons. We also decrease number of emails sent from our students as they use their easy-to-use profile and they see everything needed there. I suggest ZOOZA to every business which needs to decrease number of emails, phone calls, have payments paid in advance and have less adinistrative work.

I like, that Zooza is easy to use. It also offers many useful functions which automate our processes easily. The clients profile is simply and they like it, what is very important for us.

We have few missing funcions, but as we are in touch with ZOOZA team daily, I am sure that we will find a solution how to create/solve them soon.

Comentarios: The biggest benefit is that we do not need to communicate with the clients about their lessons and substitutions.

The prodct is easy to use. The integration was easy as well thanks to the great customer service.

Puntos en contra:

Creating invoices is a bit difficult for us and could be improved. The another issue is the calendar because when we need to print or just see the overview ( all the teacher ´s lessons ) it is visible very badly.

Definitely the communication, attandance a replacement management. I also found very useful for success of the project to copy clients between periods.

Comentarios: It is our first reservation system and we are happy to have it, envolved in our working life. Still getting used to in in our team, as we are growing as a company and our portfolio too.

We are using the most registration (clietns, collecting contacts) and reservations. It gets us good review, to watch the plan, easy orientation in calendar and offer.

Less user friendly. It was tought for our clients to sign in, orientate, go right way to register/book their dates. too many open options has become a problem - when it is up to user to choose a way, too much extra work to help them, navigate them and do it instead of them at the end.

Comentarios: What I really enjoy is the good value/product ratio, the pro-client oriented staff at Zooza and the fact they keep updating functionalities that keep my life easier each time. I really appreciate that.

It saved lots of time dealing with communication, making reservations, managing staff and other administrative tasks that kept me busy. Now I can dedicate that time to making my business grow.

The only thing was when at the beginning I had to get used to new system, but this I have with any online application, I do not enjoy the learning process. Once I get used to it, I am happy.

Zooza saves us a lot of time

Comentarios: We have been working with Zooza for several years and have seen it grow and adapt to our needs quickly. The development of this application is really dynamic - it was shown during the COVID-19 period, when we basically had to go online in a few days. Until now, we don't know how it was possible to get so many new functionalities for online in Zooza basically in a days...

We appreciate the way of managing courses and payments the most, which makes our daily work easier and saves a lot of time, especially in the area of registrations and payments.

The new way of communicating via emails in Zooza didn't quite suit us at first, but after communicating with support, we found a way to use it effectively for our needs.

Comentarios: Despite the difficulties at the beginning (Zooza was the first management system we have ever used in our language school) the experience is very positive.

No possibility to send group e-mails to all lectors/teachers.

Comentarios: Overall experience is very good!

Puntos a favor:

I like to most support and care for the customer of Zooza. Zooza has lot of great features and developers are constantly working on making it the best for us as customers. Weekly or monthly is Zooza releasing updates so this constant work is gonna make it the top product!

Puntos en contra:

It is not much intuitive so you really have to learn all the features to make a use of it. Also I would like to see more fresh and up to date design of the application. It would be cool to have Zooza as phone app.
