Puntos a favor: I don't have any such points to say something on.

Contras: Support is not good. I feel that some basic understanding of finance function is missing in IcSoft. One module bills discounting took much longer time for development. Also, there are other points. Sometimes we see errors like trial balance is not matching, every finance related software should have a lock such that if debit and credits doesn't match, no entry should get saved. So, if there is such a lock, no error should arise saying trial balance total mismatch.

Comentarios: It is good for any organization and this software also helps to generate various types of MIS report by it's in built BI Tools.

Puntos a favor: It is very user friendly. User easily input their necessary data in the system and also can use their Mouse.

Contras: Flexibility on Report generation. The BI Tools of this software is very flexible to generate various reports.

Comentarios: Good support

Puntos a favor: Including PPC Module integration is very fine ,and report s export to excel facility is there so we can utilize and make multiple reports as our customs need.

Contras: Presently we are in Icsoft version 4 implementation stage, but we are happy with old 2.5 ver,

Comentarios: it is yet to go live

Puntos a favor: very detailed, technical and comprehensive

Contras: Extremely costly, very unattractive software
