Can't beat the Support!

Comentarios: Rosemark has provided flexibility, ease of use and efficiency for scheduling and payroll processes. Overall our experience has been nothing but positive.

Puntos a favor:

Working with the Support team we have been able to modify the system to fit some of our unique needs. Our staff and clients benefit from the real-time notifications. The ability to quickly communicate with staff and the flexibility of text messaging and email works very well with our team.

Puntos en contra:

As a Canadian, most US software has difficulty with Canadian tax codes and Rosemark is no different. Again, the support from the Rosemark Tech team has been great and they keep working on it! It would be nice if the Desk top features were also in the Web app but that is a minor quibble!

Reliable product with exceptional customer service

The user friendly interface, and the ability to configure to my agency specific needs. The staffing is superb at handling any questions immediately. Best software product I have used.

No cons for our agency. Rosemark has been consistent and no issues have ever arisen.

Comentarios: it's good when it works properly, Lately it has not been saving my work and I have to keep re adding it, sometimes multiple times.

Ease of adding Clients and Caregivers, and canceling shifts.

needs more options instead of just Refused shift for the caregiver, need to add Request off, Vacation, working other job.

Scheduling software tailored to the in-home care industry

Comentarios: Rosemark is helping us to go all digital rather than having paper forms for everything.

Rosemark has been a great choice. We used a cheaper software prior to making the change and the advantages have been well worth it. Their customer support is excellent.

Puntos en contra:

There are functions which are not intuitive and require training to be able to use. Each time I bring on a new employee in the office it takes a while for them to become high level users.

Comentarios: My organization's experience with Rosemark has been outstanding. They are clearly interested in providing the best service in the industry.

Occasionally, I find a specific report I'd like to generate and am unable to do so. The customer service team at Rosemark is always willing to discuss finding a way to meet my needs.

Comentarios: My staff and myself have a great working relationship with the support team. They are very professional and available when needed to answer any questions as well as train new staff members.

The product is very user friendly, I liked the scheduling system for our caregivers to clock in and out also to send notifications. Run reports and uploading documents. The online webinars and training videos are very helpful.

Puntos en contra:

The software does not give me the capability to resend notifications I have to create a new notification each time. Also, the ability to document hourly notes on our patients which is something the company is working on.

Rosemark is fully automated and makes payroll and invoicing a breeze when using QuickBooks. We have grown with Rosemark through the years and they have made many improvements with the changing of times. The introduction of the APP a few years back has been awesome and the caregivers have enjoyed having access at their fingertips.

The cons are minimal and not worth mentioning.

Good customer support, works well enough and serves the basic purpose that we need.

Puntos en contra:

Not easily accessible on non MS Windows computers. Not having a good 'family room' for customers to access data for their family member. Can't track which user in our company made a change to our data in Rosemark. No audit trail of user actions is what I am referring to.

I love the support team! They are super helpful, friendly and great to work with! Rosemark has great training videos and a wonderful users guide. The best thing about this system is that Rosemark truly listens to feature requests.

This system can be complex to "non-techy" users. However, the support team is just a phone call away to help with ANY question!

Product and Service Top Notch

Comentarios: My overall experience has been great! When i have to call with any question or issues I am always met with professional and friendly staff who always go above and beyond to help me. That said I have had very few issues. When I presented them with a merging issue with another software they stepped up and worked hard to meet my state requirements in a timely manner.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use. It is easy to train new users. When you set up a client or an employee the features provided make it simple to keep track of expiring credentials. There are many reporting features to keep track of statistics and a new report hub that makes tracking simple and you are able to print out professional looking reports.

Puntos en contra:

The only improvement would be more ways to sort, view and print information.

Comentarios: Huge timesaver with scheduling! Corporate loves that we can enter the information in Indiana and they can then access it is New York for invoicing! Ability to track visit logs/EVV for Medicaid Waiver compliance is easy now and puts us in compliance!

Ease of use when scheduling our clients and caregivers. Love the ability to customize the care plans, caregiver info etc. Helpful with adding invoicing options etc. Tracks attendance, and scheduling fluctuations. Hands down best customer service I have ever received! They have walked me through numerous challenges I had in the beginning and still have as we use more and more of the features.

Puntos en contra:

There is a learning curve in how to use. ie splitting shifts to mark tardy. How to properly enter schedules etc to get desired results.

Awesome Scheduling Software

Rosemark is a very versatile and vital part of our company. It provides a wide variety of scheduling, administrative, and business functions. Without it, I could not run my business. Additionally, their customer support and training is unparalleled in the industry. I highly recommend using Rosemark for any home health business.

I do not have any issues with the software. IfI do have a problem, a quick phone call to their customer support team usually solves the problem.

Comentarios: We are not having any problems. If we have questions or want to know how to do something, we call their office and they will walk us thru and explain everything immediately.

Overtime calculations. Wish it would calculate caregivers overtime on each specific client's billing without adding overtime from other clients that the caregiver also worked at.

Great software

Comentarios: Solves the problem of care givers clocking in or out from a client's house in the driveway or after they leave. Rosemark has a GPS feature. it has solved a lot of problems we have having employees that are out in the field and not in the actual office

Ease of use. We use this daily to schedule caregivers. they keep up to date on the latest technology. they have webinars often to show what's new. overall a great system with great customer service!

Absolutely crucial to our business + great customer support

Comentarios: Overall experience is great with Shoshana the program, but it is over the top in terms of customer service. Their team answers the phone and is always very knowledgeable and eager to help us with our issues. They have also helped me generate various year end reports that saved me countless hours of time fumbling around doing it myself.

Ease of use. I also like the fact that new features are added pretty regularly.

Sometimes the great new features that get added take me a minute to figure out how to use them.

Home care agency using it for data purposes mainly

It does not do bimonthly on some reports and EVV that I need. There are work around a but I'm hoping they adjust for this soon

Easy to use product with awesome support team.

This software makes it easy to schedule our caregivers, keep track of our clients shifts, track caregiver log in and log out, and for the caregivers to check their schedules and read about the clients they are scheduled with. Customer support is great when we have issues. Software is very user friendly.

I honestly cannot think of anything! This software has proven to be a great tool in managing my tasks.

Linda, most agencies will switch their caregivers to using telephony when running into GPS or WIFI problems but the technology is improving as we speak. not very confidentially friendly. I think when you are using people social security and DOB this software should have protection not everyone should have access unless otherwise noted.
