Decent product

Comentarios: Good. Reps are great. I wish there was more guidance for how to make the CCAT more equitable.

Customizable Assessments with Good Insight

Exceptional Test Alternative

Comentarios: It's been great. The product is great, and their care team is great. From sales to our current account rep, they have been fantastic.

Criteria has an abundance of testing options for recruiting new employees as well as testing current employees. Their cognitive ability test is very useful when trying to determine a candidate's workability. Their personality test is also very helpful when mapping out how a candidate will function in a certain role.

We've only been using Criteria for a few months, and I love it. Can't think of any cons yet.

Please Make it so you can Export Scores Directly from Job

Comentarios: Overall good with the major con being the difficulty of exporting assessment scores by job and having to build a report to get your data. It's hard to train recruiters to do this and it's critical to our selection process success.

Comentarios: We have had an overall great experience with Criteria. We feel that it does give a good insight to a candidates skills, etc.

To be able to create questions around the skills, etc. that you are looking for to fill the position. The emotify piece is great too.

The majority of our applicants (over 70%) are applying to our positions on their phone or tablet. We have found that many candidates do not own a desk top or lap top and they either will not follow through with the assessment or it takes a longer time to access one to complete the assessment. I would love to see the capability of applicants doing the assessment on their Smart phones.

Great hiring tool

The skills and personality assessments are critical in our job searches. We have found that if candidates don't take the time to complete the assessments they're not really that interested in the job. It's also helped us weed out people who are not detail oriented when we find they didn't really follow instructions.

Good service, brilliant idea and workflow, questionable claims on desired results

The concept is great - relatively easy, short assessments for potential candidates. Great workflow and communication. Good Criteria team and onboarding/response support.

The claims about the quality of hires are vastly overstated.I think their intentions are very good, but they really don't have a handle on whether the product and workflow actually works as they state. The process for modifying assessments to hone a better process is vague or non-existent. In the end, it appears to be a generic assessment across a very broad range of industries and jobs (in our case sales roles)

Comentarios: I love learning about new applications and have really enjoyed getting to know Criteria. There are so many functions available and I look forward to continuing to use the product.

Criteria was easy to learn in my new position and the customer support from [sensitive content hidden] was amazing. She checks in often and answers any questions my team has very quickly. There are test templates that can be used or you can create your own to suit your company's needs. This was very helpful to my HR team, as our company recruits for so many different positions.

When creating a test, some of the steps seem redundant but it's important that they're done so that the tests work properly.

Comentarios: Has been good. We use Rubicon and they determine our assessments that we use.

Easy to use platform, user-friendly, clear who point of contacts are. It is also pretty easy how to create an assessment and the reports generated from the EPP is very clear and usefuly for hiring managers with interview questions

Reporting could be better. Integration with ADP on hiring statuses. I think there could be better practice assessments we could use so candidates can prepare better rather than 1 or 2 sample questions.

Criteria- Important Tool for Candidate Review

Comentarios: Has been very beneficial in helping us grow from 50 employees to the 90+ we are currently sitting at.

Helps us determine the correct candidates to interview for the needed positions. Also if the candidate is unwilling to complete the Criteria Assessment who knows what they would not do if they were hired.

I think it is sometimes easy for the candidate to breeze through thus giving inaccurate answers.

Essential in the hiring process

Great reports and easy to read

Comentarios: These assessments are the only piece of objective criteria an employer will receive about a candidate. Often times a candidate might interview well but when the assessment is done it will show they have low abilities in taking in and applying new information with speed and accuracy. In these times when businesses need people to learn quickly, the assessment can really help us identify who will not need repetitive training.

I like the ability to customize the reports based on the job function, picking specific assessments we'd like to include for each type of job. I also like the explanations that are provided for each of the scales. It makes the information easy to understand.

The only con I have is that there is no option to purchase a smaller "bundle" of assessments. I am a consultant working with small businesses who don't do a lot of hiring each year but who could benefit from the assessments. It would be nice either I or my clients could purchase a certain numer of assessments rather than buy "per year". A company I previous did assessments through (Prevue) offered assessment bundles of 10 - 20. The cost per assessment was appox $100 (based on the size of the bundle) This made it cost a bit more manageable for the clients we worked with. So my recommendation would be to offer a bundle of assessments in numbers of 5, 10, 20 or 50. I'd really like to hear back from Criteria if this is something they will consider.

Has significantly helped to streamline our hiring process

Comentarios: Overall positive and satisfied with the solution. The rate increases have been a bit annoying.

The price is fairly high. There are competitive products at a lower price point. The price seems to be increasing exponentially which makes me think twice on every renewal period whether it is worth renewing or not.

A Great Way of Qualifying Applicants

I like how Criteria clearly shows how an applicant is rated based on their answers, and helps us to more easily determine whether an applicant should be moved onto the next step of our hiring process.

The only con, I see is that it doesn't have a perfectly seamless integration with our applicant tracking system. (Example: if an applicant needs to have the assessment sent a 2nd time, the score doesn't show up in the ATS)
