Comentarios: Compañía con mensaje y estrategia muy transparente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El sistema tiene continuas mejoras que incorporan sin coste.

Puntos a favor:

Cezanne es una herramienta con la última tecnología pero cuenta con una funcionalidad súper completa, a diferencia de otras herramientas nuevas que carecen de muchas funciones. El equipo de soporte en España es una pasada, te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas, puedes si necesitas hablar por teléfono o incluso en videollamada, no sólo chat o mail.

Comentarios: Se trata de un software modular, con un corto tiempo de implementación y con una gran flexibilidad para la configuración y su adaptación a los procesos corporativos de Talento.

Puntos a favor:

Las ventajas de Cezanne HR son su flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptarse a los procesos corporativos sin tener que hacer desarrollos a medida. Es una plataforma modular, que permite implementarse y desplegarse con facilidad de escalabilidad. Tiene un gran sistemas de reporting y facilidad para trabajar con la información recogida en el sistema. Un tiempo de implementación corto.

Puntos en contra:

Puedes ser autosuficiente en la gestión y configuración de la plataforma. Pero hay que tener un nivel muy alto a nivel tecnológico para poder realizar algunas de las configuraciones.

Lo más interesante es la flexibilidad para poder adaptar el software a las necesidades propias de nuestra empresa. El equipo de implementación facilita mucho el proceso y son grandes profesionales con una respuesta rápida en todo momento. Además el equipo de atención al cliente da un buen servicio, resolviendo las incidencias a través del portal de manera inmediata.

Puntos en contra:

La parte mejorable es la APP que debería de incluir más funcionalidades.

Comentarios: Excelente de principio a fin. Desde la presentación de la herramienta, hasta la formación, pasando por las actualizaciones periódicas, haciendo fácil, incluso los procesos más complejos.

La cobertura funcional, la sencillez y, sobre todo, el servicio de atención al cliente y soporte

Puntos en contra:

Por decir algo, el precio. Aunque, si lo miras en global, es un poco más alto que el resto de competidores porque las funcionalidades y los servicios también son más amplios.

Comentarios: Es una herramienta de gran ayuda tanto para empleados como para el personal de recursos humanos.

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta muy completa para la gestión de recursos humanos, vacaciones y datos de la compañía. Se puede configurar para ver de forma rápida la estructura organizativa de la compañía y poder ver quien es tu responsable y en qué área te encuentras.

Puntos en contra:

El precio es elevado, si es una compañía grande puede asumirlo sin problemas, pero para empresas más pequeñas puede resultar un handicap.

Comentarios: Mi experiencia es muy positiva. Lo recomiendo a empresas que tengan el tema de nómina resuelto y quieran para la gestión de Recursos Humanos una herramienta fácil de implentar y muy flexible

La flexibilidad a la hora de poder personalizar las etiquetas de las diferentes pantallas.

Puntos en contra:

Echo en falta mayor autonomía a la hora de acceder a la base de datos para poder extraer la información con las consultas cruzadas que a veces se necesitan.

A diferencia de otros programas de HR valoramos positivamente la solución de gestión de la compensación para generar planes específicos para cada empleado sin muchas cargas administrativas.

The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.

Puntos en contra:

Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

An adequate HR website that suffers from many minor issues

Comentarios: Cezanne has by and large improved the HR experience here, however a large part of this is due to how poor it was before Cezanne.
This is a great idea, with good ideas, that sadly falls short of the mark when considering user function.

Puntos a favor:

This software makes it easy to contact my company regarding sickness/annual leave/working from home/etc and provides a nice tracker to show exactly how many days I have taken, and, regarding annual leave, how many I have left. The Dashboard is useful for showing a brief overview of everything I have on there, such as unfinished tasks which is a useful reminder. From a management position it is useful as it allows the review of all employee's absences from one location and provides historical evidence of this. Reports on Starters/Leavers are available via email

Puntos en contra:

Many small issues with the software and the support team. The absence forms are unwieldy and could be greatly improved. One of the greatest improvements that could be made would be the removal of the redundant "OK" button on the absence request form as it literally serves no purpose. The Save button saves it, the Submit Request button submits it, the OK button tricks users into thinking something has been done. The Website itself is somewhat slow to load certain forms however this is manageable. The Home button is simply the Cezanne logo - inexperienced users might struggle to find this. When arranging leave, whether sickness or annual, I need to confirm that my co-workers can cover my shift, Cezanne does not appear to offer any means of CC'ing a co-worker in to the request which would be extremely useful. As a member of IT I require reports regarding Starters and Leavers from Cezanne - these are provided, however expire after a single opening of the link. I appreciate this is for security purposes, however a password protected document would achieve the same aim without totally wiping the data, often requiring re-sending of the email. On certain users in the office Cezanne simply does not work on Internet Explorer and though the support team was contacted several times no fix was ever found. I simply had to install Chrome on each users computer to get it working, however this is suboptimal as IE is the company standard as Chrome cannot be limited so easily.

We agree with you that the OK button on the absence form is confusing. It is going to be removed shortly (and some other improvements made to this area). However, ii sounds as if a number of the issues you mention ¿ such as the logo, reports and team calendars - could be down to the way that your system is set up. If you could let me have your contact information, I can ask someone from our services team to get in touch to set up a call with you and your HR admin. They¿d also be keen to understand the issues you mention with IE as we work hard to make sure the Cezanne HR runs well in all of the modern browsers. We are also working on a more significant refresh of the user interface and would be keen to get some feedback from you. If you are happy to participate in our client research, please let me know.

Comentarios: Cezanne team have been great from initial conversations through to implementation and support. Really impressed by how quick the response is when raising a query through the ticket system.

Comentarios: So far a great experience. As the company has grown, it's been harder to manage employee data and keep up with processes. Cezanne has helped to streamline processes by reducing admin around it. It was quite easy to implement and employee feedback so far has been positive.

Puntos a favor:

The fact that Cezanne is so customisable is a big plus. We have found a home for almost everything we wanted to be able to store/record on Cezanne (and are just figuring out the last bits). It's also very user-friendly and assigning tasks to people really cuts down the number of emails we get! The performance module is great as we can now record written feedback easily, and it can be referred back to.

Puntos en contra:

There are some things which are slightly counter-intuitive e.g. employees wanting to update their picture can only do it via Edit My Details, rather than clicking on 'Picture'. It's not a big problem as there is still a way for them to do this, but it perhaps shouldn't be shown in another place if it's not possible to edit it there.

Comentarios: Great customer service with quick responses. The platform is user friendly and has helped to reduce HR admin tasks significantly.

I enjoy how comprehensive CezanneHR is. It has a wide range of reports you can pull for important data research and compliance etc.It is able to handle global companies i.e AL rules and probation/ notice periods etc.

We found that setting up the system was a very lengthy process, however our implementation manager was very good and explained things well.

Comentarios: Cezanne HR has helped us keep accurate and controlled HR data, and manage absences, leave, and performance seamlessly. The comprehensive Help section provides invaluable training for Administrators.

Puntos a favor:

Cezanne HR is great software for managing HR data and facilitating manager and employee self-service. It has it's own unique features, but overall is a fairly similar product to others in it's field. Where Cezanne HR really stands out, though, is with it's Customer Service! There are multiple methods for users and administrators to contact support, and all being highly responsive, friendly and informative. Cezanne HR values it's customers highly and welcomes product improvement suggestions through their "Ideas Forum", where they seriously consider the possibilities of every suggestion, with many being rolled into system changes in their monthly updates.

Puntos en contra:

The configuration for Performance Appraisals can be a little clunky. each step must be done in order, before getting to the end and testing the form. If you need to change the first step, you then have to roll back every following step and start again. That said, when you do get it right, it produces a fantastic user experience for the employees and managers.

Comentarios: Overall I like Cezanne. It's reasonably cheap and reasonably good. The reporting could be a little better (for example, information on terminated employees disappears post termination) but there's lots of functionality and lots of customizability. I also like that we control a lot of the system, so we can add things to drop downs, take them away, add absence plans, add locations etc etc without needing to call a helpline.

I like lots of things about Cezanne, it's pretty user-friendly and simple so easy to navigate, easy to set up reports and tweak things

Puntos en contra:

The org chart is dreadful. There are a couple of other bits which are not quite ideal, such as needing to click about 4 different screens to find an employee's termination date, or the fact that when holiday entitlement is displayed, it's not immediately obvious what is the annual allowance and what is carry over.

Hopefully as we make enhancements moving forward we can improve the functional experience for you across areas like the Org Unit chart. We'd also be happy to speak to you about the display of Termination dates for staff, as these are pulled through automatically onto the People Summary screen and can easily be brought onto reports by changing criteria. I really like how easy and simple it is to use, as an HR Professional and self service user. There is everything you need all on one page. I also like you can personalise your home screen and add different widgets which i find really useful. The customer service team are brilliant too, nothing is too much to ask and if i raise a query, they always come back so quickly which is fab!!

Puntos en contra:

Sometimes it can be slow. And some things are quite manual on there, for example, if you amend the reporting line, appraisals etc should automatically move over to the new LM but that needs to be done manually.
