Comentarios: DocuPhase permitirá a tu empresa ahorrar tiempo y dinero en tareas cotidianas relaciones con las gestión documental permitiendo realizar otro tipo de tareas. Su integración con múltiples softwares empresariales facilita la comunicación entre distinto departamentos.Lo mejor de todo, está basado en la nube, por lo que tus documentos estarán siempre accesibles estés donde estés.

DocuPhase permite automatizar flujos de trabajo y procesos repetitivos, mejorando de manera notable la eficiencia y reduciendo el tiempo necesario para tareas del día a día. Se integra con multitud de ERP's, CRM's y gestores de correos lo que le da un plus de productividad muy importante facilitando la inter-relación entre distintos departamentos.Lo mejor de todo es que puedes acceder a todos tus documentos desde cualquier sitio al estar basada en la nube, lo que le da una gran versatilidad.

Es un software muy potente y con grande posibilidades que necesitan ser parametrizadas, por lo que el aprendizaje para un usuario novel puede ser complejo inicialmente.Como todo software empresarial, el coste del producto puede ser bastante elevado dependiendo del tamaño de la empresa donde se vaya a implementar. Además, aunque se integra con ERP's, CRM's, etc esta integración puede llegar a ser compleja siendo necesario ayuda de expertos.

Comentarios: Con DocuPhase es posible automatizar gran cantidad de procesos permitiendo garantizar que todos los documentos requeridos no solo se reciban, sino que también se revisen y se aprueben. Esto reduce enormemente la carga de correo electrónico, pudiendo reducir el tiempo que se dedica a revisar los correos electrónicos. DocuPhase es un gran sistema de gestión de documentos porque va más allá del documento y gestiona los procesos.

Como gran ventaja está la facilidad de archivar documentos. He usado otros programas en el pasado que simplemente no podían hacer el trabajo. Mejora cuanto más lo uses lo que a su vez te permite automatizar cada ves una mayor cantidad de tareas.

En ocasiones cuando se instalaciones actualizaciones sufrimos ciertos problemas que en ocasiones cuesta encontrar la solución.

+ If you need to go paperless, automate operations, or implement Robotic process automation this is the best software in Contemporary Market world. + Great solution for document workflow Management. + Hyperlink feature on each level of document management is a great feature. + Adding Notes and sharing documents via Email management is a nice option to have. + Exciting to learn more about Analytics Tool.

-> Performance: It is taking couple of minutes time to load large documents (No Performance issues on small files). - Would like to know if Search function has option to add best bets on Global Search -> Once we select the application, it would be good if we have a search option in that particular application level (like Global Search). -> Being able to understand It as an emerging company, Would like to see if there is more scope for Employee Collaboration on sharing ideas like a Message Chatting tool within DocuPhase to share and discuss about the document management. -> Hyperlink feature on each level of document management is a great feature, would love it more if this hyperlink feature is also in Workflow history management level to make administrator's Job Easy down the years on a given document history.

The best web forms product on the market

Comentarios: Again the best product on the market. Data entry automation, re-purpose data, federal form overlay, workflow automation to improve efficiency around common business tasks (e.g. approvals, matching, etc)

After searching for years for a capable web forms solution, evaluating probably 20 products, frevvo was the one we selected. Highly configurable, full workflow, geo tracking, PDF overlay, database connector for bi-directional data integration with your favorite ERP, LDAP SSO, multi-tenant, license splitting, optimized for tablets, smart phones, etc.

No offline forms access. Requires active data connection. In remote areas for timesheets and delivery receipts, must use another product to support offline forms

Versatile Product and Amazing Support

Comentarios: First, the support is amazing. They have been incredibly helpful in getting me started with the system. They have a launch pack that builds in support to help you be successful out of the gate. Additionally, when I do submit an issue I have very quick replies from their support team. The answers almost always lead to a solution. The business need I was solving was to move away from a Google Sheets budget development system. The "system" was really 57 duplicate spreadsheets -- one for each cost center -- that relied heavily on formulas. When an error in a formula was discovered we had to correct it 57 different times. We also had little ability to roll up or reference historical data to analyze budget trends. Frevvo allowed us to consolidate our data into a centralized database. Additionally, the "formulas" were able to be centralized in either Frevvo or in the database. Thus, we now correct in one place and the fix is immediately available to all cost centers. Overall, the value is significant in reducing budget errors but also allowing people to spend more time thinking about their needs and not if the numbers are right. Of course, it's saved IT close to 100 hours in bug fixes.

Puntos a favor:

The product is versatile. It is intended as a form management system but I was able to hook it into an Azure SQL database and create a form-driven database application. In subsequent product releases for my application I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the workflow capabilities. Additionally, as I look across our organization, I can see many possibilities of varying complexity that Frevvo can handle to improve our processes. Frevvo also has built-in SSO connectors which makes security management easier and more consistent with our security goals.

My only complaint might be the lack of code libraries. I found on a few occasions I had the same code in several forms. It'd be nice to maintain the code in one place and have it link in to the forms.

Great product that has performed very well for us at Mercy Ships

Comentarios: We were able to improve the workflow of many of our forms that were previously in Adobe Livecycle as well as verify who was signing off on each step in the workflow.

The power of the integration functionality has been key for us. We use 80% of our forms from within our Confluence Wiki and integrate with a number of different databases as well. Being able to look up user details in our HR system and our AD instance has enabled us to automate many of our processes.

The learning curve is steep. The documentation is very detailed but lacking in overview so it takes a while to wrap your head around how it all hangs together. However, once that hurdle is overcome it is a great tool!

Help solve business challenges and support is excellent. Can automate nearly anything.

Can be used to automate and store documents for any process, department or team and has outstanding integration capability. Highly expandable in regards to progression workflows and document storage containers.

The team at Docuphase are able to solve every idea I have and the software is a massive time saver.

Comentarios: Our volume doubled since we chose Docuphase yet we have not needed to hire any additional staff yet. Staff have become accountable for their errors and we have been able to implement changes to our workflow to prevent any mistakes intentional or not.

The flexibility of the forms along with the workflow make it great for getting proper approvals for your processes but also automating the actual task linked to the form.

Puntos en contra:

Probably the only thing I don't like is that I normal users don't see the progress of items they have processed once they have gone on to the next person without checking the actual document. Again docuphase have ways of showing this both by just giving more access or via a custom form.

Troubleshooting desktop browser compatibility issues. Some of our user base is required to use legacy versions of Internet Explorer on their workstations. I was told that this is a obstacle which our help desk technicians struggle to overcome.

This product is very easy to navigate and use. There are so many things that you can do, such as: add notes, create zip file, PDF. Edit , upload files. You can set up your files however it fits your needs. And if you need help, customer service is awesome and responds usually the same day.

I am not sure there is a way, but it would be nice if you see you have files you no longer need that you can just delete them and have it free space without having to call and pay for more.

Comentarios: We are mainly using frevvo for internal dynamic workflows that require approvals. We have some complex business needs and several limitations when it comes to the security of protected health information. Would like to feel confident in using this on the public end more.

Really like how we can connect to our security manager (SSO) to incorporate manager approvals based on a 1:1 reporting structure. Love all the helpful documentation and examples for business solutions. We are also happy with the SharePoint connector.

Integration work to setup our SharePoint connector was a bit painful and took longer than expected. Would like to see more concrete information regarding security, specifically related to the "Send Mail" feature in workflows. Currently not able to use "Send Mail" due to potential security breaches in the transfer of emails from frevvo servers.

We have used the software to store our closed files for a number of years and it is very nice when we need a back file to be able to bring it up very quickly and easily. It is easy to find any page in the file we night need and to email or copy any or all pages of a document. We no longer have to go to the attic to retrieve a file and manually search through the file foe the document you need. It is there at your finger tips with a few key strokes. The program saves a lot of space and time. Very glad we have it.

Not being able to scroll through a file is my first complaint. Not being able to add document to a file has been a major issue. Indexing of the file is very time consuming process. You need to have character recognition should be a part of your program. With OCR it would be much quicker to scan old file in to the program. Having to log in and out of the program is also a feature I do not like. To my knowledge you offer no training with the program so I am sure there are lot of features we do not know how to use. The vendor that sold the program to us has tried to train us but like most programs you only learn about 10% of the features offered.

We selected DP as a way to manage documents internally, track notes on job files, and basically centralize all aspects of the file. We also are able to assign tasks to every employee and give them a daily worklist. DP also tracks the history of the file, so we can see where breakdowns in communication occur. We can also see prior version of documents so we can restore documents as needed. We looked at many systems and this seemed to work best and was was able to be customized to our needs. We have not lost any file folders since this started!

our old file data was not migrated to the system so anything older than 2013 was not searchable. some of the report functions do not work well for us. we are trying to implement new functionality to reduce redundancy and it is not going as well as we hoped. if the internet is down we cannot use the web based interface. We also do not know what will happen if we ever decide to migrate from this system, I do not know how we would access the data.

Fantastic, everything we needed in one platform.

The platform is very flexible and robust. The ability to integrate into other software platforms such as Active Directory, G Suite, and our H.R. software saves us countless hours of paperwork as well as simplifying record keeping. Frevvo allows us to develop both internal and external forms and control who has access by using network and Google accounts and permissions. Workflows are have been configured to eliminate time-consuming paper and email trails. By setting specific rules and mandatory fields time spent revising Purchase Orders and Employee OnBoarding Applications have been virtually eliminated. I am very accustomed to working with a vendor through a trial and they are at your "beck and call" for any issues and then impossible to contact after the deal has been signed and money spent. Not with Frevvo, customer support is fantastic and they are always quick to respond with an issue or question. They have an endless library of training resources that are updated constantly. We are a small K-12 public school of fewer than 800 students and we are treated like a Fortune 500 company. So if you are serious about eliminating your paper documents, no matter the size of your company or organization, then Frevvo is the answer.

I only gave ease of use a 3 based on non-computer savvy users. Because none of our office workers were familiar rules-based workflows there is a learning curve. If you have the people who are trained for your organization start using this immediately after training you will have very little difficulty converting your current forms.

This software allows us to be paperless. Access to work already completed was high on our list when choosing this company. Customer service was also high on the list. Technical support is almost instantaneous and thorough. Support is kind and knowledgeable. Permissions to the different cabinets are available all the way down to document types. Usage logging is a plus. The importer allows for seamless integration of the Microsoft Outlook program and allows original formatting to be kept for word processing software.

Extensive integration with Google (Sheets)

While having a bit of a learning curve, this form software is far more capable than any other SAAS based form tool. The learning curve is a bit steep, but it's flexibility and ability to accomplish nearly anything in form or workflow environment is extremely good. Novice users can quickly setup forms, with data flowing to any number of integrations. Full PDF form integrations make this an excellent tool for preparing as well as creating various documents for any business process. Java script rules and even their new "rule builder" makes the creation of various rules to support conditional fields, calculations or form preconditions extremely flexible. I've tried all the leading SAAS form tools and without exception, Frevvo is the most capable of the bunch.

Puntos en contra:

While an excellent platform, I believe the UI in the form development space could use some updating. It has a bit of a dated look/feel in terms of icons/imagery. No knowledge of Java will hurt you a bit...but to their credit the new "rule builder" helps immensely.

Comentarios: My overall experience with DocuPhase has been nothing but great. From customer service, ease of use and quick response times they top notch.

This is a wonderful document management application. Our company were still using the older out dated ScanDox , iSynergy and server. Now that we've Windows Servers and SQL, and workstations we upgraded Docuphase. Great improvements in both applications, especially iSynergy. There is no longer the need for plugins, the interface is sleeker and much faster. Document searches are much faster. The customer service for the upgrade and support was incredible. That is the norm for this company. The upgrade and roll out was well planned and coordinated.

Not the cheapest solution, but most the costs were because we were so behind the curve with their upgrades as well as our servers and databases.

I like that it is a web based application with easy for control for user access. I also like the import mapper tool for easy and bulk entry into docuphase.

Puntos en contra:

If you wanted to setup a DR site with a server with docuphase already configured. If the primary server goes down you can instruct your users to the DR site docuphase and have no loss of work or time. Currently to have this setup docuphase will charge you for both as if it was another full suite. I disagree with this and licensing/price around this. It was to costly for us to buy a DR license on top of the primary, it would be really nice to have. It would be nice for docuphase to go easy on the price if a company wanted to have a DR docuphase server.
