Comentarios: en general a sido muy facil conectar a bases de datos en la nube o ea diferentes fuentes incluyendo excel, es muy dinamico para crear reportes y lo mas genial es la inteligencia artificial integrada

Comentarios: Correcta. No defrauda , ofrece muchas posibilidades y lo mejor la posibilidad de personalizar elementos como filtros y estructuras

Fácil de utilizar, interfaz intuitiva y muy bonita, te ayuda a visualizar los informes de forma rápida y efectiva y también puedes importar desde una inmensa cantidad de fuentes. El que puedas crear visualizaciones muy personalizadas es un gran punto a favor. Tiene buen precio para lo que ofrece.

El servicio de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, podrían responder un poco más rápido ya que cuando te pones en contacto con ellos es porque tienes un problema. El asistente de IA también se podría optimizar

Comentarios: Es una auténtica maravilla, lo recomiendo al 100%, sin esta herramienta es muy complicado saber si puedes subir precios en tu empresa, si el crecimiento es bueno y constante etc.. Datos que necesitas para tomar las decisiones acertadas en tu empresa.

Si utilizas el ecosistema de Zoho, todo lo que ocurra dentro de cada aplicación puedes crear un panel y combinar diferentes tablas de datos. Te permite tener conectada toda tu empresa y saber cómo va cada departamento y compararlo con periodos anteriores.

Para dominar la herramienta, vas a necesitar un Partner de Zoho, yo recomiendo los partner premium que están más preparados. Con ellos podrás llegar a sacarle el máximo partido a la herramienta.

Comentarios: Es la herramienta perfecta para poder crecer en tu negocio, ya que a través de ella puedes saber si puedes subir o no los precios, te ayuda a ir sobre seguro y tomar decisiones correctas

Los conectores de datos funcionan de forma muy sencilla. Además, muestra variables como pueden ser la compra-venta, el tiempo de envío, el procesamiento de pedidos... y los puedes comparar con periodos más antiguos.
Puntos en contra:
Al igual que muchas de las herramientas que ofrece Zoho, considero que para sacarle el máximo rendimiento es necesaria la ayuda de alguien que te la implemente, ya que de otra forma no creo que se le pueda sacar el máximo partido.

La manera de crear por ejemplo los diferentes Dashboards y estos mismos predeterminados hacen de la experiencia leyendo datos algo más sencillo que en otros de sus competidores.También es una herramienta aventajada para realizar las conexiones entre nuestro CRM y Analytics para mostrarnos datos de manera efectiva.

Quizá está un poco por detrás de sus competidores en el caso de características y diferentes opciones a la hora de crear los paneles de análisis de datos.

Comentarios: I'm pretty satisfied with the product given that it provides some robust features. Writing custom sql helps tackling complex/tricky problems which without it cannot be feasible with tool alone.
Puntos a favor:
It provides direct chart like funnel chart which some other tool do not provide. UI is great, easy to navigate things. Liked the features :- formula column & aggregated formula. Also the querying the tables using custom sql is great to prepare the data. The widget functionality and the features it provide is robust.
Puntos en contra:
Cannot pin multiple columns. cannot change the title of the view in case of the copy of a dashboard. 'CASE WHEN' does not work in it in case of writing custom sql. Sometimes there is some glitch/hang in the application due to which certain thing won't work, need to refresh the entire page to start work again. Also while sharing a dashboard using a permalink the password is same for all the users if sharing it with multiple users. The user can easily change the filter condition/name in the url and open someone else's dashboard.

The role played by Zoho Analytics within our work team is vital, thanks to this powerful tool we have been able to perform the analysis of the data exported by our information systems and translate it into graphs that are captured in very detailed dashboard, thanks to its support in artificial intelligence Zoho Analytics continuously performs learning that is implemented in processes and subsequent analysis, this allows to provide those details that are overlooked at first glance. In addition to all the above, the tool allows us to share the visual dashboards via email in a very simple way for analysis by team members or third parties and even and thus make the respective relevant comments.

I think that before acquiring this application within any organization should take into account the number of users who will make use of it, the volumes of data that will be subject to analysis, this because the subscription of the same defines many of the characteristics of use of the tool, this is in order to avoid a wrong acquisition of the product which does not suit the technical needs of the company; of course, once acquired and implemented the product offers many benefits that ensures accurate decision making based on the data displayed.

On a monthly basis we analyze the historical traffic of incoming, answered and abandoned calls in our operation, this data is imported in csv format and generally exceeds 250 thousand records; we have detected at the moment of importing this information a notorious slowdown of the tool and even being blocked for several seconds although after visualizing the information already in the tool this behaves with total normality, we make use of it to make the traffic forecast for the next month and thus to dimension the personnel and the schedules to achieve the greater attention of calls in some ranges of hours.
