The interface is intuitive to use and the customer service team is very helpful. Datasite is also widely used in the M&A industry so consultants and bankers already know its functionality.

Occasionally there are errors uploading files. It's not always clear how a data room is being billed.

Datasite VDR - The best-overall solution for transaction datarooms
Comentarios: Very very happy. Easy and intuitive to use. Would strongly recommend over any other alternative.

Easy to use, but UX can be cumbersome
Comentarios: Generally good, but I find new features and functions are often pushed faster than necessary and can slow down the overall UX. It seems like sometimes there is more focus on making sure that new features are released rather that focusing on whether they should be released.

The search function is easy to use and there are options to truncate file paths for bulk download.
Puntos en contra:
The viewer for excel files is difficult to use, so would prefer to download and use on a desktop app.

M&A transaction data room
Comentarios: Good, would generally recommend as a good site for M&A deal due diligence.

Generally user friendly, good range of functions and AI redaction tool is very helpful, sandbox folder is helpful when learning how to navigate data room and preparing folders before publication.
Puntos en contra:
Setting permissions for groups of users was not as easy to vary as some other data room sites used. Expensive in comparison to some other similar platforms.
