Our team sees the dedication that the Zenoti staff have when working with any company. Horrible Wait time in Support

Comentarios: Nothing works and it takes support FOREVER TO respond and complete open tickets. Service has gone WAY DOWN since we went live. WAY to much turnover and no one knows who is where or doing what. The support team is kind and nice, but they need WAY MORE staff. It is ridiculous that it takes LITERALLY WEEKS to get a resolution.

Comentarios: After many years on another major platform, I was initially apprehensive about switching to Zenoti. However, the superior user interface, enhanced functionality, and strong reputation ultimately won me over. To my surprise, the migration process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional support team.

[sensitive content hidden], in particular, was outstanding. He worked around my busy schedule, meeting with me a couple of times a week, even outside of business hours. His ability to configure the software to meet my specific needs was impressive. I've gone through onboarding with other companies before, but this experience was by far the best. [sensitive content hidden] was not only organized, but his instructions were also clear and easy to follow.

I am truly grateful for the patient and dedicated team that supported me throughout the process. We launched on schedule without any glitches, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Zenoti to anyone considering a change!

Comentarios: Overall great. I am very happy with the product thus far (Live for 1-month). The two men who helped me with set-up ( [sensitive content hidden]) were amazing and extremely patient...My only negative is that no one mentioned how hard and how much time will be needed to start-up Zenoti.

Now that it is done, it is an all-in-one product. Love it!

How HARD it was during set-up. As a single owner, working fulltime and trying to get his up and running, I wasn't told up front how much time it would take for me to dedicate for start-up. It was way too much and during the sales call, it should have been mentioned.

The onboarding process was very organized and easy to follow. The people were great to work with. [sensitive content hidden] was an amazing help - he has a wealth of knowledge about the Zenoti system and knew every answer off the top of his head. This would have been a painful process without his help. He was incredible! Very happy with him - he made it super easy to get migrated from our old system onto Zenoti.

Comentarios: [sensitive content hidden] is the absolute best. He met with me a lot because I honestly needed that. In AR, I met with someone a couple times, but I didn't stick with them because I felt like they didn't care. [sensitive content hidden] cares. He's amazing. He knows me, my staff, and that's how you keep customers.. you need more people like [sensitive content hidden] in the company. He's the face. And [sensitive content hidden] is amazing too.. she was more behind the scenes helping but I'm grateful for THEM as a team. I wouldn't be live without them. We all know that. [sensitive content hidden] deserves a raise, a high five, a "job well done" for the extraordinary care and service he provided us. Thank you.

I would like to be able to upload PDF files into my treatment form areas. The charting interface of Zenoti is much more difficult than AR -- I used to be able to label where all my tox went on a face and in Zenoti that's not feasible. I would like a better charting of the face so I can be sure tox/filler is placed in the correct places.

Finally A Software Focussed on Medical Spas

Comentarios: To date, it has been better than I had imagined. I have been in this industry for almost 20 years. Changing software is a nightmare; you gain and lose some things. I was worried about making another change and the disruption to staff and workflow; I have migrated databases that have been disastrous. We have had a seamless transition with a client database of 37 thousand names. Thanks to my Zenoti team of [sensitive content hidden], this has been an amazing migration and set-up. Indeed, the most successful software change, migration, and setup I have done thanks to them and the rest of the team!

It is easy to use, having all our software needs in one program: scheduling, reporting, charting, marketing, memberships, online booking, and payments. In the past, this required multiple software programs to achieve each, adding additional cost. Now, we have one cost and one software to work from, improving workflow and efficiency.

They are adding new features as they continue to evolve and learn about the medical spa industry's unique needs. So, some future additions will make this an even more robust program, like e-scripts.

Comentarios: I would highly recommend zenoti. I worked mostly with Yogesh on the team and he was definitely my super hero during the process. He offered additional gelp and job aids and always checked in to make sure we were doing well

Comentarios: It has been very positive so far! we are still learning the ins and outs but I have no doubt that it will work great for us. Having the readily available support fro [sensitive content hidden] has ensured that our business operations were not interrupted which was very important for us.

We are still getting familiar with Zenoti but so far all of the functionality far surpasses our previous software. The customer support we have received from [sensitive content hidden] has been over and above any other company we have worked with. He has been instrumental in helping us get Zenoti set-up and functional. He responds very quickly and address every issue in a very timely manner. We would have been lost without his exceptional support and I hope he is recognized for his incredible service.

The migration from Aesthetic Record has been a nightmare but I do realize the issues were on their end so I cannot fault Zenoti for this.

Worst program

Comentarios: Worst experience with a schedule system. Even with the breaches and all the errors, they refuse to let us out of our contract.

Absolutely nothing. Everything about this program has been awful. Nothing they promised during the sales call has been true

The HIPPA breaches. All the glitches in the paperwork. The glitches in the schedule. Tons of typos in the consents they added for us. The list is too long

Incredible software for growing businesses!

Comentarios: Overall Zenoti is a great software. They were extremely responsive and always available to us. Thus far we have experienced a reliable performance through out our daily usage with very few issues and are looking forward to the new e-prescription option in the near future!

A very powerful software with comprehensive features and is a true all-in-one product. Includes online appointment scheduling, billing, POS, reporting customer management, product sales, marketing, etc. and has a ton of different integrations you can pick from.

A Lot to Take In, But Worth It

Comentarios: Overall the experience has been good. Our company has been in the middle of a giant relocation and build-out. Implementing a new system was naturally a chaotic experience due to our circumstances. I think that is what is impressive - the Zenoti team, namely [sensitive content hidden], was incredibly helpful in assisting us and we were able to go live with our system exactly when we hoped. Every time we have run into any kind of question or issue, we are met with prompt assistance.

The ability to properly track inventory - this was our main reason for changing POS systems. Functionally fantastic and loads of features we were previously lacking.

There are aspects that are a little clunky as far as administration and client experience goes, and the overall aesthetic leaves a lot to be desired.

There are some areas to improve on, but I'm happy to say I know that if Zenoti can do it and there's a majority of interest they will. If I had to do it over I would not choose Zenoti

Comentarios: The customer service doesn't understand their own system. We went through 3 different implementation teams and each time were told the previous team didn't explain the right process of things. We had to redo so many things over and over. Many of the benefits they told us this system could do it could not.

Comentarios: Overall, I am pleased with our decision to utilize Zenoti. It is by far the most advanced software I have found from a reporting and financial standpoint as well as infinite customization. That customization definitely comes at a time cost in terms of setup, but I think will be well worth it in the end.

Zenoti is a pretty powerful piece of software that met all of our expectations and needs from an operations and accounting standpoint - and then some. We are still in the very early stages so are still learning to use some of the features and functionality - but I will say that I have been part of several software onboardings/rollouts with EMRs/practice management solutions, and I can genuinely say that I have not experienced a more helpful, prompt, and just all around wonderful team than the one we had with Zenoti. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] were amazingly responsive and had great questions and feedback that helped us set the system up the way we needed.

While Zenoti really excels in reporting and customization options, there are some aspects of the clinical usage that could be a bit more robust, and I would love to see an integration with Alle or other rewards programs! It's also not the most intuitive system to use/learn - but I have not worked with any software that has as many guides as Zenoti that show step by step how to do something. They also have weekly in-person trainings and Q+A for all users, I have attended one so far and found it incredibly helpful. So training and guidance is readily available after onboarding, which really helps with the less intuitive aspects.
