It's easy to use and train others on how to use. Add in the built-in text and email communication PLUS forms that easily integrate into our website, it's incredible.

Great product and excellent customer service - WIN!
Comentarios: We are able to track our members and visitors with ease. The calendar feature allows us to track attendance, volunteers, and works well with our website, and other media. The online giving has made data entry so much easier! I highly recommend this product. I worked with another company for over 10 years, and thought they were the best. Breeze changed my mind. They by far have been the best solution for our church software needs.

The software is easy to use for both staff, and church members. It has features that allow us to work with other software programs we already use. The online giving portion is my favorite! It was an easy transition from our old church software and from our online giving software. The support team has helped me figure out creative ways to use the software, and they always respond quickly to my requests.

I wish it had church financials built in.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Breeze has been great. We've used this church management since 2018 and have not looked back since.

I love the expanding reach of Breeze, which includes planning and other elements of ministry located all in one place. Rather than integrating several apps from various platforms, we are more and more able to do everything we need, right within our Breeze platform. Thanks Breeze, for continuing to meet the needs of the Church.

Sometimes it is not intuitive to navigate around. For example I would not expect to have to open a calendar and click on a single already scheduled event in order to contact volunteers or create a schedule for that event. Having said that, for the most part, it just takes time to learn where things are and how to navigate around.

Wish it was a bit stronger
Comentarios: Overall, I like parts of Breeze and other parts I really wished were better. I felt a bit underdeveloped. It's a shame because the things Breeze does well, it does really well.
Puntos a favor:
I really enjoy the intuitiveness of Breeze's layout. The extensiveness of its search capabilities is also really nice, being able to pull up a profile from their name, email or phone number without applying additional fields is a nice feature.
Puntos en contra:
The app is not great, slow and constantly kicks you out. I was also not a fan of its Kid Check-in feature. I was never able to get it to work correctly,y and it consistently created duplicate profiles for the children that were checked in.

Comentarios: Set up was easy. Everyone I have talked to is friendly. When I need help, someone gets back to me fairly quickly. It does what it said it would do.
Puntos a favor:
So simple to use. Easy to get church members signed up. I even have senior adults using it.
Puntos en contra:
Reports. I have a hard time running queries. For example, running a list of people who attend an event 50% of the time.

Comentarios: Great - we’ve been using Breeze as a small church now for 6-7 years and it has been worth the price.

Breeze Is Beneficial
Comentarios: Overall, I'd say that Breeze is beneficial to our church. For a smaller body, the cost can seem a bit much, but the bundle of services provided by Breeze makes it worth the cost.
Puntos a favor:
I like the capability of communicating with our church easily and quickly. I also like the ability to create forms, which I've used to create ballots for online voting and make seating arrangements during the pandemic. Being able to manage our members and receive online payments are also pros.

The cost is what I like the least. However, as I've searched for other products that are comparable to Breeze, I've become more appreciative of what we receive for the money we pay.
Breeze is a BREEZE
Comentarios: i have only used Breeze for 7 seven years, prior to that I have 30+ years using databases, researching and setting up companies with databases. Breeze is by far the most user friendly system I have used.

Breeze has great features and is very user friendly. Whenever we have had a question "how to" do something, if we couldn't figure it out through the help section, customer service has always helped us.

There are a few suggestions I have to make it better. The email writing portion, would be nice to have a couple saved email options for future usage. Integrating with MailChimp is not clear

They have the BEST customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. They are patient and very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you receive the help you need.

Sometimes I think they are working on the site and things don't come up as they should and then later they do and it can be confusing.

Getting better
Comentarios: Overall, I am pretty happy with Breeze. I have no idea what other services are out there, but I'm sticking with Breeze.

It is a nice program for keeping track of all the giving from our congregation. When someone wants to know where they are at with their tithing, I can give them the exact amount.

I found Breeze very confusing when I first started using it. I took over this job from someone who really didn't explain much. Anything I wanted to do, I couldn't figure out. The good part was, there was always help at the Breeze app. I could look up what I needed to do, or ask them via the app. It was slow going, but getting better every day.

Overall really good, but make sure you have a "tech guy" in charge of it

My mass emails--for the great majority of my congregation--go straight to their spam/junk folder. Breeze has a way for fixing this, but it's quite complicated.

Comentarios: Convenient way of monitoring online attendance, event organizing and gift giving. Very smooth transactional tool.

Incredible program for Church or non-profit database overall management
Comentarios: From the customer service to the ease of the program, this has been the best change we could make to help us manage and communicate more effectively.

The ease of setting it up and using it to set reminders, reports as well as track and communicate with our Church Family.Additionally whenever we have a question, the customer service for Breeze is prompt and incredibly helpful!

Great Product, Great Service
Comentarios: This has helped use streamline access to the people we interact with by providing a database that can be accessed by all of our office at varying levels of user restrictions.

The ease of use and mobile accessibility are the most loved featured in our office.

This is designed for churches and does a great job with that, we are a religious organization but we're not a church so we're having to be a little more creative in how to make it work fully for us.

Easy and Inexpensive Management System
Comentarios: My experience with Breeze has been a breeze! I am not a techie, so I have been dependent on the tech team at Breeze, and they have been excellent. I can't find a single thing to criticize. The product is excellent. The price is excellent. The customer service is excellent.

The features that are most helpful for us in providing religious travel are the easy to use data management system and the low cost online payment portal.

I am unaware of any deficiencies. The Breeze ChMS has more tools than we need/use.

Church Management for small and mid-size congregations
Puntos a favor:
Breeze makes it easy to communicate info about cancellations or special activities, or even deaths, funeral arrangements or special needs.
Puntos en contra:
It would be better if Breeze could easily generate an online church directory and if Breeze offered additional sorting/reporting capabilities. Breeze is weighted toward making online giving easy (and it does) but could pay some additional attention to the other information management needs of churches.

Just what we were looking for!
Puntos a favor:
Breeze has been a great addition to our church office. Our communication has improved, people feel more connected to one another, and it has been a pretty easy transition to the software. We still do not have everyone connected, but those that are, are happy.
Puntos en contra:
One of the things that we would like to utilize within Breeze is the ability to know when someone has missed more than two weeks of morning services. I know the feature exists, and we thought we had it set up correctly, but it doesn't seem to generate reports when we expected.
