Comentarios: me mantiene informado sobre el pipeline, los SLA y el seguimiento de los candidatos a lo largo del tiempo.Trabajamos con Greenhouse para encontrar soluciones a algunos de los problemas más difíciles de la contratación. Greenhouse nos facilita el seguimiento de nuestro desarrollo. Añade estructura al caos que supone la contratación y mantiene informados a todos los implicados en cubrir un puesto sobre el estado de la cartera de candidatos.
Puntos a favor:
Como cualquier ATS, GH es fácil de usar. Utilizar GH es sencillo para cualquiera que haya pasado algo más que un breve periodo de tiempo en selección de personal. Aunque nunca he asistido a una sesión de formación de GH, me considero un usuario experimentado por lo fácil e intuitivo que es el software. Las numerosas conexiones, como Gem y Docusign, realmente completan el paquete, en mi opinión. Actualmente estamos investigando el complemento CRM, y si es tan fiable como el ATS, preveo que lo utilizaremos.
Puntos en contra:
No tengo ninguna queja especial sobre el artículo. No obstante, estaría bien poder compartir informes con las partes interesadas con datos en tiempo real en lugar de solo un resumen por correo electrónico.

Great ATS for scaling and large companies.
Comentarios: Overall it's been great. One of the better ATS's out there and definitely worth the investment. Great integrations and generally really easy to use. There are some opportunities, but I see them working on these constantly.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of access, continuous improvements, and integrations are all great

The reporting functions can definitely be improved upon, but I am seeing some improvements thus far.

I like the workflows that are built in. It is easy to see scorecards in a way that makes hiring decisions easy.

I don't like that I can't see when a candidate responds to an email or that I can't "reply" to an email. There lacks an ability of a single email thread with a candidate. I would also like to know if a candidate "accepts" calendar invites.
Not so great. The legacy view is better, and other ATS' allow more automated work
Comentarios: It's ok. I would like to see the legacy view returned, and to be able to automate things that I can do on other platforms.

I like the legacy view, which is clean, and simple to use. I rated it a 5 because Greenhouse is forcing the new view which is not user friendly and everyone is struggling with it.
Puntos en contra:
I have used many ATS' and Greenhouse is not one of my favorites. The questions and answers that you can pre-populate are shown in block formation which can be difficult for someone like me, with ADD to read. I've also used platforms that allow me to create an email campaign that will automatically email candidates on the days that I choose, and Greenhouse doesn't offer that
Great hiring team experience - recruiter friendly as well.
Comentarios: Very positive. We enjoy the product and the candidate experience seems to be un-notable, which is WAY better than hearing about it being a pain.

Greenhouse is pretty user friendly. Excellent and easy hiring team experience. Recruiter experience is relatively seemless. Changes can be very abrupt but UI is still easy, just takes some getting used to.
Puntos en contra:
Changes and personalization's are not always intuitive. Sometimes you really need to hunt and the template process is TIME CONSUMING. Finding the things you need to change can be difficult if you did not set everything up and are not a super user.

Easy to use ATS
Comentarios: I've been using Greenhouse for years in various jobs and it is always my favorite ATS to use.

Greenhouse is user friendly and easy for hiring managers and recruiters to use. I love the automated reminders for feedback and others tasks and the automatic posting on job boards.
Puntos en contra:
I wish we could post to more job boards more easily and also that the remote or hybrid options and salary transparency rules could be a bit more customizable.
An ATS with good capabilities
Comentarios: It offers solutions for most recruitment activities, and detailed reports. Although it sometimes has deficiencies in terms of aesthetics, for the company's needs it is more than ok. In order for this to work correctly, the Recruitment team needs constant training.

The most disappointing thing was their way of negotiating contracts. After a 2-year contract, instead of building our loyalty, they bombarded us with an astronomical price offer. In the end, we managed to reach a conclusion, but the people we were in contact with seemed to have no interest in keeping us at the beginning.

Love how easy it is to set up, as well as mange and direct multiple recruiting processes at once.

The integration with Outlook is rough. We've recently switched to Google, which has been much easier. We had challenges with the Checkr integration as well, because we were ordering complex background checks. Ideally those features could be improved in the future.
Best ATS on the market
Comentarios: Best ATS I have worked with, from candidate experience, scorecards to reporting, Greenhouse has you covered.

Not really many con's - maybe the changes to the internal interface sometimes, but that is being really picky.

Comentarios: I have used Greenhouse for five years now. At my most recent job, we invested in Greenhouse and I took part in implementation. It's easy to make a case for something when it's that good.

Greenhouse can/should do work on simplifying reporting, not everyone can easily become an expert in reporting, requires training and time, which should not be the case. Greenhouse reporting also needs to be exported to excel or Google sheets to get a better visual. The new candidate profile design, the old one is more "simple" and user friendly
Greenhouse makes recruitment easier

Overall greenhouse has been really useful to centralize our company's recruitment process and share relevant info with no-HR employees.
Also, helps to better organize the work of recruiters and to be aware of the processes that require more attention.

It simplify a lot the recruitment process, also, the reports are very helpful to show the managers the progress that we do in the different positions that we have open.

I would like to have the option of customize statistics to the reports, not only create charts and generic statistics.
A Solid ATS
Comentarios: Overall it gets the job done and is more comprehensive and reliable than previous ATS's that I have used in the past.
Puntos a favor:
Very rarely any outages, maybe once in the last 3 years that I've been using it. I like being able to email candidates, schedule interviews, post jobs, etc. all from one main source of truth.
Puntos en contra:
It can be disjointed and not very logical at times. For example, the new notes section that highlights if there is a duplicate profile or general warning note about a candidate is hidden in a tab on the bottom right now, vs. automatically showing it when you open a candidate's profile.
Comprehensive ATS
Puntos a favor:
Greenhouse was a comprehensive ATS that had everything we needed from job postings and job boards, tracking applicants through the hiring process, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback and sending offers. Greenhouse also had a lot of integrations with other tools (like BambooHR).
Puntos en contra:
Greenhouse is on the pricier side compared to other ATS's. Would only consider if there was high recruiting volume. At the time I used Greenhouse their HRIS integration (we used BambooHR) wasn't super helpful - it only transferred a few things like the candidate's name, but we still had to input a lot manually. Not sure if this has changed by now.
Onboarding Platform
Comentarios: Pleasant experience with Greenhouse. We used this as an onboarding platform to track new and ongoing open job opportunities and manage our referees and interview steps. We use this as well to manage onboarding documents.
Puntos a favor:
1. Helps to easily track and manage referrals. The interview process becomes transparent to track the flow. 2. Very attractive UI and user-friendly working dashboard. 3. Chat feature is one of the best things for immediate support and access.
Puntos en contra:
1. The major missing is AI functionalities now. 2. Very limited customization is available on the platform either in reporting or dashboard. 3. We faced multiple issues with the integration of greenhouse and outlook
Efficient ATS!
Comentarios: Overall experience is great!! I was able to use after 3 days of training. After that I managed it very well and I trained my team on it.

Easy to use applicant tracker
Comentarios: Quite simple! You can give different employees different permissions so they can access their roles and their tasks in the application/interview process.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to navigate, simple to track pipeline, able to add comments and tag coworkers in review. You can easily see all the interview notes from previous interviews and what steps are coming up. Scheduling seems pretty straightforward, although I haven't used that feature.
Puntos en contra:
Sometimes accessing interview notes isn't super intuitive, but I'm not in the app every day so I'm sure I would get used to it. No substantial feedback!
Greenhouse makes other tools green with envy

It has been the best ATS that I have used even though I used it 5 years ago and I am pretty sure they have had a lot of upgrades in User Experience.
