The software provides great interactive functions that the tenant, the office and field techs can all communicate. Has certainly made us more efficient with our business.
I hade a hard time figuring out the reporting aspect of the software.

Maintenance Care at FMU
Comentarios: Maintaining over 850,000 square feet with a staff of 40 had proven to be difficult without a CMMS system. Since using Maintenance Care over the past year there is more accountability from facilities creating a very efficient and cost saving department.
Puntos a favor:
Web-based - no support needed from IT. User friendly for those opening work orders and those receiving the work order - no major learning curve necessary. Excellent customer service and support.
Puntos en contra:
We have not experience any major issues using the software. Would like to see a more streamlined process of notifying external vendors of assigned work orders.

Comentarios: easy to install maintenance care staff was there all the way until it was install and all staff was trained

at first, since we are a French organization we couldn't use the accent , but now maintenance care did fix the problem
Good but limites
Comentarios: It's o. It's usable and eliminates paper work, but it's far from resolving all our needs.

The new version is cleaner and the reporting so far, has good information, although readability and presentation could improve.

The two most impacful features missing are1) You can print all the columns you display. I always want to see who the vendor is and I have to specifically open and display the vendor in the columns, but when I want to print the screen display I have, there is a predetermined template that prints without the information I need2) Pictures taken and uploaded through the app with iphones are not available for everyone to view or print. Someone has to manually send them through email and we have to manually upload them to the work order

Maintenance Care was easy to implement and really easy from both the user and administrative end. Our organization was using a manual system and this has been a huge blessing to us!

We really have not found any downsides to Maintenance Care.

I like the ease of use and the fact that anyone is able to submit workorders. I like how i can send out updates to users.

It is not all inclusive of everything a Facility Manager could use. However, it is a specific product and I love using it for What it is intended.

Everything. It is perfect for our world of having so much going on and so many different areas of need.

The only thing would be a more modern navigation system and ability to delete items that are no longer a need or in use

Once you wright a couple Work Orders, you got it. It's that easy to use. Cabinet can store all your equipment so it's easy to find. The Scheduler works great for PMs. I have just started using Reports and has been easy to figure out.

So far, I have no complaints about Maintenance Care.

Comentarios: Absolutely wonderful experience. Communication is easy, answers are quick.

Creating new work orders is quick and easy. Overall use is easy to learn and execute.

You can't see enough lines of work orders. You can only see 15 jobs at once, then you have to scroll down. Also, I'd like to see ALL 'new' work orders (including the older ones) when I run a report.

We are a small company and ease of use is important. We are able to create, track and close work orders and all have access at any time. I can't imagine running a business like ours without something like this.

We use a small portion of this program and for what we use it for there are no cons to us.
Easy and Affordable
Comentarios: Implementation was easy and the staff was always ready to help and offer training or support

Getting away from paper forms and the accessibility of information in the field and ease of assigning or reassigning tasks.
Puntos en contra:
A couple glitches with some fields that will hopefully get worked out, but not critical. Also, there is only one level to prioritize a task. We would like to see multiple levels of priority.

Maintenance Care Overview
Comentarios: It has been a fairly good experience over all it is a great tool to use and defiantly has a lot of potential to expand on its software in aspects on how it is used and what it is used for there is room to expand on its capabilities and how to better use it in everyday applications like for auditing room cleaning etc.

The program is great for keeping track of work orders, assets and equipment, how much time is spent on each task (Validates how much time we spend a day on each project and the time it takes and where our time is dedicated to), cost analysis of spending that is occurring on each project or if its an overspend and its time to look at replacement instead of repair,
Puntos en contra:
System is to slow to close off work orders once you get past 6 or 7 or I have experienced anyways the system starts to slow down its there any way to put them in to make it faster to close them out (I Know it has something to do with our internet service as well)

HI Mark, Our connection speeds are always tested and are among the fastest in the industry. If you are having some lag issues, it could be various things like browser settings or as you mentioned, internet connection. I will have a customer support team member connect with you to help you make sure you get the speed delivered to you that is sent from our servers.
Maintenance Care review of CMMS.
Comentarios: Better across site reporting. Better management of inventory and assets.
Puntos a favor:
The product provides just about everything we require to help us manage our maintenance services from Preventative to scheduled to unscheduled. Very easy for staff to input a request.
Puntos en contra:
It does not have a good ability to input multiple temp readings. You can input a reading into an asset but we have over 100 daily temp reading requirements and it would be onerous to try and do this in Maintenance Care.
Excellent Program
Comentarios: Great, easy to use and accessible from all over the facility and you can close off items as soon as your done.

The easy access to the app as you can be anywhere and get the work orders.

Really there is none just need to keep educating yourself on the program and keep practicing.
