Comentarios: Me ha facilitado la planificación de producción y el manejo de inventario de una manera óptima con lo cual se han reducido errores e inventarios innesarios.

Puntos a favor:

Lo intuitivo que es para su operación, fácil de gestionar y muy completo en todos sus módulos. Excelente para planificar la producción, manejo de inventarios y evitar desperdicios. Más que un MRP es un ERP!

Puntos en contra:

Falta desarrollo en los módulos de estaciones de trabajo

Razones para cambiar a MRPeasy: Cuando realice la prueba gratuita quede prendado por lo fácil e intuitivo que era. Adicionalmente inicialmente tenía un precio extraordinario y la cuantía de “started” manejaba prácticamente los módulos que hoy lleva el plan empresarial y algunos de los del plan enterprice

MRPeasy has positively changed our processes

Comentarios: MRPeasy has changed our processes massively for the better. We now have ultimate stock control and manufacturing accuracy which was loose before we started with the program. As the site manager I can track costs and inventory saving me huge amounts of time and improving our profit margins by monitoring expences and overheads.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to work with multiple processes in different stages and related multiple items. MRPeasy is user friendly and came out top when we tested compared to other software programs for ease of use.

Puntos en contra:

We process products which go through multiple stages of production. Although MRPeasy can do this well, we have to copy the data regularly which can be a little labourious. Packaging is a great function but it is not perfect yet for the way we package and supply finished goods.

Comentarios: Easy to use, easy to implement, great support!

Optimized for physical product manufacturing. Easy to implement. Fits the sweet spot between Quickbooks and enterprise (aka SAP, Netsuite, etc.).

Puntos en contra:

I struggled a bit with understanding the various data objects and how the fit into the overall workflow. As soon as I understood the concepts it was very easy to implement.

Comentarios: I can't see us using MRP Easy for long, there are other packages available which have been designed with users in mind.

Puntos a favor:

Integration into xero is good. Very good intake done by the sales team. Made by engineers so technically stable. The interface is clunky, but just managable.

Puntos en contra:

The support side is as flexible as a wooden door. To have 3 small things done to the layout of invoice and packing list, they charge 23 hours x 150 USD = 3450 USD development work.

MRP is very simple to use

it has no crm that enables communicating directly with customers. it would be good if we can integrate third part crm for example hubspot. Would also like there to be an approval system for customers or suppliers.

MRPeasy for manufacturing 3D printer

Comentarios: Overall it is a very good package especially with the BOM. Also what I like is the continuous updating. Also in case of support the response is relatively quick.

Back then, the most important feature was the multilayer BOM. Most competitors were only able to go 1 level deep. Or otherwise the costs would go up significantly. Also for us MRP easy became essential for stock management, purchasing, supplier management. The interface is also very intuitive compared to other softwares

During procurement, you have to send a mail, this process can be improved. It opens directly to your mail account, but only a link to the PDF document. I want to attach the PDF. It takes the general contact information, instead of the responsible person of the company. Next to this it messes up the layout of the mail message.

Comentarios: Excellent. The product team continues to add functionality which has been helpful to us. We are growing along with the application.

The system pegs all inventory which allows for detailed forward and backward production planning.

We would like to have it plan production orders instead of having to manually drill down into our multi-level bill of materials.

MRP is the best software for manufacturers!

Comentarios: Im very happy with MRP, I would just like if the price was a little bit lower in my opinion. But overall it is worth it in the long term. Since this software will help me alot.

I really like that the software is very complex and have alot of functions. Functions I didn't think I needed but really want to use now. It is very quick to use and find items etc. I love that I can have control of basically everything.

The problem I have is that it takes a while for me to set my inventory up with MRP, but thats most likely because I have not had a great stock control earlier and I have choosen to convert alot of products to BOM in order to have full control of the products cost, time to make and stock for each part.

No fancy user interface and quite expensive but highly customizable and gets the job done.

Comentarios: MRPeasy was already partially implemented when I joined the company, and I did not have any previous experience with MRP systems when I joined. I initially thought that it was not the most user friendly system. It looks very "old school". We have been trying a few different systems, exact because our finace department uses exact, and we also gave odoo a try to perhaps move to more of a ERP system. However I felt that both exact and odoo was inferior to MRP easy, BUT, for the functionality that MRP easy offer I do feel that you charge a very high price for it. We pay 79 per user simply for a MRP system when for instance Odoo charges 39 for a ERP solution. We will definitely move away from MRP easy in the future, when we grow our manufacturing team, if you do not change this. I want my employees to be able to use functions like bar code scanning on their tablets without having to pay enterprise / professional subscriptions for them as well.

I like that it is quite easy to customize the views, (once you have learned how to do it). The amount of customizable options are also very good compared to some other programs.

I do feel that sometimes it is not completely logical to me where to find the settings, the way you have decided to put some settings under enterprise, some settings under professional etc makes it hard to find what I am looking for.

MRPeasy is a winner for online manufacturers

Comentarios: One of the absolute best manufacturing programs I've ever come across. It's multi-functional, yet understandable to standard users who just want to get a job done. It handles all of the item and BOM costings expertly in the actuals vs. planned screens and utilizes an excellent production scheduling format. Five stars!

Puntos a favor:

The ease of understanding. There are lots of parts but they all flow together, and the layout makes it easy for new users to grasp.

Puntos en contra:

It doesn't handle 'catch weights' in labeling, and layout of multiple Ship To addresses could be greatly improved.

Comentarios: In the end, the program is easy to implement, easy to use and frees up time to do other things. No system is perfect. I am particularly satisfied with mrp because you don't have to click on it for nothing. Straightforward and easy.

There should be a more interfaces to other software. The user interface could be even leaner. It's not bad, but the contrast is a bit weak

Great for invoicing, tracking bills of material

We use MRPeasy to keep track of vendors, parts, and to create quotes for customer orders. The user interface is simple, clean, fairly intuitive and easily searchable. We found creating bills of material, routings, and job invoices to be quick and painless. We also appreciate that as we grow as a manufacturer, more functions are available to add-on, making this a friendly software to get started with that grows with you.

Nothing major stands out except that it is a little unsettling to spend so much time entering data in a system that is a monthly subscription. But this is the way everything is going these days. One simple change we would love to see would be the ability to select multiple line items in an order and to be able to edit them as a batch.

Outrageous price increase

Comentarios: It takes at least a few weeks to input all of the necessary data and just as you get used to using it all/keeping records of material orders/PO etc, they hit you with a 30% price increase, off the back of sending an email to say "we've listened, now billing is even better and you don't pay for additional users". Clearly they've listened to their multi-national corporate outfits and trod on the small businesses. For transparency, we paid $130. Now being quoted $199, despite removing the cost for additional users. Seriously poor care for their users. We've just secured two major contracts with national retailers and had every intention of using the services for many years to come. I'm now looking elsewhere and would like to advise any potential new customer - be sure you're in it for the long run, because inputting all the date over and over again isn't convenient and if you can't find the time, you're stuck with their ridiculous price increases.

Comentarios: Although we are moving slowly with importing all necessary data so we can start operating the programme, our company is very satisfied with your product for the time being.

Puntos a favor:

MRPeasy is simple and easy to use while having all needed features for a small manufacturing like ours.

Invoices can not be printed in Cyrillic. We faced some issues while importing tables with Cyrillic content, although all steps were adhered strictly. The programme produce long part numbers itself, which are rather confusing.

I have had the pleasure of testing out this software and can confidently say that it is one of the easiest to deploy that I have come across. The user interface was intuitive, making it simple to navigate and understand. Overall, I highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a hassle-free deployment experience.

When it comes to software, customization is often a key factor in user satisfaction. Unfortunately, some products fall short in this area, providing limited options for customization. This can be frustrating for users who have specific needs or preferences. If you make items that require lot tracking, this is a must have.

Comentarios: This has changed our business and allowed us to get certifications and expand. We are using it for our skincare business that we sell on Amazon in the US, Canada, UK and EU. Also we use it for a small winery that we have started. It gives us many of the advantages that much larger companies have, but with more flexibility. An incredible $$ performer

The product is incredibly easy to use, and we love the full audit trail on bom and routing changes. We have been able to get ISO and organic certifications and the auditors are very comfortable with the level of detail and traceabiltiy. So we can easily track a shipment back to the original raw materials.

We have multiple small locations for manufacturing and make lots of small lots. So when I buy in 55 pounds of bees wax, I am splitting that across multiple locations. so that tracking has been really tough and I think it is because I found it difficult to understand sites and storage locations and how best to handle that. So I started out probably wrong and am still trying to figure it out.
