Smartsupp una herramienta para dar soporte y ver el comportamiento del cliente
Comentarios: Smartsupp nos ha servido muchisimo en un tiempo, hemos atendido clientes en tiempo real que entran a la web y nos contactan para saber mas de nuestro producto, y tambien hemos podido ver estadisticas de cuantos entran, que páginas ven, que leen a que le dan click, pero ya la hemos reemplazado por opciones mas practicas.
Puntos a favor:
Lo que más me ha gustado es que tienes la posibilidad de ver el comportamiento del cliente en la web, ver el video desde que entra, ver que lee, a que le da click, ver el % de rebote, así puedes tener una idea de que reforzar en tu web, o que cambiar.
Puntos en contra:
Smartsupp es una herramienta genial para dar soporte en linea con un chat a clientes, pero ahora hay muchos servicios que ofrecen esto sin tener que pagar, y son mas populares para implementar en la web, por ejemplo el whatsapp.

Es bueno, pero actualmente hay mejores alternativas de mensajería para webs
Comentarios: Ha sido buena, y en años anteriores hemos obtenidos varios clientes a través de su aplicación.
Puntos a favor:
Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido lo fácil y útil que es , ya que tienes una mensajería en tiempo real y cada usuario que llegue a tu página podrá hablar rápidamente con alguien de tu equipo. Y una herramienta SÚPER importante es que graba todo lo que hace el potencial cliente en tu web, así podrás saber que más le ha gustado al potencial cliente o que deberías cambiar de la web.
Puntos en contra:
La aplicación realmente es buena pero creo que hoy en día las personas prefieren comunicarse por whatsapp o Telegram, y también le beneficia más a la empresa obtener los números de los potenciales clientes, que solo el correo que es el que dejan en smartsupp

El precio es aún alto, y las co figuraciones de los chats boots tiene pocos ejemplos

Fiabilidad 0, cada X tiempo falla de forma aleatoria y pierdes clientes porque no llegan los mensajes, no te permite contestarles, se bloquea el app/web... horrible, no lo recomiendo a nadie. Lo barato sale caro. Además he compartido los problemas en repetidas ocasiones con el equipo de Smartsupp, y no solo tardan días y días en responder, sino que te ignoran con mensajes estándar. 10 en precio, 0 en producto, 0 en atención al cliente.

Nos encanta, porque es compactible con cualquier dispositivo, el usuario puede enviar sus documentos, de una manera fácil , cuando no estamos en horario laboral, el chatbot realiza nuestro trabajo, tiene excelentes funciones que facilitan nuestro desempeño en la atención con clientes.

No encuentro algo negativo al producto que ofrece, todo me ha sido de gran utilidad

Great tool but difficult to measure
Comentarios: I have had a very good experience. I have made many sales with this tool. It helps a lot with customer service.

I like that i can chat in live with my costumers. I recover some purchase with this tool. You can integrated this tool with your ecommerce. I integrated it with Prestashop and works excelent

It´is very difficult to measure with Google Analytics. You don´t know the origin of this conversion

Comentarios: It is so quick and easy to work with the product, you don't put much effort and forget it was a job to do.

The free and payed features allow the user to choose the features most important to him/her, to work fast and with ease, to find easily videos, tips and help for the product. The customers also find it easy and usefull to fill out the forms and chat with the staff.

I haven't encountered any cons yet or had any difficulties.

Perfect solution for small to large businesses
Comentarios: Happy with the product. Has worked well, no issues, and will continue to use. Perhaps start looking at more than just the basic features to get more out of the product than we do currently.

I like the automated messaging and the live chat. The live chat was the initial reason why we wanted to implement this system. It has been very helpful when used. Not many people on the website use the feature, but when they do it's always been great to have.
Puntos en contra:
It was more complicated to implement on the site, but not sure that wouldn't be the case with any other similar system. Requires a little more web-savy techincal knowledge than we have in-house.

Previously, i was using a different chatbot from another company. When i started using smartsupp free package, i realised that their services were so good. That is why i had to upgrade to the standard package. I will recommend other persons to use Smartsupp on their website. However, i could subscribe for 1years if their monthly cost is reduced to 10$

Valuable Plugin for Small Businesses

This plugin and software works wonderfully for our ecommerce shops. It integrated easily into our Wordpress based site, and beautifully blends into themes and appearances. The software provided valuable information to help a small business navigate customer service. Reasonably priced for small businesses who really need to be careful where dollars are spent. Great overall interface and easy to on-board.

Limited in abilities in comparison to competitors software, such as no social integrations. Mobile app was not notifying of conversations, despite notifications being on.

We have lost conversations beacuse the sistem does not inform well what a cliente is there. I have to activate the app on my phone and then I am informed when a client is there. There is no warning for the client that in a few moment we will help them, so they leave in less than 2 minutes. The sound warning is no good, since we ue computers that dont have speaker. we need something that poo up or flashes so we can see tehre is a client there.

unwanted horizontal scrolls & capability of hiding user photo if needed & miss chat or offline messa
Comentarios: ...some horizontal scroll bars, down my smart supp panel, appeared here since a couple of weeks ago. while zoom of explorer is 100% they are there, and a part of panel goes out of monitor. it was not like this before. i think previous DIV settings were correct.

the whole software is nice.... miss chat and offline messages of customers are nice too, but...

i prefer when i miss a chat, or get offline message, that message to Email me to my Gmail account, or get an SMS based on the missed chat, or offline chat, which takes me back to the computer to consider customers. there is another problem, with alerts and alarm voices. they does not work on my cellphone at all. its ASUS ZD551K... ANDROID 5 ... i think it would be nice to use MIDI format, or make alert sounds through functions over every device, instead of a MP3 format to play on it. also, it needed to hide my photo over panel, some times. at least over my own monitor. and finally, i should suggest ...

Comentarios: get a chat in my page connected to my cell phone before I used the yahoo messenger in my page connected to my yahoo messenger account but this application is better has more features I like a lot the user videos

the free service is good includes a video with the user screen steps it's very useful see how the user use your system, includes an app for Android, a lot of reports for see the conversations, you can customize the chat with your logo, integrates with a lot of apps like word press shopify, includes automatic responses

sometimes the Android app doesnt receive the notifications, it would great include an api to generate automatic responses programatically like the chatbots

Hey Petr, thanks a lot for your review. You can set "Office hours" in your account which means Smartsupp will appear online only in this time period. If any agent remains online after office hours, the chatbox on your website will switch to offline mode regardless. You don't have to worry about this, the difference is not caused by some bug or issue, it's there simply because Smartsupp and Google analytics are different tools, and as such are using different metrics to measure the number of active visitors on your website. Simple and quick way to contact visitors
Comentarios: Website visitors can have answers right away, they feel somebody is there for them, it is important. We do reservations to our studio by chat and consult what kind of service they will need from us.
