Comentarios: It's been very easy and great support. We launched it and are very happy so far.

No app to install. Easy to set up and use once it was up and running.

Would like an easier way for our members to get to their portal with their phone. Some solution so they can pop to their portal and send a referral text on the fly. Also, would love to see campaigns that allow members to compete with others with First name and last name initial. Kind of a barometer of how others are doing with referrals against other members for a specific period of time. Kind of like how sales teams compete internally to build strong marketing campaigns.

Software Feels Like It's In Development Phase

Comentarios: I feel like I'm trial testing an affiliate software that's not quite ready to launch. There's glitches and broken functionality everywhere. It will likely work for what we're hoping to do, but I'm disapointed in the overall experience.

I interviewed a lot of referral softwares before going with this one and am relatively happy with my choice. It has good features for the price point. The sales team was helpful and awesome. In general, it probably will work for our purposes. That being said, it falls short of the professionalism and "finished" product I was hoping for.

I feel like this software is a bit antequated in the design and is overall in development stage. There are several places where functionality just isn't quite seamless - I can ALMOST do what I need to do, but not quite. Features such as limited custom fields, awkward formatting, lacking conversion script instructions, etc made the set up process frustrating. I switched to this software so I wouldn't have to take so many shortcuts with our referral program and I feel like I'm having to hack my way into getting it to do what I need it to do. I've submitted over 20 feature requests since starting to use the software just a week ago. We'll see if they make adjustments as we go on.

As an admin, RR is great for managing and tracking referrals and affiliate data. I enjoy being able to keep up with all details in real-time and seeing referrals come in for our affiliates. As an affiliate, I enjoy the features RR offers when allowing me to see my referral data and all info I need to be a successful affiliate right on my dashboard as soon as I log in to the portal.

As an admin, RR is very difficult to navigate. I struggled to understand where to find settings changes, how to set up the program and save edits I made to our program, among other things. The different options RR offers are great, but I found it extremely difficult to navigate and understand as a potential first-time affiliate admin user.

Comentarios: We've loved our experience with Referral Rock! The implementation team is very helpful and our specialist, [sensitive content hidden], is super responsive and willing to help. She didn't overwhelm us with emails or resources, but we always knew we could go to her with any questions. Overall, a really great experience and we definitely recommend!

We needed an easy-to-use affiliate management and payout software that integrated seamlessly with our CRM, HubSpot. We've loved our experience so far and it's been easy for our affiliates to use!

Because we are new to the system, it's sometimes hard to find the settings we're looking for within the system. Also, I wish it were possible for our affiliates to update all of their personal info in their account settings (such as email and Paypal address). Other than that, we are loving it!

New to Commission Based Referral Programs

Comentarios: Our account manager was amazing and greatly helped with onboarding / customization. He was available and responsive to all our questions. The program is quite powerful, automated and well developed. We are very satisfied!

We chose Referral Rock for multiple reasons: 1) it integrated with Shopify and HubSpot, 2) the automation and management of payouts, 3) the personalized dashboard for each member.

We have not used it long enough to fully capture the cons, however it is currently meeting our needs. The only features I wish were incorporated is the ability to customize / only offer certain rewards to specific members, and some method to indicate if a member has completed the W-9 process.

Comentarios: Honestly, getting started with RR was kind of rocky. It took much longer to implement than expected. That said, after implementing it, it seems to have brought more value to our business and our customers seem to love it. We still have some work to do with internal usage, but overall it seems to have been a good investment.

Comentarios: It has been a great few months using the system. As a marketer, it has cut down my time for affiliate management immensely and allowed me to focus on other aspects of growing our affiliate program.The customer support team has also been incredible in assisting with any questions, along with going above and beyond to build snippets of custom code where needed in order to achieve our objectives!

The product is really easy to use! As a marketer, it was great that I could be hands-on with the set up of all our programs. The code needed for our website was also relatively simple for our developer to implement- making the process of setting up referral rock smooth.I also really like that the system updates all the members of their rewards statuses, giving them some motivation to drive more referrals!

In 2016, we did a deep analysis of our Word-of-Mouth marketing and found it to be one of our most profitable lead gen channels. So, we began the hunt to find a referral program software company who could rally behind us just as our customers do. After speaking with more than 4 other companies, we signed on with Referral Rock. Why? For a few reasons: Price is competitive for what you receive UI is clean and easy to navigate They offer key feature sets which include: easy to embed widgets, single- or double-sided referral program options, one-click call-to-action for quick sign up, automated templated email messages, unique tracking for sharing, API integration, conversion tracking, reporting, etc. Weve been using Referral Rock for a few months now and I have to say that if you want stellar customer service these guys deliver on all levels. They are attentive. Will customize anything you need on the fly. By far, their team is awesome to work with and will help you get results. Also, if you provide them with feedback it doesnt get lost. Its seen as valuable and taken into consideration when they update their software.

The only con would be their reporting its limited.

Comentarios: Increased our customer base and exposed our brand to a much bigger audience at a very good ROI compared to the likes of Adwords.

The setup widget is doesn't take long to setup, and understand. You do need some experience with setting up campaigns, but if you miss anything the onboarding team takes you through a pre-launch call and screen sharing - which picked up the things that I had missed.

Puntos en contra:

It's probably no for everyone - given it is a commitment to setup and use - the easiest thing would be to just email your customers. But this adds a layer of tracking and viral-ness given people that are referred to, can also make referrals. To get the most out of it I suggest testing various offers to find a sweet spot.

I was looking for a tool that could help launch a member referral program. This type of tool is often found in different sectors and not necessarily in the non-profit space, so I wasn't sure it would work as effectively as it does for say, ecommerce. I needed an inexpensive, plug-and-play solution and found referral rock. It has worked as advertised.

It was not as intuitive to set the referral logic, but the rep on the customer success team was very helpful!
