Pabau for an Aesthetic Clinic
Comentarios: The onboarding process was very slow for a brand-new clinic with no data to migrate. Most of the support staff have limited knowledge and are unable to provide immediate assistance. The platform has basic bugs that are common in any software platform, indicating a lack of thorough testing before releasing features to the public. Many features in Pabau 2 depend on the original Pabau, requiring tweaks in Pabau 1 for them to function correctly in Pabau 2.

I found several aspects of Pabau particularly beneficial: Online Booking System: The ability to create links for specific treatments is a standout feature. It simplifies the booking process for clients and allows for targeted promotion of particular services. Cloud-Based Platform: The cloud-based nature of Pabau ensures that data is securely stored and accessible from anywhere. This enhances flexibility and convenience, making it easy to manage appointments and client information on the go.

System Performance: The system can be quite slow at times, which impacts efficiency and productivity. Onboarding Process: The onboarding process is also slower than expected, which can be frustrating for new users eager to get started. Customer Success: The Customer Success experience leaves much to be desired mainly because Customer Success staff were not trained on Pabau 2 features or how to use them. Customer Retention Focus: Customer retention should be a core aspect of every interaction. Ensuring that users feel valued and supported can significantly improve overall satisfaction. System Bugs: There are still multiple bugs present in the system despite it being in the production environment. Addressing these issues promptly would enhance the user experience and reliability of the platform.

Comentarios: Marco was very kind and patient and showed me exactly how the software works. I feel that I could contact him again if I was having problems or needed a refresher in how to set various things up.

Sometimes all of the features could feel a little overwhelming to someone just starting out, but I think that they will all be useful in the future

Comentarios: Still early days but have done a lot of set-up work with a very helpful/knowledgable customer success rep. Data implementation was also handled very professionally.

It was really easy process. When I was looking for options Pabau came upon search. Reached out with some caution as not heard about it and my family uses Semble.
But, from the first meeting onwards they surprised me, found very informative, cost effective especially for small business like mine. No hidden costs. Pabau academy is excellent. The staff would reach out and resolve issues quickly

Comentarios: The set up and implementation was extremely easy and smooth. Customer Service has been great so far. Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved

I liked the Calendar feature, REcords Management feature, Templates are handy, Marking for Botox etc are compatible, Notifications are well designed.

The least I liked is their PRescription feature which is complicated to use. Also the birthday templates are not fancy. Customer review template is also not up to the mark.

Pabau after one year
Comentarios: Overall very good. There are a few elements mentioned above which would bring it into excellent all round for me.
Puntos a favor:
I like the ease of moving from clinical notes to photos to appointments to admin - all smoothly transition. Photos are easy to import and show side by side.
Puntos en contra:
I would like easier direct entry to fields such as medical history, family history, social history rather than only have it automated from the medical questionnaire form. Investigations are not very developed yet in terms of export of tests / import of results, not much for imaging, and no inbuilt scoring system for things like BMI, CVS risk, dementia screen etc

Pabau is an excellent software
Comentarios: Excellent software; it will make my life much easier because it contains all the features I need to run my clinic smoothly plus superb customer service and support.

Excellent software and support from purchasing the software until the last configurations tailored to my needs. The staff is super helpful and provides outstanding customer support and online training on all aspects, such as setting up an account, configuring Pabau to my needs, helping with Stripe integration, uploading my templates, marketing advice, tips for my practice, etc. Pabau is easy to use and offers numerous useful features. I am exceptionally pleased about Pabau 2, too. It is a good value for money.

I like that Pabau is cloud based and easy to navigate. The training videos are really helpful and customer support is straight forward and quick to respond.

When the portal is open and being used by multiple devices, it does not update unanimously on each device until the page is refreshed. Once you know this, you get into a habit of actively refreshing the page before booking someone in to avoid double bookings.

Great potential, once bugs and usability by clients and practice user have been resolved
Comentarios: Very very frustrating to begin with and losing customers recently as the booking system just wasn’t working. This has made us furious and if not resolved then shall start to look elsewhere.

It sounds great but the result is poor
Comentarios: Very poor. We are looking at switching to another software company.

There are endless software bugs that are embarrassing both for Pabau and for my business. The support is highly inadequate, slow and cannot solve key issues. It is crazy that Pabau changed over to Pabau 2 and the functionality got far worse.
