Great Tool if you have High Call Volume

Comentarios: Great! We continue to use the service to its full capacity.

There are a few really great features within anywhere, one would be the call recording. This help us with training options, the call identifier this allows us to find out more information about the caller prior to even picking up. Lastly, the reports we use the charts to find out which location is doing best at answering calls and if we have any missed calls.

Puntos en contra:

It was a little tricky to set up. We had to do a lot of training as the older method wasn't as streamlined. Which is nothing against Anywhere 365.

Skype for Business Review

Comentarios: It was a pleasant experience, especially the instant texting.
Otherwise, there is superior software available that offers far more modern technology to fulfill the needs of this pandemic time.

It's fantastic when it's utilized throughout the company since it allows you to rapidly locate other users; nevertheless, that's the only benefit.

The video call and share screen capabilities aren't fantastic; they work intermittently. Dates are utilized to break up conversation history, and recalling the date of the talk I'm searching for is difficult.

Everything is Hardcoded

Comentarios: We were looking for a tool that would drive down calls to our service desk. Responses are hard coded and every single functionality is hard coded by Capterra. We paid a lot of money for a mediocre service that really hasn't solved any of our problems. I typically don't write reviews but feel other businesses need to be aware.

Everything is hardcoded and cannot administered in-house. Any changes that need to be made has to go through the provider. Target dates are not being met because of the lack of functionality. The chatbot responds as if it's a robot and not a personable interaction.

Meetings with Skype Business

Comentarios: Overall Experience with this application is okay. It has its flaws but as a communication application, it gets the job done.

Anywhere365 for skype business comes with features where you can have meetings with your client all around the world. Features are straightforward and it does get the work done. You can have a meeting with a normal internet connection without an issue.

Puntos en contra:

Most of the features are not available in the free version. Furthermore, UI and UX is not up to the current day standards.

Great Chat system

Comentarios: Over all a good chat system

Very easy and coinvent application you can call , chat anytime. Best part for me was you can even dial phone numbers and get free calls.

I think everything is nice except when we are connected in both PC and mobile notifications missed an even if you are away it still shows you available which is misleading

There was a time when Skype Business was the best...

Comentarios: Used to use it daily; but corporate went Teams way.

As for a corporate messaging solution, Skype Business still has some value. But the competition, especially Teams, have way more functionality now.

After buying Lync and joining it with Skype, I thought things would go better for them. But desktop application was less than intuitive. Needing many clicks, bad copy-paste experiences would really throw someone off

Comentarios: Anywhere365 for Skype Business has realy helpes us in achieving a lots of communications without any compromise at my firm. It is very esential to our firm and will recommend it to anyone anytime.

The quality of the video data being transmit from one end to another is top notch. Other features i enjoy is the call to clients that are not on Skype through normal call or landline.

So far so good i love everything about skype it heps our firm to stay ahead of many physical pose challenges.

Comentarios: As a Team Leader, I worked in a Call Center setting. Anywhere365 simplified the work of our operators. We were able to attend to our clients while also identifying areas where we needed to improve our system and team for better customer service using the Reporting/Analytics tool.

Anywhere365 for skype business reveiw

Comentarios: This software is primarily used to connect with my teams, with customers and with clients. While I do not interact with customers in my role, having this service is great when we want to have face-to-face client meetings that can easily be added to your Outlook calendar.

I really appreciate how simple it is t use Anywhere365 for Skype Business to conduct business presentations to clients, and to receive presentations from regarding product assortment from vendors. The video quality is very good and clear, and I enjoy the ability edit messages after then have been sent.

Puntos en contra:

My least favourite feature about Anywhere 365 is that you can't archive messages. Another feature that could be better is the amount of time it takes to dial in to a video call, even when my wifi connection is at full bars.

Easily connect with my client , make a good advantage in document sharing because no need to think about security. Another thing is time saver . Because it helps to make call with my client when they are in overseas.

Great tool for video, audio and screen sharing

Screen sharing and audio are way better than other tools like MS teams. Also easy for clients to connect and join audio/ video calls

I have experienced some freeze forcing me to restart the tool. Also it takes some time for You to get familiar with navigation

I have used Skype for many years with different companies. My current employer is transitioning to Microsoft Teams and retiring Skype. There are things that I like with both platforms. I do not have the IT knowledge to know why we are dumping Skype. Is the technology still relevant?

Other than some spotty connections years ago, I have no complaints about using the Skype platform.

Useful tool overall

Comentarios: Overall, it is fine and I enjoyed it. I would recommend it as being my top 4 options for communication platforms and essential for the remote working space. This app has clearly evolved over the years to meet the needs of remote workers and by far the sound and quality is still one of the top experiences I have had.

The interface was easy to use for our team. The user design is very important for our staff who are highly analytical and all engineers so it was quite important. This has great functionality for screen sharing and business meetings from what I have used in the past.

In terms of connections, I think it could be better. Whether it was the amount of server usage or something, there would be glitches with sound and such and or videos freezing. Delays make things awkward and stunted but we have got through them. Also, people seem to be using more apps like ZOOM instead so there's that.

Comentarios: Overall, good experience. I like that it is easy to chat with people outside of your organization.

The UI is intuitive and simple to get the hang of. I like that there are call in numbers to support countries outside the US.

It is difficult to connect with a company who does not also use Skype for business as the meeting links take many clicks to actually join the meeting.

Comentarios: I found it a great way to stay in touch, and to have a record of messages and details.

Easy to use to communicate to team members both in and out of the local facility. Always available. When loaded to my cell phone, being in touch was easy.

Have to remember to shut it off while on break - so easy to be reached, and to reach out. It is covenient

Great for Communication

Its so easy to reach out to someone via chat and to call. Messages are linked to email, so you can go back and find the conversations again. The notifications are subtle and not too distracting but also its hard to miss and forget about a message. Caller ID is great, and love that you can add photos within the organization.

Sometimes when I would forward my calls to my cell the call wouldn't go through.

Skype for business allowed our organization to connect with one another, regardless of where we were located. The software was easy to use and allowed us to see who was available, their calendars and setup meetings.

Skype was limited compared to the options that are available in this space, such as being able to connect with people outside of our company.
