Sitio web con plantillas listas para lanzar tu sitio en tiempo record

Comentarios: En general es muy buena, si tienes claro lo que necesitas, podes tener un sitio web operativo en tiempo record y sin escribir codigo.

Puntos a favor:

NO necesitas tener tantos conocimientos en diseño web para tener una web atractiva y funcionando con menus, paginas y formularios de contacto. Las plantillas están para ayudar mucho porque te ahorran mucho tiempo de edicion, ademas de que aprender tocando y viendo. Otra cosa es que podes ver directamente como va a quedar el diseño antes de publicar. Tambien no tenes que preocuparte por el hosting, ya que lo tiene integrado. El período de pruebas es de 14 dias, que te permite aprender.

Puntos en contra:

Personalmente como desventaja no encontré como integrar algunos servicios de terceros para ecomerce de Argentina como Mercadopago.

Comentarios: finalmente no pague la membresia, ya que pense que me tomaria mucho tiempo

Facil de usar, tiene muchas plantillas interesantes

Puntos en contra:

necesitas saber un poco de diseño pero en general se ve facil de aprender

Comentarios: Aporta a que pequeños , medianos y grandes empresas puedan proyectarse y tener una vitrina en linea.

Su funcion como tal es muy facil para personas que no saben usarlo, lo puedan diseñar según a tu gusto.

Puntos en contra:

Por el momento no he visto ninguno, quizás algo mínimo seria que a veces hacen un poco de spam, en el correo.

Comentarios: En general, he tenido una gran experiencia con Squarespace.

Puntos a favor:

He estado usando Squarespace para mi sitio web durante varios meses y debo decir que es un creador de sitios web fantástico. Las plantillas son impresionantes y la interfaz de arrastrar y soltar es muy fácil de usar, incluso para alguien sin experiencia en diseño de sitios web como yo.

Squarespace es, sin duda, un gran creador de sitios web, pero tiene algunas limitaciones. Por ejemplo, la plataforma no permite mucha personalización más allá de lo que está disponible en las plantillas.

Comentarios: Buena en un principio pero cuando el proyecto creció, me vi muy limitado y tuve que migrar toda la web a wordpress.

Su mejor argumento es que resulta muy fácil trabajar con la interfaz y crear el diseño de tu sitio web.

Puntos en contra:

Hay muchas cosas que realmente no puedes hacer. Por ejemplo, su velocidad de carga es malísima de cara a Google y no hay forma de mejorar esto como si se puede hacer en wordpress.

Muy fácil y asequible, con parte gratuita la cual no está mal, si el siti web a construir es pequeño con squarespace irá de perlas todo y sobre todo con el diseño responsive de base para adecuarlo a cualquier tipo de terminal ( o casi cualquier tipo...)

Puntos en contra:

Me gustaría, al igual que otras aplicaciones , que tuviera una opción de guardado automático y no tener que andar pinchando en guardad para guardar los cambios

Comentarios: Es una herramienta que sin tener conocimientos de computación te permite tener en un día una página web atractiva y visualmente funcional.

Tiene herramientas de construcción y plantillas de las mejores que he visto en el mercado, tiene herramientas adicionales como creación de logos que complementan mucho y aunque no lo he usado una herramienta para crear tiendas en línea

Puntos en contra:

es de los productos más caros en el mercado y la integración con dominios externos no es tan inmediata

Create Beautiful and Stunning Portfolios using Squarespace!

Comentarios: My overall experience is great. A person doesn't need to have in-depth website development skills to set up a portfolio or business websites as Squarespace provides customizable options using drag & Drop features that simplifies the process. Additionally, it supports third party integrations with other software's extending its overall capability. Overall Squarespace meets all my expectations.

Puntos a favor:

What i love most about Squarespace is that it has one of the best user-friendly interfaces as compared to other web building platforms. The templates provided are beautiful and customizable using the drag and drop features and requires little technical knowledge to start. Additionally, it provides hosting solutions and SEO Analytics to help a user understand their clients better once the site is hosted.

Puntos en contra:

The software is perfect for beginners and pros and thereby i like everything about Squarespace.

Great desktop functionality, mobile view is lacking

Comentarios: Good, I still use it but I really hope someone from Squarespace see's my notes in the cons section.

Puntos a favor:

Square Space to me is still the best tool out there to get a website out quickly, but it does have quick a few things lacking still (see below). It has a good amount of templates that you can customize really easily, but they do all look a bit templately still.

Puntos en contra:

1) The mobile view cannot be adjusted. Anything you edit from the mobile view will affect the desktop view. I think Squarespace should take a page from UnBounce who lets to optimize the mobile side separately from the desktop side. 2) There needs to be more ajax and jquery type animation functionality to help the website look less templately. Any type of animation is essentially no-existent outside of galleries fading in and the text underline. 3) I don't like how Squarespace is constantly spamming me to upgrade to the eCommerce plan when I'm not making a eCommerce website. They've even added an error icon next to one of the templates I'm using now. This is very annoying.

Comentarios: Good, but I got frustrated at the limitations and preferred to opt for other solutions at better price.

Annoying Navigation bar and limited customization, if not adding code. Annoying login process.

Comentarios: Overall my experience with Squarespace has been very positive and I will continue to use the platform for both myself and my clients.

I like how easy it is to use and customize, there just isn't as big of a learning curve with it as with other website-building platforms.

What I like least is that the pricing can get really out of hand since you have to keep adding to your subscription.

Comentarios: It's been an overall good experience. I have used the blog features and the scheduling so far. There are many features, including adding a shop to your site, which I would like to add eventually. It's excellent quality and easy to use.

I've had no experience creating a website before, but I purchased a template, and it was easy to make my website. Squarespace helpdesk has been super helpful when I needed it.

I love squarespace!! I use it for all my websites! It’s so nice that I can have one login to manage all my sites. Their pre-designed site templates look high end and the websites are very easily customizable! They have so many features and I love the SEO tracking

The websites are a little pricy, but I feel like you get so many features which makes it worth the value.

I like Squarespace because it offers Free email and domain hosting after domain registration.

It's domain pricing is totally different with other providers.

User friendly, able to modify and add plugins very easily and the internal data tracking is very good

The only thing I don't like about our websites with SS is having to pay for the booking options. That should be included in the rates as it is with most other website hosts.

Great product, kind of pricey

Ease of use wins the day

Comentarios: Easy! I can get ahold of their help desk, there’s a ton of online articles for support and almost everything I’ve been able to figure out on my own.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of use can’t be beat! I’ve been able to get 2 different websites up and running in a day. If you have most of your brand assets and guidelines ready, you can put up a site quickly and have something that functions even if you don’t have a tech background.

Puntos en contra:

The eCommerce features are fine, but could use some updates and some fleshing out. But it’s still a great place to start.

Comentarios: Overall, I was able to host, renew my website, update and track leads/manage potential customers using the website and periodically make updates to it so I'm happy with it.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use, navigate and to setup. I've been using Squarespace for about 6 years now. I built a website from the ground up using their tools, was able to change up the background, UI, design easily with the tools. Also, I was able to add a page with password protection and its an amazing product.

Puntos en contra:

I guess with every website design template, there are limitation was our imagination. I just wish I was able to setup a forum for discussion or a subscription based type of product but I don't think they have such option.

My experience with Squarespace

Squarespace Is NOT for Squares

Comentarios: I have really liked hosting my website on Squarespace. Despite their recent price increase, I think it is totally worth it. I can host my site with all the Google, payment, and social-media integrations I need/want.
Also their templates are a great starting point, and once you get use to how to edit and organize the webpages, it becomes very intuitive.

It's integration of all things needed to fully set up a functional website.

Editing the site is a bit counterintuitive at first.

Auto-Complete Domain Name, Sells it for me

Comentarios: Very good. I enjoy the experience I am buying more domains because of the auto-complete feature I mentioned and the value.

Puntos a favor:

ease of use, very intuitive platform, and templates are slick, plus very reasonable compared to other platforms. One of the best features is auto-complete for finding domain names. I like that feature.

Puntos en contra:

as a small business owner, it comes down to cost. not that Squarespace is very expensive, but this is my biggest con.
