He estado usando Dropbox Sign durante bastante tiempo y debo decir que ha sido un cambio de juego para mí. Me encanta lo fácil que es crear, firmar y enviar documentos con solo unos pocos clics. La interfaz de usuario también es muy intuitiva, por lo que me resulta muy fácil realizar mis tareas de manera eficiente.

Aunque encuentro Dropbox Sign muy útil, hay un aspecto que creo que podría mejorarse. A veces experimento tiempos de carga lentos, especialmente cuando trabajo con archivos grandes. Esto puede ser un poco frustrante, especialmente cuando tengo prisa.

Me gusta Dropbox Sign porque soluciona y agiliza lo tedioso que puede ser el recepcionar documentación que requiera de una firma. Con Dropbox Sign puedo subir cualquier documento y solicitar la firma por HelloSign, incluso esta herramienta envía un recordatorio al cliente si este aún no ha firmado, toda una maravilla.

Puntos en contra:

En algunos dispositivos móviles presenta algunos fallos de diseños, letras fuera de casillas o imagenes que de desbordan.

Dropbox Sign me parece una solución interesante, es posible subir cualquier documento y solicitar que la firmen por medio de HelloSign. Además, si el cliente ha visto el documento y no lo ha firmado, Dropbox Sign le envía un recordatorio. Es simplemente genial y simple de implementar.

Puntos en contra:

Llevo probando Dropbox Sign desde hace 5 meses y todo va muy bien, mis clientes reciben la documentación y la firman sin complicaciones.

Great tool for a small business

I'll admit, the first thing that brought me to Dropbox Sign (HelloSign at the time) was the price. But I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up, and how full-featured it was given the price.

I do wish that I could be the last signer & not the first. There must be a way, but I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Honest Dropbox Sign Review

Comentarios: Using Dropbox Sign has saved us and our clients the time and hassle of getting documents signed. Our clients have said many times "I couldn't believe how easy that was"! It is secure, quick, and easy. Being able to customize different forms and choose the necessary fields date, signature, initials, etc. The reminders let you know what is still outstanding without having to log in to Dropbox.

Puntos a favor:

Dropbox Sign is user-friendly for people who are familiar with computer programs and people who rarely touch a computer. It is very simple to navigate and easy as 1,2,3. It is also Secure and that is extremely important to us and we make it a high priority to ensure our client's sensitive information is safe and protected.

Puntos en contra:

More templates for the price would be helpful. Or if there were a way to purchase additional templates without having to update to the premium level.

Easy, but missing essential functions.

Comentarios: Overall, for the cost, this product is great. If I need additional functionality, I'll pay the additional cost for another product. But, this does basically all the things I need for a fraction of the cost.

Puntos a favor:

HelloSign is extremely easy to use. There's basically no training required. It's all straightforward. Items can be required or optional. Text fields, signatures, initials, etc., can be added by drag and drop. Templates can be created from any document. It's also very low cost compared to similar products.

Puntos en contra:

We use HelloSign through Brokermint for real estate brokerage transactions. I wasn't able to save an e-sign document draft, then come back to finish it later. I had to either complete the document or lose it. There isn't a strike through feature, as is common with these products, so the workaround is to insert a text box over existing text and use underscores to strike it. I'm required to add a signer to every document, even if it's myself, but sometimes I just want to add a textbox and save it without needing a signature. Also, as an admin, I wanted the ability to access documents of users, but I don't think that's possible. I was only able to access documents to which I was the creator or a signer.

Our organization needs a safe and accessible way to sign documents together with our clients. We provide confidential services, and the option for users to decline written copies of the agreement helps a great deal with this. We use Dropbox Sign daily to process important paperwork related to public health and mental health as well as public safety.

Puntos en contra:

Many of our clients are generationally inexperienced with tech platforms such as Dropbox. The downside of its security is the involved signing process which sometimes needs a little bit of extra explanation. Many people think that their documents are signed once they have created their signatures without having clicked the blue "submit" button. Taking time to coach this or share a support video helps with this!

Excellent Value when compared to their biggest competitor

Comentarios: Excellent Value for Entrepreneurs and Start-Ups. ULIMITED actually means UNLIMITED, unlike their more expensive competitor who offer unlimited until you get to 8 sends per month, then their 'fair-use' policy kicks in to charge extra fees or attempts to coerce you into 'upgrading'. Thus far I have sent 27 documents out for e-Signature. ZERO ISSUE. Smooth. I get an email verifying the Send, the Read and the instant the doc has been Signed by each party, and then a Completion Notice. Overall I wanted value for my $$$... I found that with HelloSign. Very happy!!

I wish the HelloSign APP was available in Canada. No idea why it's not. Makes ZERO sense to me. I can still access it on my phone but I have to sign in using a mobile browser, and THAT means my use can be tracked by companies like Google and Samsung... I DO NOT LIKE THAT! I like an APP that I click on and I'm right there to do business without the extra strokes and 2FA. That annoys me.

Great for small businesses

Comentarios: I use Hellosign everyday to ensure my customers have the information needed from us and we have the information needed from them so we can get their boats up and running. Hellosign is easy to use and seamlessly integrates with my dropbox account so everyone that needs the information in my company has it.

Hellosign is extremely user friendly, we have team members who aren't great with technology and even they didn't have any issues working with Hellosign.

Puntos en contra:

It doesn't have options for blue ink as a signature. In the middle east where we operate, some organisations require signature in blue ink. I did suggest this feature but I guess it is still being considered. Some features such as having the option to remove the document ID and separating the audit trail is only available if you go for the business plan. Which wasn't the issue for us since we required more users but if u need less than 5 users then that may be a thing for you to consider.

Perfect for reducing paper waste

Comentarios: I'm mostly using this to push paperwork to employees. This became an important tool when our company transitioned to working from, and then again when we moved to paperless employee records.

I really, really like how easy it is to get it up and running. I like that it recognizes pre-existing fields and that I can fill out parts of the form without adding myself as a signer.

Puntos en contra:

We didn't integrate with another software, and as someone who used DocuSign before I felt like in comparison this was very easy and straightforward. It was little annoying that you HAVE to include a subject line but not a deal breaker. Also I wish it was easier to see whose signatures are on a document from the search results. I send out a lot of policies and I use autofill so they all have the same subject line. If i'm looking for someone specific I have to hover over the details part.

Best to streamline business contracts

This has been my favorite platform to upload contracts and send for signature I send contracts daily and this allows for an easy tracking of the documents and makes it better then using an adobe signature process

Nothing I’ve had a great experience so far with hellosign. If you need to send contracts hellosign is a great place, I’ve canceled the service but somehow always go back to it

High Quality, Great Value, Should be The Industry Leader

Crafting what needs to be signed and where on the document is incredibly simple. In addition, sharing this document with a client who can sign seamlessly without a clunky and frustrating account creation process is a game changer. Night and day better than docusign.

Sometimes the placement of signature boxes can glitch when creating the document. I would like this to be explored and ironed out entirely if possible

AZ Insurance Review of Product

Comentarios: Getting signed docs back from clients has been solved now. We also have an audit trail of documents which is crucial in my business

Puntos a favor:

The software is easy to use for us but also for my clients. I love the audit trail sheet too. It saved us $2,000 a year in postage alone plus we get documents back so much faster than before.

No major cons the product works as it supposes to we are very happy.
