Dualmon makes it all so simple

I access my computers as well as friends and family from all over the world. I get a bundle package that is economical per computer and allows me to group them based on the different groups I am helping.

If they were going to improve it, I would like a way to stay connected for a set amount of time and a set amount of time since last activity.

Very pleased with Dualmon

Comentarios: We use Dualmon to support pc's in multiple locations at our company. It makes for fast, easy connections. It allows us to troubleshoot issues as well as run remote processes with ease as if we were there. It's also great for remotely helping senior relatives with their pc problems without flying across the country just to get them back on FB! :o)

We support around 50 computers and Dualmon does what it's supposed to do. It connects quickly, allows transfers of files easily and is relatively simple to install. Their pricing is fair and they don't jack the rates every year. I also like that they inform you of an upcoming renewal. Some companies just slam your credit card and don't let you know its time. Customer service is responsive.

After having used similar software in the past, I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about Dualmon.

Fantastic software even for a small company!

It is very easy to use and cost effective. I have the client set up on all the office computers and when someone needs help, I am not hunched over their computer with them to sort it out. It's not always tech support but may just be providing direction. I can log into their computer and we can talk on the phone at the same time. I wouldn't want to be without my Dualmon.

The print functionality does not have enough documentation. I still haven't figured out how it works.

Being a small company bang for the buck is important, dualmon provides that. Although my primary business is Internet related most of my clients are small business' too. They too are looking for the best bang for the buck, so I leverage this service in providing IT support as well as online website support. I have been a customer for several years and highly recommend this service.

Great Remote Assistance and Management Tool

Comentarios: We switched to DualMon after TeamViewer raised their prices to absurd heights and have never looked back. DualMon does everything we need and more without breaking the bank

We mainly use the remote assistance side of DualMon and it is great. It installs and makes connections quickly, works through most firewalls, and auto-reconnects after reboots. The assistance client will stay on the remote PC until the session is stopped by either side. This is great for longer-term projects.

Puntos en contra:

The only negative thing I have to say is some customers are unsure of DualMon because they haven't heard of it, but that is quickly overcome.

Dualmon Best Software for Remote Assistance

Comentarios: Excellent. The few times I have had an issue, customer service has resolved it within a few hours.

It is very easy to setup and use. You have the choice of a permanent connection or as needed. Very flexible.

Hate the screen after you connected asking if the user wants to let you see their screen. Duh, spent all this time setting up to be asked a silly queston.

Customer support by remote access

Comentarios: We repair and upgrade computers, and use Dualmon to configure customer machines remotely. Doing this saves engineer service time and resources for home visits.

Accessing our office computers remotely is easy to set up and works really well. The connection is solid and we are able to work as if in the office. Once connected, servicing and fixing customer computers by remote access is easy. We don't have any evident buffering, and we are able to reboot the accessed computer and re-establish the connection afterwards. The software even allows switching between dual remote monitors, which we weren't able to do using other software previously. The web portal is great and comprehensive.

Puntos en contra:

Setting up a one-time connection to a customer does seem to be a little convoluted, but having said that the software does advise you where the customer is in the process. I'm not sure how this could be improved, to be fair.

Comentarios: Dualmon has been incredibly reliable once setup and is usually very painless to get a remote session started.

It has a full suite of features on both Windows & MacOS end-user devices with minimal latency.

When setting up a remote session to a user's MacBook, they have to manually set the permissions for us to view their screen, and to interact with it, within their MacBook settings.

Remote support / access

Comentarios: I have a small computer support company, Dualmon has been a great help to me and my clients. I have several sites setup for unattended access and the others I connect on demand as needed. I've used Dualmon for a few years and it works very well for me. I've recommended it to a few clients and they have been pleased.

For me I can't think of any cons, it's worked every time I've needed it. It would be nice if I could tell if an unattended compute was in use.

The interface is straightforward, making it easy even for those without a tech background to get started. Compatibility is a non-issue; it works seamlessly across multiple platforms, be it Windows or Mac. One feature that stands out is the robust security options available, including two-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption. In a time where cyber threats are ever-present, this added layer of security is invaluable. The session recording feature has been a game-changer in ensuring that all remote activities are transparent and accountable. While there are other RDP solutions out there, none offer the same combination of ease-of-use, security, and valuable features at such a competitive price point.

However, the limited compatibility with certain monitor models posed occasional challenges. Despite this, dualmon proved to be a reliable and valuable tool for optimizing multi-monitor setups.

One of the things I liked most about dualmon was its seamless multi-monitor management. The software provided intuitive tools and features to effortlessly control and customize multiple monitors from a single interface. Whether it was extending the desktop across screens, adjusting resolutions, or managing display settings, dualmon made it convenient and efficient to work with multiple monitors. The ability to create different profiles for various monitor setups was also a useful feature, allowing for quick switching between configurations.

One thing I liked least was the limited compatibility with certain monitor models. Great software

Comentarios: It has saved us a lot of money and made our clients very happy. Now when a remote client(more than 20 miles away) calls with an easy fix, it is done quickly (usually within 20 minutes) instead of putting them on schedule and driving there.
