Great software that actually saves you time and increases productivity

Comentarios: We are primarily focused on improving the onboarding experience of our clinical staff at this time. MentorcliQ has been essential in helping us match new graduate nurses with the perfect mentor for them, and then provide timely communication so that both partners stay engaged in the mentoring process. All of our stakeholders have expressed their gratitude for the program, and for the platform, which makes it easy for them to manage the mentoring relationship independently. It also saves an insane amount of time for administrators of the mentoring programs, by automating matching, communication, and tracking. It's been a huge win for us!

The software has a fairly short learning curve, and end-users tend to be able to use what they need without trouble. I love that it doesn't have a lot of extra that you don't really need. It's streamlined, which makes it easy to navigate to exactly where you need to go without a lot of extra clicks. I'm still learning the app, but I think that's going to be a game-changer for our users!

Puntos en contra:

I wish there was a little more seamless integration between the different admin functions. For example, in order to retire someone manually, I have to go to Matches to determine who needs to be retired, and then go into Manage Participants to retire them. I wish that admins could click on a user's profile and perform all functions from that spot.

Excellent Formal Mentoring Program Tool!

Comentarios: The platform helped me create a formalized mentoring program for the first time in our department. We are in the middle of our first cycle, but I am hoping that this program helps enrich our younger talent to build their skills, strengths, and confidence to succeed in the workplace. I am also hoping that this formal mentoring program will help people build their internal network in our department, encourage knowledge sharing, and eventually build a stronger informal mentoring culture within the department.

The platform greatly simplifies the process of running a formal mentoring program. The support from mentorcliQ is fantastic and definitely aids in making the software even easier to use. As a program administrator, this software saves me a lot of time and allows me to spend a greater portion of my time focusing on my main responsibilities as an engineer.

I would like the option to customize a bit more, especially in the surveys that are automatically sent out. Also, the preview message could be improved - it seems like there might be bugs as I usually can't see the links that are added or what the email will truly look like on the receivers end. Overall, great user experience though.

Comentarios: Being a Mentor enables me to grow both as individual and as a professional. Helping others is reassuring and very powerful.

It gives a good overview of the evolution of the program, enabling your inputs and time management. On the matching phase, allows the participants to define which areas they are prepared to offer or expecting to receive support.

Could have a field to log comments between participants (accessible only to them) and an area for individual reports (accessible only to each participant).

MentorcliQ has allowed me to connect with colleagues across the globe that I otherwise would have never met. Their algorithm to match colleagues based on certain criteria is truly incredible. I would also be remiss to not mention the incredible support offered by MentorcliQ to ensure the program is a success.

At this point in time, nothing comes to mind. If anything, perhaps their reporting could be more user friendly....more of an automatic dashboard could be cool.

Excellent service and implementation

Comentarios: MentorcliQ has allowed us to connect our global talent to leverage their skills and experience and create internal talent communities where best practice can be shared.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to either use smart of manual matches is useful as there is often a need for human intervention. The interface is clear and very simple to use and so far no users have needed to come to admin to ask questions about how to use the platform. The service pre and post sales is excellent.

Puntos en contra:

It would be useful for not only time-zone options to be listed but the option to click on how many hours +/- that the participant would be happy to have sessions in. This will make it really clear and provide better matching opportunities so they aren't self-selecting and reducing their options for the best matched mentoring partner.

The most impactful feature of MentorCliQ is its Smart Match option and the option to setup rules about it. Also the flexibility of the Admin panel is very well organized and easy to manage!

It will be a good addition to make available modifications of the Focus Areas of an already created program instead of creating a new one. Probably archive for already existing data and modification of the new edition of the program.

Comentarios: The staff is wonderful. They take the time to understand your needs, make recommendations, and support your goals. Their expertise brings a new level to the goals you are trying to accomplish within your program(s).

Navigating the software is easy and intuitive. It offers the ability for self-directed enrollment and the automatic paring serves as an efficient self-managing system. I like that programs can be customized i.e.: lean for specific skills learning like coaching or broad for career pathing like leadership development.

There are so many possibilities. I wish I had time to learn everything they have to offer in MentorLab, InclusionLab, and the Resource Library!

MentorcliQ is a life saver!

Comentarios: MentorcliQ has allowed us to grow our mentor program as it has taken away a lot of the administrative burdens of running a mentor program. We now have a way to track how many hours participants are spending on the program and we can see what the focus areas are. The ability to collect feedback from participants through the system has also been a huge help for us. I am so glad we partnered with MentorcliQ and look forward to more great things ahead!

It is extremely user friendly and is easy for admins and employees to use. It doesn't require much training on the front end for mentor program participants which makes it easy for them to hit the ground running.

That the translations for the scheduled communications had to be done from the client part. They seem to be quite standard, so could be given by MentorcliQ as part of the package when purchasing translations/multi-languages,
