Comentarios: Mobiwork has solved our centralized quoting, scheduling, and dispatching problem by providing an easy to use and learn system that has enough customization and flexibility to perform the tasks that would normally require a far more expensive platform.

Mobiwork has allowed us to process requests from quote through dispatch and completion to invoice without the need for more expensive platforms that cost many multiples compared to this program. Ability for a small staff to perform all needed functions for quoting, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing in one package

Comentarios: I've worked with MobiWork for a few years now. We've integrated using their API, and we use the application on a daily basis.

MobiWork has a product that works well for any dispatching or scheduling organization. We use it within the transportation industry to dispatch our technician quickly to emergency breakdown. Everything works in real-time and is easy to use from portal to technical mechanics out in the field via the mobile app. Our customers use the customer portal to eliminate the need for telephone interaction.

Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy. Set up was easy but no help with integration into the company and we were left to our own devices.

Comentarios: Going from Microsoft Outlook we wanted something that would connect our Field Techs with the office real time from scheduling to forms. MobiWork takes it so much further with their list of features that can be used in so many different areas. We are a unique business and were able to have MobiWork build custom features to meet our needs.

The MobiRules are super helpful in configuring your behind the scenes system and how you want it to function.

I would like to have access to see some programming strings in the back ground that could be used for some of their built in features for pre filled forms etc.

Comentarios: We manage a lot of units, commercial and residential. Mobiwork is crucial to being able to manage maintenance and service calls and billing for the work needed. Easy to use interface for techs in the field, tracks all their time, locations, and schedules. Has improved our response since techs are alerted so quickly when a work order is assigned.

Excellent work order management and dispatching. Easy to set up and use. We have hundreds of units and Mobiwork makes it easy to manage service calls, maintenance, and construction/renovations. Billing/invoicing is easy to manage.

Can't think of anything. Any features we have asked for have been made for us.

Very Effective Software

Comentarios: First year was rough. It was a lot of learning how the software worked, and doing lots of inputs. Seemed like there was no end to it. The second year around, our team started understanding how helpful this software is to our growing HVAC Company.

This software has changed and shaped out business to making more money and being more organized. Just like any other software out there, it will take some time to dial in what you want/need out of it. Mobi is a very useful tool. I was happy to be part of growing company. Their team is great and helpful. I used to be the Notebook type, pen and paper type. Now I dont even have a notebook. All the notes are on Mobi.

Great Support & off-line work order functionality

Comentarios: Recently the business determined they needed to track customers using MobiWorks “Category” field. This also required new QucikBooks Online reporting. We requested assistance from MobiWorks Support, and they provided a solution to synchronize the MobiWorks “Category” to the QBO “Customer Type.” This solution is performing as promise, they did an excellent job.

We have been using MobiWorks for over a year. One of the most important capabilities (a real differentiator) this product provides, is off-line work order functionality. Even when technicians have no network or cell coverage, technicians still have the work order information on their mobile devices and can continue with their work.

Documentation could be better, they have been adding and updating over the past year.

We are now able to track our service engineers locations and work completed with all team members having access at all times. Mobiwork even created custom reports for us to track critical processes that we need to track daily.

Best app I've used for any kind of work related software.

So many times in the past, I wasn't able to find a document I needed to complete my job. I had to call the office and ask them search for the needed documents and email them to me. Now I can access all project documents with in seconds and keep me moving!

A Wonderful Product for Any Company

Comentarios: I was involved in the initial setup and data population. I create maintenance or service work orders and dispatch to my technicians. If they get caught on a jobsite I can easily drag their work order to a different time or day.

The ability to drill down on equipment history was a must. Our customers wanted to see all maintenance and every repair that had been completed.

I wanted a basic, basic system but could not find one. At least MobiWork did not require me to build multiple modules that I didn't need just in order for the system to work.

Comentarios: Now that we have a work order system in place, we can find trends in equipment breakdown and identify consistent problems in the field.

Customizable dashboards, GPS tracking, and integrated asset system are fantastic features. Having a single system to use with IT and facilities has been a game changer.

Updating the UI would be nice; however, that is just a slight personal preference. Work Orders sometimes doesn't send to the app.

MobiWork has helped accuracy on my daily deliveries.

The office sets up my schedule on what I deliver for the day, I can cross reference my schedule in MobiWork with my pick tickets from the warehouse to ensure accuracy. This has helped improve my experience and the customers in knowing they are getting the right product.
