Use it for a long time, so far it is good

Good app for its price.

It is compatible with tablets, smartphones, and websites. Labor estimates are looking good. OBD2 diagnostic system that comes built-in and can be monitored through a history log.

Puntos en contra:

Some features (first of all, some part suppliers) are not available for my country. Also Multilocation feature is limited.

We absolutely love having a free listing with them however we have never been able to see a direct benefits to being on board.

Unfortunately we have never been shown that we have or have not been contacted through this tool. Yet.

Quite a user-friendly application

I like that this application has quite a lot of interesting features. For example, sync of financial info to Xero. There are also versions for tablet and mobile devices, which are important for me.

Puntos en contra:

But on the other hand, Loyalty Progam is a very useless feature and it seems working not so good.

Excellent user-interface design, easy-to-understand menu, where all features sorted correctly and logically. My the most favorite feature in this app is Auto Parts & Inventory, where I can see the detailed information about parts purchase/sell in my shop.

Unfortunately, when the Internet is bad it often switches to offline mode.

AutoRepair Cloud is very well application.

Huge database of customers and their cars. Possibility of two-way communication with customers via the Communication Center. I also like the repair link feature, where my customers could approve/reject the work on repair.

Repair workflow timeline seems a bit hard-to-understand.

Quite a good application, despite its low cost

Auto parts and inventory management, including buying parts (via Amazon and eBay) not related to some exact car. I also like integration with Google marketing tools (ex., Google Business, Google Ads, Reviews).

Good functionality of the customers, vehicles and repair orders list. Multilocation provides me access to list of customers, vehicles and repairs one our shop to another shop in different locations.

Multilocation is a good feature, but could be more functional (for example, provide financial reports).

Customer profile contains detailed information, including own created fields. The Financial Report is a great feature to show the information about prepare job by selected time period.

Convenient and functional application

An informative dashboard where I can see the current status of my auto repair shop at the moment. The features divided into sections quite logically, which makes the application easy to use.

Quite poor functionality in the offline mode. Internet connection is required for complete work of all features.

The Communication Center with vehicle owners looks multifunctional (including sending different Media). I also like integrated shop suppliers, which I can use to purchase parts just through this application.

Customer Support Chat sometimes gives reply with a delay. Also application sometimes returns some non-critical, but strange errors.

Great application for my business

I can include images and videos in my presentations to demonstrate my points to customers. Provide comprehensive technical documentation for rear vehicles. Grouping items in Repair Orders and invoices can be helpful for organization and tracking purposes.

The diagrams in this software have more information compared to others, but they are mostly basic PDFs.

Labor estimates are accurate I could establish prepayment options for customers. I can send a link via email or text to the customer for them to review the invoice and provide approval.

Calculator tool features that are beneficial for canned job include labor and parts calculation capabilities. The customer payment system is highly adaptable.

Over time, the application starts to work slower and I need to make a hard reset of cache to return good performance.

Good feature of appointments scheduling, which also has SMS/Email reminder for my clients a day before the appointment. Notifications and Communication Center seems fine and useful too.

Limited functionality in offline mode, for full functionality Internet is highly necessary.

Work Board and Workflows are very useful for quick change of repair status. Labor Estimate and Maintenance provide me quickly find necessary information about vehicle.

Application a bit stucks when you search some data (ex., vehicle by VIN, customer by phone, etc.).

Optimal prices in relation to the list of features. It is possible to order auto parts from different parts stores.

Quite configurable shop website, which could be used by my clients. Direct Emails feature, which I use for sending marketing Emails to my clients.
