Lo más atractivo de la herramienta es lo fácil de usar que es y su apartado de segmentación y automatizaciones así como la posibilidad de poder enviar campañas de GDPR, y HIPA
Puntos en contra:
Las landings y formularios, muy desfasados y poco personalizables. Y el registro de auditoría no arroja prácticamente ninguna información y no es descargable, sería interesante que se pudiera filtrar por instancia , registro de auditoría de biblioteca, de campañas, de automatización, de segmentos, así como poder crear copias de seguridad de datos, cosa que hasta la fecha no existe en la herramienta.

Comentarios: Herramienta que te ayuda a automatizar todo el marketing de tu empresa a través del correo electrónico.

Perfecta para analizar y estudiar las campañas publicitarias de tu empresa de una forma muy precisa. Es totalmente compatible con Zoho CRM y además, combinadas, funcionan a la perfección, se sincronizan muy bien.
Puntos en contra:
Al principio, es algo difícil de manejar, recomiendo que alguien te lo implemente para poder sacarle el máximo partido.

Comentarios: Si solo buscas una herramienta de email marketing , es una buena herramienta pero el potencial que hace que supere a todas las herramientas competidoras es cuando se nutre de toda la información de tu empresa, ahí es donde se ve que las demás herramientas no pueden competir.

Que se puede conectar con Zoho CRM y te permite nutrir toda la información de tu empresa para luego utilizarla en tus campañas publicitarias segmentando al máximo tus campañas y obteniendo unas métricas muy buenas para la toma de decisiones.

Al principio es posible que necesites ayuda de un partner premium de zoho para la implementación, pero es una herramienta que merece mucho la pena.

Lo que más me gusta de Zoho Campaigns es la facilidad para configurar las campañas y los informaes que obtengo sobre los resultados.

El tiempo de carga de algunas funciones es realmente lento y se tilda.

Interfaz intuitiva, rápida y fácil de utilizar. Tienes un gran abanico de opciones disponibles y funciona realmente bien para automatizar campañas y hacerles seguimiento.

Necesitas alguien con experiencia para sacarle el máximo partido, ya que no es de las más fáciles de manejar. El servicio al cliente también podría ser mejor.

Es relativamente sencillo de usar. Si además tienes cualquier otro producto de Zoho (Zoho CRM, Bigin...) podrás sincronizar contactos y listas.
Puntos en contra:
No tiene el mejor servicio al cliente del mundo, pero con un poco de esfuerzo puedes arreglar el prob lema que tengas.
Buen análisis de campañas publicitarias
Comentarios: Actualmente utilizamos la herramienta para llevar a cabo todo el ciclo de vida de las campañas publicitarias de nuestra empresa; desde la carga de nuevos contactos, hasta el envío de los diferentes correos electrónicos. Luego de realizadas las distintas campañas, la herramienta cuenta con una gran cantidad de pantallas de monitoreo de las distintas campañas realizadas, junto a un resumen de cada una de ellas.

Proporciona una buena herramienta de análisis de las campañas publicitarias que hemos realizado. Facilita la gestión de los contactos que cuenta la empresa.

Puede llegar a ser complicado al comienzo de su uso, pero tras realizar las primeras configuraciones se comprende rápidamente la distribución y organización de las diferentes opciones.

Best Autoresponder/Email Campaign Site I've Found
Comentarios: Excellent! genuinely the best autoresponder/email campaign program I've ever found, after trying several!
Puntos a favor:
requires little maintenance. sends our media ministry's email newsletters seamlessly with little issue, and if you ever do have an issue, the live chat on the site is quick and helpful. we can also easily send a quick announcement or marketing message to all of our subscribers at any time.
Puntos en contra:
to be expected after using the platform for several years, have run into a few kinks and bugs. they are always addressed with great live chat help however.

Clunky, slow and an overall terrible user experience.
From a distance, it looks shiny with a ton of functionality. But when you actually start using it, you'll see a myiad of small aesthetics that don't look right (loading bar doesn't extend full width, loading dots are blurred) and the loading times are among the slowest for any software I've ever used.
Now all of those things are OK, because functionality is what matters the most, right?
This would be true if the functionality of the platform actually worked as intended. We've run into issues like:
-Duplicating a workflow gets stuck and never duplicates. The bug required Zoho team to fix it on their side which took 3-5 business days.
-Changing a font color for an HTML email doesn't work. You'll see the updated font color in the HTML code, and in the email preview you will see the font color you want. But when you send the email, the font color is almost always wrong.
-Their simple condition filter in their workflow component didn't work originally. I had to speak to their engineering team twice to show them the problem, and then they fixed it 5 days later.
The list goes on and on. I wish this program just worked and I didn't have to write this review.
The one good thing about this software is that their customer service team is very responsive, and they normally fix the problems. But again, I feel like I'm a beta tester working with them through all of these bugs.
I don't recommend this software to anyone.

Campains has a lot of features out of the box and is a very affordable option for startups looking for an email solution.

This entire platform is riddled with bugs, quirks, and errors that make your job so much harder. When things don't work, you normally assume you're doing it wrong with most software. Not with Zoho Campaigns. When things don't work, it's most likely broken on their side. 3 months into using this software every day, and we've already reported 3 different instances where their software was not working as intended. If I was getting this software for free, that would be OK. But since we're paying hundreds of dollars each month to use it, this is not acceptable.

Best Email Marketing Software if you're using Zoho CRM
Comentarios: We used it mainly because we were using Zoho CRM, and how tightly it integrates with CRM.

It's tightly integrated with Zoho CRM, which is why opted for this tool. The data from this tool gets directly fetched by Zoho CRM and is shown on the contacts, account, and deal section. So a pretty good tool wrt integration.
Puntos en contra:
When importing contacts from Zoho, I've faced a lot of bugs. Contact import in zoho campaigns is a mess.
Excellent Value
Comentarios: Since we've begun using Zoho Campaigns we've found the initial setup to be pretty smooth. The user interface is helpful and intuitive when setting up campaigns. Zoho Campaigns has allowed us to reach more leads than ever before and has kept everything very organized so we know what is going on.

Zoho Campaigns is ideal for small to medium sized businesses who want access to big business marketing tools. They make it very easy to setup contacts, create campaigns, and track campaign performance. Before we using a very manual process, but Zoho and streamlined everything and made it very simple.

The Zoho training was not the best, but we found that we are able to learn most of the features on our own and have been happy overall.

Best option email marketing for small business
Comentarios: Wide verity of options available in the tool and their constant improvement of the product. I can campare the tool which I was using in 2009 and the difference now. There are more in terms of features introduced and look and feel of the platform has been changed a lot. This is one of the best Indian based platform for small and medium business

Continues improvement of the product and more number of features available to manage your email marketing campaigns. the ability to test the dynamic content is one of the good feature they added to the list. Predefined automation flow which sync with CRM toll is one of the great feature.

Sometime, the platform runs slow. It's really pain to manage when it perform very slow. Some of the templates looks good on the platform where as the same have issues. Specifically the compatibility across multiple email platforms need to be improved.
You can’t go wrong with Zoho.
Comentarios: We really like the seamlessness and ease of the Zoho programs, especially the Campaigns program. We use it to send out emails every week or so, and we have yet to encounter an issue that the tech support couldn’t fix. As our experience with Invoice and Campaigns were positive, we are more inclined to use other Zoho programs, especially if their pricing is as reasonable as with Invoice and Campaigns.

As we currently use Zoho Invoice to manage our invoices and estimates, we decided to try out Zoho Campaigns for our campaign management. It is very easy to use and very easy to teach to clients to which we refer Zoho Campaigns. The price of Campaigns is very reasonable, especially compared to a lot of other campaign programs. I also like the social campaigns, as sometimes it’s more useful to use social media rather than email. It is also handy to allow multiple users post social media campaigns.

I just wish that there were more customization options available for the email campaigns. There are a few options available, but the ability to design the perfect email from scratch would be handy. There are quite a few good options to get you started, but for those who wish to make the campaign their own, there are not as many features. Even though the program is very affordable for smaller businesses, it scales up rather quickly, especially the jump between 2,500 and 2,501 recipients. However, it is still the best price for the options.

I started my email marketing carrier with Zoho Campaign. The user interface is simple and easy to use. We can integrate this with Zoho CRM. Easy to upload contacts, Create segment, Manage unsubscribers and check user activity. Best fit for sending regular newsletter.

The majority of emails sent end up reaching SPAM or Promotional folder. Takes more than usual time to complete IP warm up.
Best ever software used for Email Campaigns
Comentarios: Yes I am using since late 2017 and day by day they are improving their features. Their customer support is amazing. I never seen such amazing support provide by any other company.

There is whole bunch of features they have placed for email marketing campaigns, we used templates where advanced design with call to action segment added, we just putted our information and created our campaign. There is integration method works very smoothly

As such I haven't discovered, but yes they can add more IT & Web Services related templates, so user will easily pickup their desired design in that particular field.

Comentarios: My overall experice with Zoho Campaigns is good I can say that 4.5/5 only thing which they need to do to make it 5/5 is the speed of their application. I am solving all my email marketing problems, lead managament and customer managemet ( database). It is always easy to create the automation workflows and send automated emails for birthday, holidays and special offers with zoho campaigns. Getting attendees for the webinars.

The most impactful features of zoho campaigns are:- 1) Large Canvas for campaign planning (for creating workflow automations ). 2) Email Templates (saves time). 3) Asset uploading (I upload all my images in separate folders inside Zoho Campaigns to use them late in campaigns). 4) Inexpensive Pricing ( Affordable for any small business owner). 5) Contact Management. Yes, this product is super easy to use. Integration with my existing business is also easy.

Things they can improve. speed at which the entire software works. Reporting tools shoudl allow us to download and share customizable reports. There is no any aspect which is difficult to use. Integration with my existing business was super easy.
