Comentarios: See less, it’s like the solution has integrated well and forms part of our day to day operating model.

I think the best element of this product is that’s it very versatile as it allows you to design it around your current operation. Also the team are constantly releasing useful updates, some of which make life a little easier and some offer productivity gains.

There nothing really that’s bad here, any elements that were hare to navigate are constantly being updated to make them as user friendly as possible.

Comentarios: Brilliant, don't have many issues, if we do they're sorted or we are shown how to sort them. Downtime is minimal.

User friendly and customizable to fit our operation and we can always find a way to do something using the system, you just have to be a creative problem solver!

mobile app for the admin side could do with being developed, or a more mobile friendly version for quick changes on the move.

Avoid, save your money and find an alternative software

Comentarios: AVOID, do not use this company. The software is awful, isn't very user friendly and is basically a glorified tracking system. The salesman was very pushy and tried to arrange several meetings with us for a demonstration, which we declined on several occasions but he wouldn't give up so we agreed to have a demonstration, he made the system look great on the demo version which is all populated but in reality it would take years to input that much data. After the demonstration we was given a contract to sign and felt very hassled into signing. We reluctantly signed but didn't set the system up for a few months as we just didn't have the time to spends hours and hours inputting data. I contacted Big Change and said we had changed our mind and wished to cancel the contract, we were told we couldn't cancel and was sent a County Court Judgement for £50,000 and had to pay an additional £4,000 in court fees. We decided to carry on with the contract as seen as we had no choice and was paying for it anyway and I can honestly say it is the worst software I have ever used, very little help or support offered and they blame the customer, you would literally need to employ a full time member of staff to input all the data they expect from you. We have asked several members of our staff to have a go with the software and everyone has reported the same, awful!

Comentarios: Onboarding representative [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant at helping to get us up and running, helping with any snags we have come across and offering alterative ways to use the functions of Big change to suit our needs. And equally our now [sensitive content hidden] is great at helping us this any snags or issues we come across as we get further into using the system.

The first thing we benefited from moving to Big Change is digital job cards that are filled out by the engineers link straight to the job, previously we were on paper. With the job cards now being digital it has reduced the hours and man power to transfer the paper job card to the invoice as now they are automatically liked. Secondly is pricing, having the correct pricing atomically calculated in the financials. Again taking the time and man power out of the invoicing, meaning we can invoice out more frequently with ease which is improving the cash flow for our business. Since using Big Change we have achieved a more stream line process for job management, financials and starting to achieve more stock control with in the company. Also keeping record of services and maintenance under taken and parts used against our customers machines. We really feel if you take the time on the initial set up you reap the benefits long term.

The stock and inventory section could do with some tweets to make this area be more flexible to fit the needs of different customers. And stock control needs improving, not letting you go into minus numbersThe search facility- it doesn't actually 'search anything' as it says!Not having access to view our Big Change invoices for use of the software online all in one place.

Comentarios: Just love working with this program day to day and still have a lot to learn.Its a big ask but a base visit from a BigChange team member offering help and ideas would be great even if only a couple of times a year?

It's promoted organisation and consistency across our workforce in the office and the field.Professional worksheets and reporting.

So cons are the equipment (stock) side of the software could be much better i'm excited to see the coming changes.maybe need a bigger tech team? I understand there are a large number of business types all wanting different operating functionality and all experiencing different issues but the time taken to solve some of our issues has been way too long.

Great CRM software

The real-time 'live' feeling to everything, everything that is updated in the back office is sent to our engineers tablets straight away. As is everything that the engineers complete on the tablets is instantly available at the office.

Puntos en contra:

The fact that I can't filter by supplier when looking at purchase orders raised to a particular contact on the CRM. To be able to filter by supplier or search key words would be helpful sometimes, especially on larger projects where multiple PO's are raised on the same contact.

Comentarios: We are solving so many admin tasks with one platform. Great!

The onboarding experience. The fact big change trains you in the product is really good.

The app design seems a bit dated and slow compared to others such as ServiceM8. Also, the schedule calendar tab on the desktop could be more aesthetically pleasing and clearer. The job tabs are very small.

Comentarios: Great forward thinking company , young and full of energy , helpful teams and sales men .
Bigchange for us was lacking power , lacking back office management tools , has poor reporting.
Generally its good upto the engineer completing the work after that its low powered compared to most other software we have tried, in an ideal world we would use the bigchange scheduling front end and our current system for everything else. It's a shame as we have tried numerous other systems and was hoping Bigchange would be better then it is especially as is costs 5x more .

As a medium size company looking to change to a cloud based system we have tried bigchange extensively and found the following , positives 1. the scheduling of works is great , easy and well thought out 2. job cards with thumbs up or down is a good concept 3. road crew ( tech help) are quick to answer the phone and help where they can .

Puntos en contra:

Negatives 1. Compared to our current system the back office Reporting is very underpowered . 2. Job cards have to have a Job type assigned to them this means in our case 600 job type! which became unusable. 3. If you do not set up everything exactly as you need it at the beginning of using Bigchange if is incredibly tedious to change things later on. 4. Financials within Bigchange are poorly handled ie job costings are very difficult to get right and invoice off . 5. Subcontractors are not handled at all in bigchange, you have to have work arounds to allow the use of subcontractors even then its messy and poor. 6. If you deal with NHF Sor codes then your in trouble as Bigchange cannot , does not have a way to easily use these , there are workarounds but you will not end up with a usable system for office and engineers , even worse if like us you have 3 / 4 different versions to pull codes from . 7. The scheduling is good but it gets very unclear very quickly when you have more then 100 jobs a day to plan and manage , in the end we reverted to our whiteboards for clarity ! this is not just a bigchange issue all other systems we have tried are

Comentarios: sold it to be the be all and end all for our business, its good, but with a lack of knowledge about how to use it properly and the fact that every little thing costs extra, like more implementation time and linking it to accounts packages it could easily become a very expensive package, so we will continue to use only part of its capabilities and struggle through figuring it out.
wish we had gone with tradify!

Comentarios: Good, efficiency has improved and we are better able to monitor our engineers. The invoicing is easier as well as the tablets being beneficial for reports.

The tracking on vehicles and that we get the reports live as opposed to on paper.

Puntos en contra:

It can be slow and is not always specific for our industry, (plumbing). It is not effective for our accounts and they are concerned about using it for Sage. Some basic features are missing such as: credits against jobs.

Job Watch

Comentarios: Big Change Job Watch has enabled us as a company to run more efficiently and the customer service side of the business has been very helpful.

Puntos a favor:

The process of setting up the software was much easier than expected and using the system to match our existing work sheets and procedures was very easy to do. The system allowing us to see everything as it is happening has had a massive impact on our business. We can now invoice quicker because we can see straight away if a job has been completed without having to make phone calls to our operatives. Getting live data from vehicles has allowed us to track mileage much easier and help us monitor our vehicles much more efficiently. The planner allows you see if the work you are giving your operatives is realistic.

Puntos en contra:

On the fleet section it gives you columns for when Services, Mot, tax etc are due, but we are unable to add to this column, we have other things for our vehicles that we need to book in but we have to keep track of this another way off the system.

Market leading product with a huge amount of flexibility and excellent customer support

The team at BigChange have understood the needs of their customers. They listen to feedback and suggestions from their users which has helped them to develop a very comprehensive and flexible system. What makes them stand apart is the constant strive to improve the software. They consistently release regular updates and upgrades and will listen to new suggestions through their ideas portal. JobWatch is intelligent, featured packed and intuitive. It is also very easy to use once you have spent a little time exploring all the features of the software. JobWatch is also very customizable to your business type and processes.The customer support team 'RoadCrew' is second to none. I would go as far to say they have the best customer support of any business I have worked with.We have accelerated our business since we choose JobWatch and haven’t looked back since. I have no hesitation in recommending this software.

It can be tricky to onboard all your data at the beginning but with perseverance and a willingness to adjust the way you 'used to work' to fit in with the software, you really won't be disappointed.

Instant updates from the field engineers to the office enabling the support staff to update customers , it has a built in vehicle tracker which saved us money as we was able to remove our existing trackers from the vehicles cutting down on running cost , we have also reduced our paper work by 85% which is a saving to the company

Stock systems is not straight forward and site asset logging does not work how we would like it , but knowing big change this will be sorted in the near future

Use it or Lose it

We couldn't manage without it

Comentarios: Great customer service, every interaction has been friendly and helpful. The team do periodic reviews and check ins.Most to the time the system is user friendly and it's really improved our business, processes, our customer service and we couldn't manage without it now.

We have full visibility of jobs it enables us to complete a whole transaction for a customer end to end process and enables to see what stage we are at for the job.Engineers have full details of their jobs, it reduces admin time, the financial reports are great. The more we explore the system and it's capabilities the more it enhances our processes.

Templates can be timely to create and sometimes problematic - the font often changes and formatting can be a pain.

My Big Change Experience

Comentarios: I personally love the software and can see the future potential to save hundreds of manual hours within the team in the long term moving forward. The customer support is second to none in terms of being able to contact 24/7 to resolve any issues you may have.

The features of the software are extensive and the variables to what it can offer are limitless. Its is clear and visually nice on the eye when working on the software on a daily basis.

Puntos en contra:

The lack of integration from Big Change to implement in to our business and transition from the old software we were using. We were unaware of the huge transition changes we had to implement to get the system working the way we would like. It also does have limitations that we would like to have access to, and be able to make alterations if we needed to. You also need to have advanced knowledge of word and Excel to be able to fully understand the software fully. I do have expert knowledge in both word and excel therefore 85% of the issues have been resolved, but the rest of the staff dont and there is the problem.

Big Change - Operational Dream

Comentarios: We can see at a glance the progress of all jobs and the location of engineers should emergency jobs come in so we can see is the closest available team

The system is fantastic for scheduling work, tracking the whereabouts of the vehicle so that clients can be updated.

I would like the calendar to be more accessible to add rotas etc more easily but this could just be something that I haven't managed to access properly yet.

The Office you can take with you anytime, anywhere.

Comentarios: we have lowered admin time/paper trail overall through simplifying our process thanks to big change having it all in one place. we were using 4 or 5 different software programme's prior to big change.

As a company we work nationwide which means at times being away from our computers. which is an operations nightmare in terms of planning. but with big change you can access everything you need where ever, when ever. it is also so easy to use, minimal training in house training and we have web users and resources carrying out works daily on their big change log ins.

Comentarios: Big Change are one of the easiest companies to deal with from onboarding, through setup to rollout and improvements.
The voting system gives customers a voice and help prioritise developments. Psst I'm waiting for the field labelling to rise to the top of the list!

Puntos a favor:

This is an excellent platform with the flexibility to fit any business who have workers in the field. We've rolled it out without any instructions, it's that intuitive. It also integrates with our back office software to create jobs and update when the job is complete.

Puntos en contra:

I wish we could label the fields in our own language to make it even more user friendly. e.g. The resources for us are drivers and engineers

Comentarios: We started with BigChange and have seen it grow with useful new items added

Puntos a favor:

The product is easy to use and to also train people to use, it has lots of help and the customer service is excellent

Puntos en contra:

I would like to see jobs to be put in an order for nearest to furthest for morning and afternoon jobs as this would help with scheduling as our jobs are booked for 08:00 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 16:30

Puntos a favor:

This software has really helped us grow as a company. Not only does it keep all aspects of the business in one place from initial inquiry, quotation, booking and then through to attendance and invoicing it does so relatively easily and when there are issues thee team are on hand to help.

Puntos en contra:

There are a few areas that could be improved. One particular issue is not being able to add a comment/note to a photo taken within the app. Having the ability to use this like other "snap list" apps would be great but without creating endless worksheets we have had to opt for a better solution away from Job Watch.

Comentarios: I think its a really great product, i use it within the construction industry but i have close friends who use it in another industry and we both use it for different things, one thing which has really stood out to me is that the customer service is excellent. Someone who can help is always on the other side of the phone and usually within 15 minutes you have an answer or resolution, everyone i have spoken to is well trained and if i have ever needed a call back or waiting for information ive never had to chase.

Puntos a favor:

I really like this software due to the easy control function from me at the office to distribute documents/ jobs & TBT via the app.

Puntos en contra:

I'm still learning all the potential features that big change has, I'm yet to come across something which has been an issue which we haven't overcome.
