KloudGin open APIs and Integrations to Oracle Customer Care & Billing, ESRI ArcsGIS, Single-Sign, Oracle e-business suite R12. KloudGin relentless focus on customer experience is unparalleled compared to our other vendors. KloudGin is easy to implement, manage and easy to use in rugged conditions in the field operations even in offline mode. Comentarios: Well built cloud based platform, supported by a dedicated team onshore and offshore, that provides both a desktop and mobile interface for everyone in the company.

Scheduling engines are very visual. Customizations are readily available to meet business requirements. Support is readily available via a real person and support team.

Amount of clicks for data entry can create a slower user experience.

Our sales person stayed with us through the whole implementation and has become a friend that I rely heavily on to this day. He knows the software inside and out and has experience with business management, so it was easy to discuss what we were trying to solve.
