Comentarios: Estoy encantada con Pixpa. Su interfaz intuitiva, funcionalidades completas y el soporte técnico rápido y eficaz lo hacen una herramienta fantástica para cualquier emprendedor creativo.

Puntos a favor:

Pixpa ofrece una solución todo en uno ideal para creativos como yo. Tiene web, blog, tienda (incluidos productos descargables) y galería, todo integrado en una misma plataforma. Además, el servicio de set-up inicial es una gran ventaja, especialmente para quienes no tenemos mucha experiencia técnica.

Puntos en contra:

No he tenido grandes inconvenientes hasta ahora. Lo único que podría mencionar es que, al ser una plataforma tan completa, con tantas opciones para añadir botones, espacios, links, banners y detalles, al principio se me hizo un poco abrumador. Para alguien que no maneja estas cosas habitualmente, puede llevar tiempo adaptarse.

Comentarios: En muchos aspectos, Pixpa ha creado un producto muy interesante que cumple con las expectativas del cliente.

Puntos a favor:

Pixpa, está centrado en facilitar una experiencia que permite crear una página web impactante. Lo que verdaderamente me impactó es que el flujo de trabajo es muy fluido, y no se requieren habilidades de codificación, porque cuenta con un potente editor basado en el práctico sistema de arrastrar y soltar. Y por sobre todo Pixpa es un plus de seguridad muy valioso para los sitios de comercio electrónico. Luego de probar con otras empresas conocidas elegí y elijo a Pixpa!!

Puntos en contra:

Una desventaja es que no cuenta con una sección donde queden alojadas las imágenes del usuario, por lo que hay que contar siempre con las fotografías que queramos usar en diferentes páginas de un mismo sitio.

yo uso pixxa para montar en linea mi portafolio de una forma distinta y que sea rápido ya que es muy necesario subir tus trabajos lo mas rapido y que no te tome mucho tiempo

The UX of building pages doesn't make for the smoothest or fastest experience, with too many clicks and waiting required for my liking.

Looks good but has flaws

Comentarios: Average and at times unnecessarily frustrating. I won't be renewing my subscription. Yes, it's cheaper than some platforms out there, but the frustration and shakeable trust in the product makes me wish I'd stuck with the platform I was on before I moved to Pixpa. When I compare Pixpa to Format or Pixieset(both of whom I've used in the past) it doesn't match in terms of being a solid all-round professional product; having a clear UI (for example, there are customisation icons that are present but don't do anything - which is just confusing); and, in my experience, I don't feel the platform offers an overall sense of stability.

The customisable templates look good and it is relatively easy to create a good-looking website - however, there are limits to the customisation of the blocks systems and you end up with a relatively generic website that doesn't distinguish it from many of the platforms out there such as Squarespace. Customer service is pretty good though I often have to wait more than 24 hours for resolution of an issue.

As a professional, I have used many portfolio platform builders in my time and, for me, there are just too many wired glitches with the backend of Pixpa. It doesn't feel as stable as a platform like Squarespace or Format - not enough for me to trust it with my professional service and website long-term. I have had to reach out to the service team on too many occasions for too many basic things like the website content disappearing, not being able to log in to my account for no apparent reason, password rest emails not being sent to the correct email address etc.

Wedding Videographer Website

Comentarios: I am a wedding videographer and I needed a website to showcase my portfolio and who I am. Pixpa was a great choice both in ability to create what I envisioned, and budget.

How easy it was to learn how to create what I wanted. Also - the price is great.

Pixpa's quite easy to use, and although it doesn't have the complete set of tools that WiX has, I'm very satisfied with it. Pricing is very competitive, and the customer support (live chat) is extremely helpful.

Some of the templates do feel a little rigid, and take time to fine tune. However, they look great.

A bit better than Squarespace

Comentarios: For a couple of years, I had my portfolio under squarespace. However I had to steer away from it as it was extremely hard for me to navigate/edit/get support. I really liked how on day 1 of joining Pixpa, I contacted support and was assisted right away. There are still a few integration processes are a little confusing for me (I.e. bringing a domain name over from Squarespace to Pixpa) but so far I am enjoying the experience and learning process.

Limited selection of templates - I like what it provides but I wish there was more variety and that the current templates were a bit more easier to navigate through

Beautiful Site for Artist Business

Comentarios: I wanted a low cost, good-looking website, with hosting included. Pixpa made implementation easy, even for someone who does creative art work, not a professional in the web design business. In only a few days, I had a complete, beautiful site, with a functional store. compared to another provider Id used in the past for another domain, my site is easier to use and better looking. Customer service was very helpful with the one question I had. I will be continuing to use Pixpa.

Puntos a favor:

Pixpa made connection and hosting easy. Their many templates were good looking, and I found one that looked appropriate for my art display. Customizing with logo, content, and colors was easy. Hooking up to Stripe payment was not difficult either. The store sections are easy to set up, as there are prompts like SEO, tags, and more.

Puntos en contra:

I understand their reasons for not connecting domain name email as it is just not what they want to do. But I did have to get my email from another place. Hover, who did the domain connection, had inexpensive email, so it was not really a problem. It would also be nice to have additional payment options, beyond PayPal and Stripe, although these are very common. I use Stripe, so again, not a problem, but I have been asked to identify areas where they could improve, so there you are!

Pixpa Template Software review

Comentarios: Very good. Regular newsletters without been too many and seem to be relevant.

Pixpa software fitted my brief. Had lots of photography templates for selling photos online, with no commission on sales. Are able to sell prints or downloads by e-commerce and more importantly for me, can use self forfillment. This way I have full control over the way any prints sold look and are presented to the customer in most cases the driver. With a 15 day free, full featured trail. Could change the website template at anytime. Unlimited pages and galleries, with unlimited images you can add to a gallery. Great so I could add extra photos later on if a driver contacted me. Easily connect your own domain name to your website. I had bought the domain name first so that I could watermark my photos as I was building the new website (even though Pixpa provide a way of doing this within the template software). This was just my way of working because some of these photos may also appear on my Facebook page and I didn’t what non watermarked images on Facebook. Connecting my domain name was the bit that I had the most trouble with but was very quickly resolved by the Pixpa Support team for me, easily within an hour or so. I think my problem with this part was more to do with me wanting to get my website live and not lose any of the work that I had done over the last 10 or so days. Pixpa not only have 100’s of online documents to help you build your website but can even set-up your website for a fee. I did use some of these to help in the process of building my website.

When you download several photos into your gallery the latest selection is always first I would prefer that the latest downloaded photo is at the bottom.

It was so easy to setup and create my website. The many templates give you so much choice to be creative. The cost compared to other website builders I have tried is much more cost-effective.

I've tried several build-your-own-website platforms, and Pixpa is by far the perfect blend of cost, function and design. If you're a photographer, artist, or other creative professional, it's worth checking out.

Best Website Builder for Creatives, Budget Friendly and Easy to Use

Comentarios: Overall, my website was very easy to build, with some minor mishaps in finding locations of buttons to alter certain aspects, and having to contact customer service (e.g. social media buttons). But customer service was fast to respond and very helpful!!!

I really like how this Website Builder is tailored for creatives (photographers, artists, etc). I also like the aesthetic of the pages.

Puntos en contra:

I don't like how certain features are not user friendly (easy to fix). For example to alter the social media icons which are on the main page, it is not edited through editing the main page but rather a different page.

A Solid Low Cost Alternative to Other Expensive Web Builders

Puntos a favor:

Two things: 1. The price - $8 a month monthly, without an annual subscription. Annual subscription is around 50% off. 2. The customer service has been top-notch. During the day and night I have had two people stay with me while I built my site - and it has always been those same two people.

Puntos en contra:

When I want to make adjustments, the page refreshes. So it's a lot of tinkering and waiting to see if you like the change.

I’m a newbie and computers hurt my brain. So far I am having fun learning how to set up the different pieces Pixpa offers. It’s actually very user friendly.

Great website maker alternative at a competitive price

Comentarios: Quite positive experience all around. I would recommend for anyone who wants to give Pixpa a try. They have a trial period which helped a lot in my decision to stick with them :)

Puntos a favor:

If you want a basic to moderate level website that includes e-commerce options than Pixpa is recommended. Its pretty easy to use once you get familiar with the settings and the annual costs are very competitive.

Puntos en contra:

A couple bugs here and there that need to get ironed out. But the support team are excellent and there 24/7 and deal with solvable issues quickly. Sometimes you have to wait a while for them to come back to you for more complex issues. I would like the option to upload MP4 video clips directly instead of having to have them link from YouTube. The platform lacks on some advanced features but if you don't need anything fancy then that's not a problem.
