Comentarios: Con SAP S/4HANA Cloud tenemos acceso a nuestros datos desde cualquier sitio y cuando queramos, además no tenemos que preocuparnos por si el día de mañana nuestro harfware se queda obsoleto.Como siempre, todo lo relacionado con SAP es caro y SAP S/4HANA Cloud no es una excepción.

Puntos a favor:

Su principal ventaja es que es accesible desde cualquier lugar y si la empresa va creciendo no es necesario la compra de nuevo hardware que puede suponer una gran inversión, además de hacer esa evolución de manera mucho más rápida.Hay que destacar uno de sus puntos fuertes que es las medidas de seguridad con la que se protegen nuestros datos, aunque como ya sabemos ningún sistema es infalible.

Puntos en contra:

Como todo lo relacionado con el eco-sistema de SAP tiene un coste y no es precisamente bajo.La ventaja del cloud es que puedes acceder desde cualquier lado, pero a su vez es una gran desventaja porque si tienes problemas con la conexión a Internet no tendrás ningún tipo de acceso.Aunque si se puede implementar con otros sistemas empresariales, a veces es complicado y costoso, lo que aumenta los gastos ya de por si elevados.

Funcionalidad - Espcialización

Comentarios: A lo largo del tiempo que hemos usado la herramienta, se han realizado varias adecuaciones y cambios que ofrece la herramienta podamos llevar a cabo sin impactar la operación al tener sus 3 capas DEV , QAS y PRO, logrando exito en los proyecto.

La velocidad en el manejo de la información y su accesibilidad vía web, lo hacen un software de calidad y eficaz para la industria media y superiores.

Puntos en contra:

La implementación y consultoría debe ser con especialistas reales que conozcan la herramienta o pueden ofrecer funcionalidades limitadas por su desconocimiento.

Una herramienta de exelencia

Comentarios: Durante 18 años, de utilización de este Sof, me a permitido adquirir una gran experiencia sobre el, y ver qué es una gran herramienta complementaria para el día a día en lo laboral.

De este Sof, lo que más me gusta es que me permite viajar de ventana en venta y eso da más excelencia a mis análisis

Cubre el manejo de finanzas a ventas y gestión de suministros. Una variedad de orientación a los procesos de marketing. Ofrece una gestión de proyectos y servicios profesionales. Todas las funciones de S/4HANA te ayudarán a entender que necesidades esperas satisfacer en tu producto estrella. La interprise cubre la orientación a la solución de procesos críticos de una empresa dando una mejor visibilidad en todas sus funciones.

Puntos en contra:

El cambio de términos y tener la necesidad de conocer lo nuevo.

Comentarios: Good to have for a big company to manage the business and control all the layers

Hard to integrate but once done, very easy to use. As this goes by TCode for different function and access, it gives the freedom to manage access within users as well as easy to extract data which is almost same in all modules/TCodes.

Integration requires a lot of time, automation is not that advance within the system and requires external process to maintain.

Comentarios: Overall, this tool is definitely needed for companies to migrate from SAP ECC. My experience with the tool has been good. The business users too feel that most of the processes are already available in the Business Content of SAP

IT CAN DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO FOR MAINTENANCE PLANNING/SCHEDULING AND REPAIRS INCLUDING PARTS

YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH WAY TO MANY LOOPS TO COMPLETE TASKS. NOT USER FRIENDLY. YOU CAN MANAGE THE PARTS FOR EQUIPMENT REPAIRS OR PM'S BUT THERE ARE SO MANY SCREENS YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO ACCOMPLISH THIS.

Comentarios: My experience with the software was very excited. I went through a training session by an old trained employee, my responsibility vas ti release Items in the system, and transfer it to the operational level (production or asset care of infrastructures). Easy to handle after a minimum training session

Comentarios: When starting with the program, transactions and reports were a bit difficult, but after handling it, it is a very successful and reliable program.

Stability: no crash problem as from my experience. Performance: send and retrieve data quickly. Applicability: can be applied for almost any accounting standard.

Cost: the product is costly, so if the company is not large enough to exploit it full to its capacity, then other products might be more cost efficient.

Features that I liked most about SAP are:1. Accounts Receivable and Payables ageing analysis. 2. Preparation of Financial Statements for my entity.3. Billing, Invoicing and payment processing feature is very helpful.4. Bank reconciliation preparation.5. General Ledger code for each line item.6. Different reports can be obtained using different Tcodes.7. Very detailed reporting is available.8. Preparation of budgets for the entity.9. Uploading of budget into the system and intra company budget transfers.

Basically this is Enterprise resource planning. It helps business to integrate all the things and make things easy and understandable. More importantly it works proactively and functionality are awesome and helpful for the users

We can say this bit expensive for some buisness. It includes very much data so sometimes it becomes hard to find data

Comentarios: Must-use for all SAP customers, given that it is critical to SAP's success as an enterprise software company.

Puntos a favor:

Started using HANA 5 years ago with v1 SPS5 back when it was just released for SAP BW. Back then it was "only" an in-memory DB. With each new SPS release, HANA became better with more DB features integrated. Fast forward to today, it is a full-fledged database platform with enterprise features that rival (and in some cases) even bests Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, et al. For customers who intend to use SAP for the foreseeable future, you would no doubt have HANA already as part of your existing if not future SAP roadmap, given that support for the traditional DBs is until 2025. SAP HANA, which is re-written from the ground up to fully take advantage of today's modern hardware, supports multi-threaded CPU architecture, use of terabytes of memory to run its in-memory database capabilities, columnar & row based database with full-fledged compression, full support of PL-SQL and many other application components. From a hardware perspective it is a 2-horse race with the commodity Intel x86 platforms becoming more powerful with each CPU iteration and better CPU core-to-memory ratio support, and IBM with their Power-based CPU architecture. As hardware prices continue to fall and become more powerful, it is only a matter of time before HANA hardware becomes truly commoditised.

Today SAP HANA is not only a competent database platform, but also is a very robust applications platform. As HANA continues to grow its feature set naturally there are more bugs as a result of a multitude of features. Development of SAP HANA is also diversified across multiple locations around the globe (Walldorf, India, etc.). SAP must do a better job in responding quicker to customers with issues.

SAP - Best ERP Tool (Mainly for Manufacturing giants)

Comentarios: The overall experience is fantastic. If you have users who can correctly add the input data then you will get perfect reports and it can save lot of your time/efforts. I will recommend this to medium and large scale enterprises.

1. Audit Trail / Transaction History 2. Ease of Reporting 3. Downloading of data to Excel I am using SAP since 2012. The best part of SAP is it keeps all the information and readymade audit trail is available. I personally like the ease of getting information via different T-codes, specially if you have access to Tables then you can download all the possible information. I have used this for FI, CO, MM & Purchasing module. The best part is that you can download all the to txt/xls format for further analysis.

SAP is very complex system and user training is very critical. The biggest issue we faced after SAP implementation is that if the trained user leaves and we have to train another user.

Robust ERP solution

Comentarios: Overall It is a dynamic ERP solution I used in a big organization with multiple processes. I was delighted to use it as it covers every aspect of processes comprehensively with details reporting outputs to fulfill business needs. However, prior to proceeding, you must be considered about its cost & your scope of business.

Puntos a favor:

As per organization needs. You could define user role-based access in the system with solid activity Log that helps in Audit. Ease of navigating different options both with mouse clicking & T-Codes. Wide-ranging reports are extremely helpful.

Puntos en contra:

It is quite an expensive ERP Solution that requires extensive prior training to go live. It also prevents to capture all countries Taxes, Duties due to its certain restriction. You also have to be very particular about its customization else it could be cumbersome.

Best software for process workflow management

Comentarios: I have worked with this software for over two years at a biotech company. I have used the purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control modules on a regular basis for my team's operations. I had an awesome experience learning the modules. I would highly recommend licensing this software to professionals in big institutions.

The multi-dimensional utility of this software for various departments is the most fascinating feature. It can be used across the board ranging from shipping/receiving, planning, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control and testing, payrolls, and administrative services, to name a few. It provides a transparent system for overview of a process through different modules. It is very production in inventory management, batch scheduling, resource management, quality metrics, product delivery. A must-have tool for all large institutions to streamline operations.

The software itself is quite complex to learn for a new user. The availability of software professionals to train on the software is limited. A brief tutorial about the basic functions of the software would be appreciated for new users.

Excellent ERP software

Comentarios: My overall experience has been really good. I use SAP Hana daily and it really makes my work more efficient since it has so much data in it that gives accurate reports and analytics of our operations.

Puntos a favor:

One of the best features of SAP HANA is its high performance and real-time processing capabilities. Because it stores data in memory rather than on disk, it can handle large amounts of data and provide fast query response times. This boosts all operations of our company and minimizes downtime.

Can be complex in the beginning like all ERP tools. It also has limited integration possibilities with non-SAP systems.

Everything. I can write a book on SAP benefits. I have been job hopping for years and wherever I find SAP, I am certain that half my job is done. This Cloud version is even better. Couldn't ask for more. We plan our entire day, week, months, years through it, share it with the corporate through the cloud feature with no hassle. Each and everything in my maintenance department revolves around it.

SAP is the best ERP, hands down. they don't need to, but if ever I would love to see them working on their GUI.
