Wasp inventory cloud is great for inventory management, reasonable price.

Comentarios: The best thing is that it is speedy, quick and consistent. Presently following requests and resources is only a tick away.Very great for a private venture in promising beginning up stages.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to understand and effortless reinforcement and reestablish. This is exceptionally basic, particularly assuming you are changing starting with one PC and then onto the next. Pretty much consistently we redesign our PC. The declaring features are monster and easy to use.

No problem faced till date. More and more customization is requested to improve the supply chain system to its best as per current business dynamics. Real time functionality and auditing of the orders through barcode scanning often hangs or slows down and buffer in web, which can be resolved immediately. Else, everything is just perfect.

WASP Inventory Review

Comentarios: Over all my experience with WASP has been quite frustrating. I have had very hard times contacting customer support, and when there is an error that doesn't seem to make sense, getting in contact with customer support makes it feel even more impossible. I do however like the ease of use, it's very user friendly from a visible standpoint and doesn't deter new users like other inventory softwares do. WASP is perfect for small businesses with minimal moving parts that need basic inventory tracking at a fair price. Only with larger businesses will you see WASP's functionality decline. For our business, we believe we have exceeded WASP's capabilities.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy to introduce new users too. The interface is simple and easy to understand for people who may have not used an inventory system before. The design on the handheld devices is easily digestible and doesn't discourage new users because of its simple and familiar feeling interface.

Puntos en contra:

Barcode customization and tracking has been incredibly painstaking to use. Many customization features are not easily available, even something as simple as adjusting the size of a barcode. The search features, while available, are very difficult to understand. Filtering the search items only further complicates the search itself. It would be nice if there was a filter just to see a single days moves, or if there is an existing filter for this, for it to be more obvious to the user.

Comentarios: It has helped me control inventory which hasn't been done in years.

Easy of operation. It has giving me the flexibility to control inventory movements within the four wall. Also we are now scanning products in and out of building.

Puntos en contra:

Not having the complete package to use makes it a little difficult to get everything done that I wanted too. I assume that the kitting feature was part of the basic package and it wasn't. Now I have no budget to purchase the added package.

Comentarios: It's been very convinient for us to have the cloud set up, it given us more features / tools to get our orders processed and tracked through our shop down to the end user, It's a must have for any buisness

I've been using the Wasp Inventory Control for about 5 years now and just upgraded to the Inventory Cloud and it has been much easier to use, also the software gives the user the option of using our mobile devices instead of the scanner in certain cases. One of the best items also provided with the upgrade is the availability of creating your own custom reports very important in tracking your inventory . It's a must have program if you want to make sure all your inventory is squared away..

Puntos en contra:

Only one real issue I've had is label printing not as easy as the previous version, Creating the label is not the real issue it's having to modify a labels size .. Not user friendly when it comes to label modification. Not a deal breaker.. I do have a work around only because I've been using inventory control for some time now.

Inventory 1

Comentarios: WASP has done what is was supposed to do and it is much better than a paper and pen process. Wasp is overall a good inventory software with some small issues here and there, but very useful.

The software is a complete inventory software. The software mainly runs well for what it is. It does what it is supposed to do. Good for general inventory functions.

Puntos en contra:

At times the system runs slow, and picking large orders can take a long time. The system has crashed or locked up on occasion resulting in lost data and forcing users to start over (rare but it happens). At times tickets have been opened with WASP and I have not heard back about some issues, but the WASP techs are always helpful when on the phone. There is an issue with not being able to pull the full amount of inventory from a none primary location. This has been going on for sometime. I have followed up several times in the past, but I do not remember WASP ever following up with me about the issue. Some other small issues such as not being able to delete past PO's after they are closed out etc.

Game changer

Comentarios: Prior to getting Inventory Cloud I had to manually keep track of my inventory taking up a lot of time to maintain. Since my company has purchased the Inventory Cloud software, it has made running the warehouse easier and more accurate. I can now order materials and equipment with Inventory Cloud software, and the employees can now make a pick list of what they need for a job.

The check in-check out feature is a game changer for my company. I no longer have to write down what went where and who has it. Very easy to use.

Puntos en contra:

There has only been one short time that the software was acting up. It was just after an update that was done to the system and it wasn't sending my orders to my vendors. This was a moderate inconvenience for me. Once I realized that my orders were not being sent to my vendors, I called the support team at Wasp. They were aware of the issue (from other companies that had called) and resolved the problem in a very timely manner.

Great for any company who needs inventory assistance.

Comentarios: We can keep our inventory, orders, picks for specific work orders, and incoming items organized easily by using this system. It helps us a great deal every day here at our company.

I love that we can use it on the go. We can count our inventory going in and out while actually on the floor looking at it. It is easily used with our other systems and helps us a great deal with keeping up with the amount of raw material and finished goods we have here at our location.

The specific thing I did not like about the software was fixed with the last update. We had an issue when we tried to change an order. We were not able to delete specific line items in a pick or purchase order. We would have to make another with a different title. We no longer have to do that. We are able to delete a line item and something else. Yay. Go Wasp!!!

Easy to customise

Comentarios: It is a great system with multiple features to assist many different industries, you are going to have small issues with in any OS.

Puntos a favor:

Once you get the system set up to your needs and how to efficiently operate it, it is easy and quick to do your day to day tasks at any level. It's great to be able to access your information from anywhere.

Puntos en contra:

if there is any network interference during any transaction type you will loose your progress. The other the issue i have is there are times when you will complete a transaction but the system wont register the transaction.

Good Software

Comentarios: I use this software everyday for my occupation. I overall enjoy using this software, as it has been a major aid for our company. I think there is opportunity for this software to be better, but I see the team is working hard to accomplish this.

Puntos a favor:

The software is easy for any user to learn and operate. I have been able to control my inventory at two locations with this software.

Puntos en contra:

The updates tend to have issues inside of it every time there is a major update. I have lost PO's in this system due to an update. The positive is the team is easy to work with while they try to figure it out.

A feature to hold existing inventory for certain order/customer and system can display the updated availability for other customers. The reserved inventory can not removed/used for any other orders.

Comentarios: We are pleased with the program, but would like to see improvements as descripted above.

The notification of low inventory doesn't work. Tracking tool crib items can be made simpler. Under the old desktop system you were able to see who has items out that need to be returned. This system you have to run a lengthy report and run through several pages to find what tool crib items are overdue.

Purchasing agent

Comentarios: We were users of inventory control before switching to inventory cloud, we thought that the software would be everything it was but better with the ability to connect to it online. Unfortunately even though there are things that are good, the software didn't keep important features that the previous software (inventory control) had that made easy the way we run our inventory. We had to adapt to the way inventory cloud does things making more difficult, long, and tedious completing the same tasks that we did before very easily.

The ability to connect to the system online, I can check inventory, send orders, check items in and out virtually from anywhere.

Wasp Inventory Cloud - Good starter program for small warehouses

Comentarios: Good we can view each warehouse. Bad we cant use mobile as we want. So far, not too bad.

Puntos a favor:

The user end is clean. Easy to use. Can see all warehouses in each state. Privileges and rights.

Puntos en contra:

Mobile is lackluster and needs more functionality. We cant carry a laptop around the warehouse. Some reports do not work.

Inventory Cloud Review

Comentarios: Overall Inventory Cloud suits our needs. The reports are very customizable, however there isn't much support on them. It seems that the Wasp team only knows the basics.

The application itself should be more customizable, or at least for Wasp to be able to handle requests on the back end. It seems as if the product was developed and hasn't progressed much. I've had some seemingly easy requests that haven't happened.

Comentarios: Overall, the system is slow and somewhat inflexible.

Puntos a favor:

We can check on the Inventory in a single system. The report feature is very helpful. The reports I was not able to get from Inventory Cloud system, I was able to export the data as input to Excel for more elaborate reports.

Puntos en contra:

It is difficult to make correction to the data entered; ex: cannot update the Notes. The response time lags, the system cannot keep up with my entry; ex: I typed L1-R7, the system picked up the first value on the list, which is L1-R1. The History log is very confusing to figure out, and sometimes I noticed it might even be incorrect.

Great addition to our program

Comentarios: The biggest advantage with the Inventory Cloud software is its ease of use and great customer support. The software has made creating an inventory so easy and the barcode system just enhances the experience. As a new facility to our College, maintaining an accurate inventory helps us have all the tools we need to help teach our students the basic fundamentals of construction so they can achieve their goals.

the best thing about the software is its ease of use. Simple menu navigation and inventory set up make for a great interface. The check in/out feature is great for tracking who and what is being used from our tool room. Part number set is a breeze whether your inputting your own data or having the system auto generate them.

Puntos en contra:

some of the reporting features are a bit confusing at times. The Audit /reconcile feature could be more stream lined and adding a few features into the basic edition would help with that. The serial number process can be a bit confusing especially if your trying to integrate your own serial numbers or create a custom serial number. We did get the basic version so I know its limitations but a few additions from the upgrade version to the basic could help

WASP Asset Cloud Inventory System
