Buena opción para control y seguimiento de las ventas y contactos, pero con precio muy alto

Comentarios: En general, me parece una opción más que correcta para ayudar a los equipos de ventas en campo a gestionar sus actividades diarias, incluyendo la programación de visitas, seguimiento de clientes potenciales, seguimiento de ventas y generación de informes.

Puntos a favor:

Una de las opciones más interesantes es que te permite planificar y hacer un seguimiento de las visitas orientadas a ventas. Para la gestión y el control de las mismas es una magnífica opción

Puntos en contra:

Algo complejo de utilizar, sobre todo al principio. El precio es quizás excesivamente caro en comparación con otras herramientas de su misma funcionalidad

Comentarios: It is great and constantly becoming better.

This software was clean and neat and easily filterable. It kept good door-to-door sales records and made for good area management. Managers are able to assign area to sales reps and monitor their activities in real time. The app is real easy and self explanatory. It very useful to keep data in all service areas to know of good leads for future reference.

There were some occasional glitches with but customer support was good and getting back with you and helping to fix problems.

Comentarios: Just fine - but once i changed to another platform, i have never had the desire to switch back.

This software was amongst the first that i used for Door to door independent contractor work. It worked well for what it needed to, the ability to upload images to leads was strong, note taking, and specific lead notes was great too.

Puntos en contra:

The worst part about this software is the battery that is required to run it... you need a portable charger or two to stay alive. Other similar apps in the market seem to provide similar services for less battery usage.

Lots of bugs

Comentarios: It seemed very promising, but in the end it was very frustrating when our reps couldn't see their pins or areas (amongst other things). More hassle than what we bargained for and headaches all around.

I loved that it would show you where your current customers are (when it worked) and it was easy to draw and assign areas. It was really easy for our sales reps to fill in the customer information and payment information usually transferred over to our system pretty well.

There were many instances this summer where a rep couldn't see his pins and therefore knocked into current customers. Sometimes their areas would diasappear or wouldn't save after having been assigned. Other times it would show multiple pins for the same customer, etc. Sales Rabbit's customer service team (when we could reach them) was always willing and ready to help but they didn't necessarily fix the problem right away because it was more of a programming issue that took time to remedy. Often times it would reject a contract for whatever reason and the rep had to wait to submit it later. This would result in some contracts (and therefore, payment information) being lost.

Being able to canvas area visually as your CRM.

Puntos en contra:

Keeping track of potential prospects/leads can get hard because the list isn't whole (due to the visual side of sales rabbit). Also it takes a lot of data to run, especially if you're on a limited data plan on an iPad.

Sales Rabbit has improved a ton over the years. They used to just have a satellite map of the area you were knocking and you had to drop pins over every house you knocked. Now the app populated the houses for you with the information sales rabbit already has about the house and house ownership.

Puntos en contra:

It would be really nice if the application shows live data. Many times you will knock into renters, and the app does not show you the difference from a renter to a home owner. This makes knocking some times frustrating and forces me to use other apps to know who are homeowners in the neighborhood.

Comentarios: Sales Rabbit is a decent app for companies with sales people on the road where the ultimate goal is to sign up clients.

Easy to use UI, to build quotes , auto-form fills and agreements.

Puntos en contra:

Don’t like that the multiple instances don’t synch. For example if you have it on an iPad and iPhone, the data doesn’t synch automatically. It should.

Comentarios: It was extremely motivating having a program like Sales Rabbit to track my personal progress throughout the day, week, and summer of sales, while also seeing how our entire team was doing at the same time!

I loved how easy this program was to use! We used it on i-pads while doing summer pest control sales and it was awesome to track all my sales, contacts, and addresses!

Coolest and easiest app for selling

Comentarios: Effortless and convenient, that's the experience that the app can provide to its users. Relatively good for marketing strategy.

Probably the coolest app to use if you are in a real state business. The app is very easy to use and understand plus it does save you from all those paper works and charts you have to create. In just on tap on your phone or tablet you can add your contact and make your sales.

One thing I noticed is the map, its google based there are few location that are not updated yet.

Comentarios: This program is especially amazing for allowing me to establish whether a customer has enough credit to move forward or if I'm wasting my time. The real benefit if this program is the amount of time it cuts off from the call center. Eliminating the risk of typos and clerical mistakes. Also. The ability to save leads for the future makes this app juice! One more boon, I love the one touch navigation to a leads house.

Comentarios: Sales rabbit is a great and easy way to organize all of my sales. It looks professional and customers don't question the legitimacy of protecting the customers information. I love how it tracks the areas that I have gone to and also allows me to cracked my sales reps areas as well.

Comentarios: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU INQUIRE ABOUT A REFUND. They will not assist you in any way! Joke of a software unless you are selling carpet cleaning or bibles door to door.

No pro's unless you like being over promised and under delivered product. This product does not have anywhere close to the functionality the sales guy tells you. Then once you are a customer they tell you it is in development and will be released shortly. I guess their definition on shortly is that it will be out in this millennial.

Not auto data collecting, if you just want to track a customer name than great. IF YOU ARE A ROOFER DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Spoto was better at data collection and being able to use the mobile and computer app.

Inaccurate Address Icon drops

Comentarios: I use sales rabbit strictly to know homes I've knocked on. I don't use the income info because that tends to be inaccurate a lot as well. It's better if those were just left blank and the info be submitted by the D2D sales rep. I like the feature that reminds me of appointments.

Hey George, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the income estimates are just estimates. No way to actually get that info for all homes. Your account admin is able to adjust what fields show and what fields do not. As for the addresses being inaccurate, I would love to have you contact support on that issue, support@salesrabbit.com.

Comentarios: I definitely like the app a lot more than if it was just me going door-to-door you know without anything. The app is definitely helpful because you are able to see in the future all the progress you have made , whether or not somebody was interested timer if somebody was already with direct satellite , etc.
