Comentarios: The product is clutter-free and any features that are added have simple use cases and helps in easier implementation. A good user interface to avoid daily hassles involved in bug/defect reporting daily as a tester.

Puntos a favor:

Bug identification and creation have never been simpler. Its unique way to describe and categorize the issue at hand is well sorted and makes for a clean and understandable user experience.

Puntos en contra:

There might be issues that are created and assigned by parts and during bug/defect identification and creation, assigning these bugs should have an option to assign multiple members instead of single-member.

The color of issue can be changed, I can customize the characteristics of issue for each project.

Puntos en contra:

when I filter all issue of project , it shows parents issue and sub-issue. If I click on the arrow, which is head of parent issue, Backlog shows all of sub-issue of that parent issue, which are showed before. So many issues are showed twice. It can make me confused. I think Backlog shoud list parent issue and issue has no parent issue. About issue has parent issue, you can hide and when user click on the arrow, it can be showed. Thank you

Good service, worth using

Comentarios: Pretty good, better than using Jira because the interface is more user-friendly and the features are easier to use

Comentarios: My experience so far is good. I Appreciate the system.
Backlog is useful and it can really help to simplify the process within the organization and can monitor the task which is very essential in the organiztation.

Puntos a favor:

Team collaboration. It really helps with managing task within the organization and very useful because most of the team is working from home, we just need to use the backlog to monitor our progress in different projects.

Puntos en contra:

Maybe can try improving some layouts. The ticketing feature in Backlog is needs to be enhance. Also, need to register all members so that they can send an email for support and etc.

It's ui and ux interface. The website is so simple and easy to understand. It didn't even took me 2mins to understand the working of the website. I always use it whenever I manage any project. It is the best website.

To be honest, there's nothing to dislike about this website as i said I am using it ig for a year now. Never gave me any reason to mad about or get frustrated. Totally the best website.

Dashboard UI is not that great and Recent Updates doesn't have any date filter and because of that I need to scroll too much.

Comentarios: I love backlog - it provides a single location for me to gather all my tasks, thoughts, files, and more. It helps me keep up with the ever growing client demands that come in each day.

Backlog really keeps my work on track. I can easily enter, edit, and share my to do lists so that my whole team can coordinate together!

I like the app itself, but there were some barriers to adoption. I think this was more of a company specific / people specific con though.

Good tool for bugs tracking

Comentarios: We are tracking UAT issues and so far, Backlog has been helpful in the entire process! I also like that it's easy to search and sort items as there are multiple filters you can apply.

Puntos a favor:

Reassignment of "assignee" is easy and beneficial for instances where there's a lot of back and forth between resources. And the attachment of images as well. You can insert the image at the position (in the message) where you want it.

Puntos en contra:

none at the moment. I actually haven't explored the other functionalities (aside from adding an issue/task) so I cannot name anything that I dislike or the least.

On adding a comment on the Backlog ticket even the user changing the ticket should get an email. Not a big issue though.
