Una plataforma de video a pedido (VOD [Video on Demand]) basada en la plataforma como servicio (PaaS [Platform as a Service]), que permite a los propietarios de contenido lanzar sus propias plataformas de transmisión continua de video multipantalla con ajuste de excesos al instante.
It is easy to use and allows us to upload our content the easiest way possible just by a click of a button.
The least is not the actual terms I can use, but muvi can partner with more ad agencies and integrate them. Though custom integration is an option so no need to worry about it.

Super Easy-to-use, Feature rich with a great support team

As a consultant I had recommended (and operated) Muvi for one of my clients in the e-learning space. If you don’t have a lot of technical expertise then Muvi is the platform for you. It was super easy to set up the platform, upload videos and launch an online video streaming store. Days later, with Muvi’s help we also went live with customized apps on iOS and Android. The platform has a lot of features and is simple to use, but what really won the day for me was the support. There were some customizations we wanted to bring into the platform and Muvi’s support was prompt to help us with the same. My overall experience with Muvi has been a nice one, its value for money and lets you have full control over how you want to run your streaming website or app.

I think Muvi could do well by offering a lot more templates for the online website design. Give users more ways to set up the final design of the streaming website. Also, our set up took slightly longer on account of a few technical glitches but those were quickly resolved.
My great experience with Muvi
Comentarios: My story began three years ago during the pandemic, I am a teacher, who create an educational videos for students, I was using zoom to share my videos with students, but I faced a problem which is screen recording and piracy of mu content that compromised my work, so so I was looking for a company to provide me with a security for my contacts and muvi did a great job with that with the best price ever.Overall, I had an amazing experience with them, the team, the solutions they provide, and there product are absolutely the best.I would recommend Muvi for everyone for sure

Actually, the best thing with muvi is their team, they have the best team they are very cooperative they’re always there for you whenever there is a problem, they respond very quickly.Also, their security level is very high. They protected my product from screen recording and piracy.The price for the service they provide it’s very fair comparing with others.

While the CMS is user-friendly and the support is excellent, there are times when the help instructions don't correspond with the fields. It would be beneficial to ensure that the help documentation is regularly updated.
Unexpectedly Horrible Experience
Comentarios: If you are a mid-sized company, go elsewhere. If you are a mid-sized company, consider the Enterprise plan or the support will be very complicated to receive.

We have since spoken with management and learned that the support we needed is offered in an Enterprise plan. Without that plan, we only have access to basic support, regardless of the severity of the issue. However, their senior representatives have met with us to learn the issue and determine how many issues need to be resolved. After speaking with them, we feel a bit better about the matter. We will update this again, upon resolution.

We are an OTT Film Festival that is online and when we were looking for private labeled solutions, MUVI really met requirements from all aspects. First, the functionality that MUVI provided was 100% suitable for what we were looking for. Second, the pricing was very attractive. Third, the interaction with the staff has been excellent, right from the [sensitive content hidden] down to the individuals that worked on our projects. Moreover, the quality of the platform has consistently met our expectations. Features such as DRM alleviated our filmmakers fears of piracy. We value the partnership we have with MUVI and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.

Finally found the best solution to our platform
Comentarios: reasonable, professional, and friendly support. I always appreciated their human interactions rather than bot/AI communication which can be frustrating when it comes to getting support help.

Muvi is very easy to use, after playing with all the features within the first 2 weeks- which is great because that's within the free trial period they offer. We had a developer who constructed something similar to Muvi but not as advanced and sophisticated. The content team and our web designer are very happy with using it.

Occasionally there are glitches here and there but the support is quick to resolve them. Other than that, everything is about 90% customizable which is great for what we are trying to do.

Comentarios: Muvi is a great product compared to its competition. It has many features that its competitors do not offer. Working with the team at Muvi is wonderful as they are committed to finding out what it is you need and implementing it.

Working with the Muvi team has been wonderful. They are professional, attentive, and determined to solve any issues. The website never crashed or experienced down time.

The CMS is not as friendly of a user interface as I would like. It takes a great deal of mapping out and trying to remember where things are placed and consulting the help forum. I would personally like to see the ability to create both a FAST channel and paid VOD option for one product.

The Platform has lots of different features and most of them work well, i also like that they constantly add new features to the platform. Customer Support Team is great and always friendly and very helpful, they always try to help you as much as they can.

sometimes CMS works unlogical and the workflow is not clear and intuitive. Functions that have been working well for a long time suddenly stops working and it takes a long time to get it fixed, often in the mobile apps things changing on an update for a worse and not better, and it takes a lot of efforts to communicate and fix those things. I wish their QC would look and check better for platform, website and mobile apps, that after rolling out an update, parts are not working anymore, thats always a bigger issue.

Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services.
Comentarios: My company has used Muvi for over 4 years. Muvi started out great and was very responsive to platform issues. Now they are full of empty promises and are very delayed in providing support to new issues. Customer service is awful now and never responds back in a timely manner. It's very hard to recommend them to anyone.

Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

our demands for an international scalable platform - better than others.
We needed extensive modifications and they have accomplished all.
Not least thanks to our dedicated account manager Ankit Verma.
We have all functionalities, features and apps available that you would expect from a fully
developed streaming service. The CMS and backend is fairly easy to use,
and we love the possibility to scale and ad products, features and apps as the
demands and the business grow.
We had an additional payment gateway implemented and that process was flawless.

Unsuccessful Migration, Poorly Built Product, Horrible Customer Service...
Comentarios: Nobody read the emails I sent, when there were 4+ Muvi employees on every email chain. It generally took well over 48 hours at least, sometimes over a week to hear back regarding urgent matters because they also work on India time. The platform as a whole is really, really poorly build and you will experience that first hand when you start to build off their templates and it looks like someone's first css project. The front end looks like the templates were thrown together on html/css in a good 15min. You will also likely not be able to make easy modifications to their html/css files. You are required to put in support tickets regarding any issues and they often take days to resolve, often issues related to the poorly written code, nothing you can fix.

In our situation, we were trying to migrate from another platform to Muvi (they were the only ones offering a tiered content option at the time) and to say it was a difficult process would be an understatement. I have nothing positive to take from working with Muvi.

If you are an American company do not use this platform. The communication/language barrier is a huge issue on top of them having potentially the most poorly build product I have ever seen or worked with. It is almost unusable and definitely unusable for a company with a large customer base. We could not communicate anything technical and this resulted in major miscommunications. They sent our launch emails and access to our platform to the wrong list of over 1,000 users, absolutely horrific scenario. We did not go through with the migration after one too many major communication errors and other issues. They will not give us our $4,000 back that we paid for the migration. Most other platforms offer free migrations. Can't get anyone to write me back, nothing.

Through CMS it is easy to setup website, create new pages, integrate payment gateways, uppload video and enable smooth journey for customers.They are reachable over tickets and thier responses are fast and accurate.

What do you dislike about Muvi=There could be more templates which are generic and not only digital entertainment specific.Lack of more start up friendly payment gateways like razorpay.

For someone like myself, with modest technical expertise, I find that managing our Minaa VOD platform, hosted through Muvi is an enjoyable process. I update the VOD on monthly bases and whenever I have any technical difficulties, I use the Support feature that is handled perfectly by Muvi team. In terms of value for money, comparing Muvi software/ service with other platforms, I feel that we have an excellent value for money, specially that we have full control on the VOD itself. Our VOD platform offers the content in two languages: English and Arabic. While Arabic language is considered challenging in terms of programming, Muvi made it possible for us to present both languages; they've even supported us when we experienced some technical issues related to Arabic language. My overall experience with Muvi is quite pleasant and I truly appreciate the service and highly recommend it to fellow platforms.

I feel that Muvi can offer more design choices for users. I also feel that DevHours rate is a but costly compared to annual subscription fees.

Excellent Support and Fast Response
Comentarios: The software allow us to provide our customers with many options. We are an OTT and provide audiovisual content but also music and other perks such as merchandising.
