Perfecto para las citas de mi consulta

Comentarios: YouCanBook.me me permite gestionar las reservas de mi consulta sin que tenga que estar pendiente del teléfono o el correo. Por lo que me libera de mucho tiempo para realizar mi trabajo.

Puntos a favor:

Es una herramienta genial para llevar un control de tus citas y reservas. Es fácil de usar y tiene una interfaz intuitiva que te permite personalizarlo a tus necesidades. Además, te da la opción de integrarte con otros calendarios como Google Calendar

Puntos en contra:

Si tuviera que buscarle algún pero a este software sería la parte de la personalización ya que no he conseguido que se adpte al diseño de mi web.

Comentarios: I've been using it for almost a year now and I have no doubt that I will renew one more year. It has helped me a lot automating bookings and emails related to these bookings.

I like most that it was so easy and nice to work with it. It provides your own website for your customers to make their bookings with you. You can even customize it a little bit, just enough to fit your brand colours but still look clear and easy to use. You can customize the emails that are automatically sent to people who book appointments. A Zoom link is automatically created in case you are organizing a videocall and is also automatically sent to your clients. I love that this app automates so many tedious processes.

Puntos en contra:

something I do not appreciate is that I cannot sell a number of appointments with a discount, for instance I would like to offer 1 class at X euros and 5 classes offering a discount in price. YouCanBookMe does not offer this option; instead, clients must book (and pay) 5 independent classes with me. That would be a lovely addition to its features.

Reliable product

Comentarios: So far my experience has been strong. The system sets up rather quickly and easily. I have experienced a few issues but have been able to correct them quickly. Getting technical support can be a little slow. I have not found a phone number or messaging means to communicate with technical support.

I cannot seem to understand how to use the tools to do more marketing automation. I would like to send more schedule reminders. One email and one SMS.

Comentarios: Started well, but it is declining over the years.

Lots of customization options, with white label options to customize the workflows for our client bookings.

Puntos en contra:

Recently the support is always busy, and they always take days to WEEKS to reply our emails. Just today our integration broke, it's a bug on their side due to a parameter they changed, and there is no urgent help line support, no way to get back to them and support via email is just too slow.

Useful scheduling program

Comentarios: Decent. Overall, more pros than cons. Looking forward to more innovations.

Easy to setup. Integrates with Google Calendar and Zoom. Real time updates.

Puntos en contra:

For years I've been requesting the option to show a calendar-view and hide all booked slots. Instead of that, we get a list of open slots. This isn't a con per se. It isn't exactly what I wanted either but close enough.

Comentarios: Positive! ENHANCEMENT REQUEST: it would be great if settings on the YCBM Booking Page and/or 'appointment type' could determine the COLOR of the meeting booked Google Calendar.

Comentarios: It's been much more productive since I began paying for the basic service. I am a small business, and the minimal add-ons suit me well.

Puntos a favor:

Easy use of a link to connect to my calendar. No phone tag or email threads to figure out a convenient time/date to meet. I can set up four different types of appointments for different durations to meet the needs of the various work I do.

Puntos en contra:

Clients that don't use the same calendar that I do (google) often have difficulty finding the invitation.

Excellent Tool for Building Schedule!

Comentarios: This program is my go-to for creating booking slots, setting up meetings, and building my schedule each week. Without this program, setting up my monthly meetings (I often have at least 60-70 in a month) would be a disaster. It is worth paying for premium access, and you will find your day-to-day scheduling needs are met!

This program offers so many beneficial features, like sending reminders to clients/colleagues/students before and after a booking, setting up separate booking calendars for different needs, and requiring bookees to enter an email or phone number if you desire. I love how it connects directly to my Google Calendar, so when a booking is confirmed, the meeting shows right up on my calendar. I also appreciate how I get an email when a booking has been made, so I have notification ahead of time.

Puntos en contra:

The only drawback to this program I found is that for full accessibility, the user would need to pay on a monthly basis. I tried using the free version only for awhile and found that the limitations to this version left me needing more control over my bookings and how I set up my calendar. Because I do find this program so helpful for professional scheduling and absolutely worth the money, I chose to pay for the monthly version.

Comentarios: Our previous scheduler was a terrible experience - we use a lot of options on our booking form and the client experience and our administrative experience was a huge challenge. This has made things so much easier. Our booking sheets that we print and use for service are clean, easy to read, this system sends out reminders to everyone. It's great.

We are a full service food pantry and use YouCanBook.me daily as our clients book their service appointments through the system. It has been so easy to use, especially being able to manage our calendar, bookings and create customizable booking forms for each service we provide. It's been a huge help to our operation.

It would be great if there was an app for mobile and also if there was a way to aggregate client booking data into csv files.

How easy is to configure and start right away, the variety of options that offers to configure the booking page and also that are fully customizable, also the permissions of who can modify the booking page comes handy so you don't have to rely just on one person managing the pages.

It could be improve the way when an account is deleted that the rescheduling of the appointment should be handled through the interface of YouCanMook.Me and not the calendar itself

Comentarios: Overall, I've had a great experience with the platform outside of a few issues getting calendars to sync and a late adoption of virtual appointment integration, i.e. Teams, but beyond that, it's been a joy to use.

What I love most about YouCanBook.me is that it is completely online/web-based so there is no complicated setup or deployment process. You simply pick your subscription plan, create a profile(s) and you're ready to begin scheduling out of the gate.

Puntos en contra:

It can be a little lite on features compared to some other platforms I've used but if all you're looking for is a simple, effective, appointment/scheduling platform at a reasonable cast, look no further than YouCanBook.me.

Appointment scheduling has never been easier. I can sync multiple calendars (Outlook, Google, and Apple) at once, as well as have the flexibility to create multiple booking pages to fit my course and project scheduling needs. Having the flexibility to do so has been critical, especially when we went fully online last year. The other feature that I enjoy is the customization features. From sending email reminders and personalized follow up messages, scheduling has never been easier. This software adapts to your needs.

Puntos en contra:

At the beginning I used a free version of the software. When I switched to the paid version, it was hard to sync my "free" scheduling page with the paid version because I couldn't locate my password or the email I used to create my original booking page. It took a little work to figure out how to receive support but I was able to get the help I needed through one of the forums. I posted my inquiry and someone from YouCanBook.me reached out to me within 24 hours to support me directly.

Easy to use software with a brilliant customer support.

Comentarios: YouCanBook.me has a brilliant customer support. I have contacted them with many issues (these issues had to do with me not understanding certain features) which were explained to me and solved within a very short time. I have felt very well supported from the start.

As an administrator of the software, I can vouch that this software is extremely easy to use and it is very easy to set up, and later edit, the necessary features. There are lots of helpful videos and instructions on how to do it, too, and they are very focused, detailed, and easy to understand. However, we wanted a software that is convenient for our customers, too, especially in cases where they are not very comfortable with technology. It has proved to be very accessible and bookings can be made very easily. Visually, the booking page is is both well-designed and clear. An important thing to add - customer support is excellent!

Puntos en contra:

The feature I miss the most is being able to set up meetings of different durations during the day, in one calendar. I know it is possible if the calendar is divided into sections, but I'd like to see an easy way - being able to have different meetings in one page. However, this is a minor issue.

YouCanBookMe is a great time saver!

Comentarios: We looked at several different online booking services and even changed to another one briefly when we were using Office365 (YCBM did not integrate with Office at the time, unsure if they do now or not) and came back to YCBM immediately after deciding to switch back to Google Suites. The online support is very responsive, despite being an ocean away, are friendly and very helpful.

Before YCBM we were booking appts manually over email of the phone. This software has freed up so much time and allowed clients to easily book appointments for the time that works best of them. I like being able to specify different notification recipients based on booking link, and the ability to have more than 1 booking link per calendar with different menu choices, delays, etc.

Puntos en contra:

Most of the features work well and are useful. I would like the ability to add padding to only one end of a booking, not both sides, as when all meetings have it on both ends you end up with double padding for all meetings and too much free time that is not bookable. I would also like the ability to customize notifications based on the meeting topic.

Comentarios: Overall, I have been using this software since 2010! I love it, and recommend it to everyone in the volunteer management field!

What is not to love about youcanbookme! In fact, I have recommended this software to fellow colleagues who are now using it. I was able to create appointment slots that carry over several months. I use the link provided in my email signatures and it allows everyone from upper management to my volunteers to be able to book an appointment or meeting with me. This software saves time and allows for better accountability!

Puntos en contra:

This software has no cons. I have hear people complain, but that has to do with the levels. The more calendars you need to link, the more you pay. In my case, with 1 calendar it is perfect!

Comentarios: Quick to set up, easy to use - one place to get all appointments booked!

As Curriculum Coordinator and co-administrator for class observations, this site is easy to use for both administrators and teachers. It is quick to set up, syncs with Google Calendar and sends out reminders to all involved. If you are wanting a site that is easy to use for your teachers, or any company that needs a place to have appointments, this is the one. Make sure your Google Calendar is up today, and all your current appointments will be shown as 'busy' so that you cannot double book.

We have used this 2 or 3 times over the last 6 months and I haven't yet found anything that we do not like about this software.

Comentarios: I am very very very happy and satisfied. It is visually very easy to use and understand.

Easy to use, has most of the features needed, and provides excellent and rapid customer support. I love it and would like it to continue improving. The price is perfect. It is also perfect for small businesses or sole traders.

I think a mobile app is a must by now and also that it should be optimized to be seen on a mobile screen because it does not look very well yet, you know, the font, for example, needs to be reduced otherwise one paragraph ends up spread in a never-ending scrolling.

Effective and Affordable

Comentarios: All academic advisors on our campuses use YCBM - students can book advising appointments online, anytime. We also utilize YCBM for students to book their orientation sessions, new student appointments, and prospective student appointments. We have been using YCBM for six years and have not considered moving to any other platform.

Ability to easily customize for our different student populations, needs of academic advisors and other staff. It has increased our efficiency and productivity, and other offices on campus now also utilize YCBM. Great platform that we can also afford!

Puntos en contra:

Recently removed compatability with HTML / CSS and moved to Markdown for customizing bookings. We're still able to accomplish what we need, but miss how HTML allowed us to fully customize everything! However, I imagine it's likely more user-friendly for others who did not know HTML/CSS.
