They are always ready to hear your business needs and they make sure they are being met. > > **Desventajas**: In the past, I had a few suggestions about things that could be changed, but now I cannot think of any. There's nothing I don't like. But if I had to choose one thing, it would be the business app. It would be great to have a simple way to post orders and schedule staff from a mobile app. I know we can do it from mobile browsers, but it is not so "readable" and you need to be super careful to avoid mistakes. I know that is one of the reasons why the mobile app doesn't offer it, but sometimes it would be helpful when we are not by the computer and need to do it. But I know that both Ubeya's and mine points of view are understandable and cannot hold it against them. > > My overall experience with Ubeya is 10/10. Ubeya made my job as a staffing manager so much easier in every aspect of my work. The ability to turn rules on and off and customize parameters for punching in and out is also helping us manage our Labor more efficently > > **Desventajas**: Honestly, there are no Cons that I can think off > > We have saved money by having to the minute hours reported through the App. We have also improved upon ensuring staff coverage for our facility- Staff is able to communicate with each other or the Managers via the app if they are unable to fulfill their shift and thereafter find a replacement prior to the shift start.
