Fatal experiencia de servicio, son rapidos para cobrate y dificil para dartes soluciones

Comentarios: horrorosa,no recomiendo a nadie por el servicio

Ni siquiera pude utilizar, no me activaron la opción por la que me descontaron tres veces su costo

Puntos en contra:

El equipo de ayuda te hace esperar más de 15 días en darte una aparente solucion para que no vuelvas a escribirles y luego te vuelven a cobrar sin devolverte lo cobrado

El Soporte técnico es horrible, Puedes perder mucho dinero en esta plataforma

Comentarios: Mi experiencia es caótica, actualmente llevo tres semanas presentando una falla bastante delicada, la plataforma no permite darme de baja, no he podido cancelar mi suscripción y esto hace que me realicen cobros aútomáticos en mi tarjeta de crédito. la gente de soporte solo responde con evasivas y todos los días me envían mensajes automáticos donde me dicen que me van a desembolsar $20 dólares pero la verdad van tres cobros de $20 dólares por esta situación, NO SE QUE HACER NECESITO AYUDA y ellos no me dan respuesta.

Es una plataforma sencillad de utilizar pero te impiden usar muchos recursos en el plan básico.

Puntos en contra:

Si tienes un plan básco con ellos, tu no eres prioridad. los recursos son muy costosos y los buenos solo se pueden usar en planes de mayor valor.

Very comprehensive platform. As an enterprise client we can use a lot of their different tools that integrate with each other.

Sometimes the interface has little issues, but the support team is very responsive and addresses them quickly.

Comentarios: The structure of the interface is very simple and easy to understand. It was easy to figure out what each section was for.

Gives me full control over how I want my scenes to look, on other animation sites, you can't even edit the colors. I also get creative points using this instead of recording myself for projects. Support team is very responsive and helpful. Shout out to Giftson

The time limit 😑. Please increase it to 5 minutes. Give an option to basic users to pay and download their video instead of paying for the whole month 😞

Frustrating Experience with Animaker

Honestly, there's not much to like about Animaker when the basic functionality is so unreliable. Even if the features seem promising on paper, they’re overshadowed by constant lagging and crashes. It's hard to appreciate anything when you're stuck refreshing the app and losing progress repeatedly.

I had high hopes for Animaker, but it’s been nothing short of a frustrating experience. The app constantly lags, making it almost impossible to get anything done. Every time I try to create or edit something, it freezes, forcing me to refresh the page and start all over again. It’s incredibly time-consuming and unproductive, especially when you’re in the middle of a project. The lagging issue has been persistent, and it seems like there’s no fix in sight. For an app that's supposed to make animation easier, it’s doing the complete opposite. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you enjoy wasting time and pulling your hair out. Disappointed! 👎

This software is awesome and great who are new to animation industry. I have been using After effects and premier for these kind of content creation but in Animaker it was really quick with good quality.

Sometimes it lags and cloud saving option is not good. Sometimes project doesn't saves.

Shortest learn curve for beginners

Comentarios: Brilliant, allowed me to basically out of the box create a short animation with little to no setup and without the complex hoops needed in the likes of Adobe AE

I like how easy it is to simply drop your assets and animate right away, easy to navigate and very intuitive

I feel that the use of the software is very simple and clear, there is a very large variety of templates, figures and other tools that I can incorporate into the products I develop in the software.

I like the part where I can use character and play animations. There could be more animations but it is fine. Like a part where I can crop my video from the sides but wanted to do the same from top and bottom. Every thing else was good

Some times if there are so many animations in a scene and if I want to apply some animations for all of them I had to do that individually . Which was frustrating at a point
