Simple and easy-to-use ATS. Liked the fact that they were able to put together a ZipRecruiter integration fairly quick.
I'm not sure it is my computer but my apps stop after 4 or 5candidates I reviews.

Comentarios: Ha sido agradable el proceso de sistematizar un proceso colaborativo de reclutamiento.
Puntos a favor:
Es muy facil de usar para equipos que comienzan a integrar algun sistema ATS; es una excelente opción para equipos enfocados en reclutamiento.
Puntos en contra:
Limitantes de versión Blossom para data, es un punto critico para brindar resultados y/o seguimiento a KPi´s

Ease of use and simple interface makes fresh teams the best software out there to manage teams. I'm really impressed by the way they've build it. Its as easy as using social media sites and is feature rich.

There is nothing which I didn't like about the software. Been using it for couple of weeks now and I’m really impressed to see such a refined product. One thing where they can improve is giving more drag n drop options to edit Career site.

Overall, it's a nice experience with Frehteam. We can use it for bulk mailing, posting job requirements and shortlisted the candidates smoothly. It is really a user-friendly tech tool along with its easy setup process and intuitive setting.
Still, we hope it can improvise more e.g. on the mail text body format at least.
Puntos a favor:
1. The consolidated Database 2. Using Bulk Email with a single click and ofcourse the "Canned response" support 3. Easily posting the job requirement 4. Screening candidates 5. Easily operate from phone (Handset Device) 6. Very easy to understand the entire operation. Don't need an expert to execute the features. Very user-friendly.

1. The data import process can be easier if the required fields can be reduced. Sometimes occurs problems during the import. Although it can be negligible! 2. The email format (Text Body) can be more user-friendly. As of now, it follows a particular format (email/text body) only, which is not looking good as a mail body. Maybe it can add a feature similar to MS Word or Google Docs. 3. It's really excellent for the free tier, but expensive for the pro versions.

Comentarios: Overall we are satisfied with Freshteam. It has everything that we need and then some.

Love the ease of use, setup, intuitive settings and user friendly dashboards. Very little explanation needed for this product. Freshteam covers pretty much everything our team needs to in terms of team management and on the recruiting end, we have been very pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and features. Freshworks as a whole is constantly coming up with new products and regularly updates and adds new features. They make sure their products are always improved.

Customer service can take a while to respond. I believe their customer support team is based overseas so it may have to do with the time zone change, but getting in touch with someone fast can be hit or miss.

Comentarios: Overall fresh team makes it easier for staff to keep their details updated as they can freely update their profiles and it massively reduces the workload and time delays for HR by making information clear and easy to access. I've also not seen many accessibility features an option for large text and dark background could be really helpful

The time off and employee profile features allow quick and easy access to vital information reducing the time spent on database searching by Human Resources Staff. The recruitment tracker is clear and concise and allows a quicker selection process to be made as all information is in one place.
Puntos en contra:
The documents features such as right to work ID is behind a paywall which can be pricey for a start up like us. Overall the pricing is high for small start ups like us.

As an ATS, it has tremendous value and is very competitively priced
Comentarios: Cost-wise, it's very competitive and a literal fraction of some less capable ATSs. Works very well off the shelf.

Let me say first lie that we don't use the entirety of FreshTeam but rather we only use the ATS portion of the software only. Overall it's pretty good. FreshTeam makes it very convenient to keep everything together. The kanban board feature makes it really easy to find where people are in a given pipeline. There are some really good Integrations as well with popular tools like Zoom. FreshTeam makes it very easy to blast out job ad to major job boards . Cost-wise, it's very competitive and a literal fraction of some less capable ATSs. Works well off the shelf.

There are a couple minor features that don't really add tremendous value. In addition, some of the auto email triggers don't work like you would think they would, but neither of those criticisms are showstoppers.

We were searching for a good CRM+ ATS+ HR software in the beigning of Covid19. we used many software as trail but liked no one. Suddenly, i got to know about Freshteam via google and decide to give a try. earlier we used as a Sales reporting tool and liked their functionality and use of access. finally, after using 2 months as free user, we decide to choose freshteam and still using as all in one software.

1) Talent management is end to end logged with options for analytics 2) Building processes and implementing your own logics for resource management is a huge automation help in HR functions

1) UX Can be more engaging 2) Auto reminders near holidays, when optional holidays are not booked, or when leaves can lapse and remind to use, etc intelligent reminders can make this system a 100% compliance tool 3) Instant chat option with HR for emergency situations where even a vid call is possible for worse case scenarios and assistance

Not able to store random resumes. Resume parsing has issues. Does not parse resumes properly.

Comentarios: For our operations at the Indian Support Center, we find Freshteam to be the best fit and the price we are paying.

The entire process of recruitment and onboarding is so easy and new employees can be trained in a matter of two to three hours.

We would like to have more HRIS features in this software and integration with other software. We also want time and attendance module.
smart software to manage Recruiting
Comentarios: It is extremely easy to use. I recommend Freshteam to any business that wants to grow. It is quite simple to track and work together with coworkers on this.

The free edition is a fantastic deal for an SMB to manage basic tasks like monitoring personal time off.

Live chat function does not work. So need to improve it.

Its User experience is good. As we are a team of 200 People, its easy to track multiple profiles under one Application tracking system and we found Freshteams after researching multiple other platforms and it is comfortable to use it. We have been using the same from last more than 1 year

Nothing as such right now what I can think of. I am really happy that it is integrated with other job boards like indeed and linkedin. Yes, as it is integrated with career website as well, there, the UI can be improved.

You can set up to advertise via LinkedIN and free job boards and then your platform will show you where applicants have applied from in an easy to read colour wheel. You can create different hiring panels according to the job you are recruiting for, as you may need different hiring managers involved for different jobs We like that you can set up an interview time and then post interview, the system prompts you to record feedback.

At first glance there were a lot of different sections to use when setting up to recruit for the first time and can be a little overwhelming if you have never used an applicant tracking system before.(However, an introductory call with one of the Fresh team helped point me in the right direction)
Freshteam for small business
Comentarios: This software provided exactly the assistance we needed and as we grow, we can upgrade to higher plans that will more closely fit our needs.

The software is easy to use and easy to integrate.

There are some features that it lacks, but this could because the level of plan we chose. We will be reconsidering our plan level as we grow.
Customised and great ATS
Comentarios: It's one of the best platforms that I have used so far.

Personally, since I use this ATS daily for recruiting I feel FreshTeam is more recruiter friendly. Considering that it has been linked to our Career page and certain other free job sites, we can amplify our reach thus helping us to get maximum number of applicants applying to the position. Its high customisable and thats what I love abut it.
Puntos en contra:
The offer letters that have been saved as templates have formatting issues during generation. We have notified this multiple times but it can be improved.

- The best thing is it has a very powerful tracking and reporting system. I can generate all my reports on a single click. - It based on SAAS, hence can use anywhere to everywhere - It has a mobile app as well for fast and quick checks - It got integrated with almost every mailer and test websites

No cons as such but I do face difficulty using the same in low network speed. It requires a high-speed internet connection to load and work properly.
