Lot of dependence on developers, which is a huge time suck. Doesn't allow you to handle bulk loads such as deleting or copying an audience list.

Podemos ver que sus actualizaciones son un poco costosas pero estas liberan herramientas que funcionan muy bien de igual manera lo recomiendo.

Best survey building platform
Comentarios: Data and opinion collection is used to implement our best ideas into public. This collection of data and opinion is easily done by using the SurveySparrow. We can obtain feedback and opinions from the customers.
Puntos a favor:
SurveySparrow allows us to create most interactive and conversational surveys. The surveys created using SurveySparrow will get more responses from targetted participants. This platform has several types of templates in it which are used to create surveys instantly.
Puntos en contra:
SurveySparrow platform has some best features than other survey builders but they are only available for paid subscription only.

Easy to use to build but integrations are challenging.

- It's easy to build compared to other survey building software. - New form creation, dynamic variable addition, response gathering is very easy to use.

- There are few features pertaining to global variable that many time don't work. - Integrations with the GSheets has always been a challenge for the first time. The access goes to just one person and then many a time if there's a need to flow responses to the same sheet it fails. - 3P integrations need more improvisation.

I dont know if this is a feature SS has but I dont like they don't have an option to create multiple links for different things, like one link for social media, one link for database, one link for free ads, etc.

Easy to use, surveys are easy to create and the frontend for surveys is very user friendly. Good level of customisation and an excellent range of question types for quantitative and qualitative measuring. API documentation is good.

We're using the survey sparrow API, and found there are some areas of the data that are not accessible via the API.

Comentarios: It's good for the feedback survey. I can say its very good tool and we used the API also and its worked very well.

Comentarios: My overall experience with surveysparrow is great.Its best used for building surveys for customers and knowing about their opinion.The process can be smoothly done with the help of surveysparrow.

Surveysparrow is best when compared to any other surveybuilders.The userinterface is easy to setup and use.The customers feels friendly when filling those forms.The best feature of surveysparrow is that it has a lot of inbuilt templates for creating surveys.These templates are very good looking.

Surveysparrow has got so many features which are not available in other survey builders bu the user must take premium plan to get access to those features in surveysparrow.
SurveySparrow - A simple and easy way to make surveys
Comentarios: I am solving getting customer feedback in a simple and easy way without making it a big task for them to complete or be put off by the complexity. So far I have had good response as customers dont seem to mind the surveys and they work well on a mobile.
Puntos a favor:
The free trial of the Enterprise was an excellent idea to make sure you can see all the options, it was very simple to use and a lot of templates to get you started. There are a lot of addons which would be very useful when connecting to others online services.
Puntos en contra:
It could do with a few more customizations and add ins for the program I use on a daily basis but it still works well and some of the buttons are not logical.

Razones para cambiar a SurveySparrow: It worked better on a mobile, it works with Zapier and the free trial without the hassle of entering your payment details was a good plus point.
I would not recommend it - missing features and bad customer service
Comentarios: Not good. Not happy. Even asked them for finding a solution - but they didn't want to.

It looks nice from the outside (on the website). But as you join the software it's not what it says it is. And then customer service don't really want to help.

A survey that we can build!!
Comentarios: It helped for collecting data for my research purpose . But they can't handle heavy load

Create and distribute survey easily

Great things with SurveySparrow is, i can build a survey form easily with the build-in template that they have provided and select the survey theme that match with my objective. I also can select the question from the suggested question section.
Puntos en contra:
I have tried to moving around some of the text field on the survey form, but it just not snapped on the grid that i want and it making a mess to the form layout and design. I have tried it multiple time, but it just not happening and i don't think there is any way to do it properly.
Nice tool for short surveys
Comentarios: For a detailed interviewing tool with complex question trees, it can definitely do the job, but the lack of easy copying of groups of questions and logic branches makes the builder labor-intensive.

While looking for a TypeForm alternative I came across SurveySparrow. Since we ultimately were not able to use it, I can only comment on the builder tool. Compared to TypeForm (which I worked in as a premium user for several months), SurveySparrow was faster for large survey with multiple logic leaps, the UI did not have the bugs I became accustomed to in TypeForm and SurveySparrow had good optionality for a technical survey (the number field accepts decimals, which TypeForm does not; matrix-type questions have a reasonable amount fo flexibility). Overall: fast, flexible with good optionality on questions. Great, responsive customer service.

Unfortunately, we ended up not selecting it. We had difficulties copying groups of questions and entire logic branches (which we need to be able to do), so building a large, complex survey would have been too labor intensive. Maybe it is possible, but I could not find an easy way to do it and was working against a deadline.
Did what I wanted - Good customer survey tool
Comentarios: I was pleased that it could do well the survey part, but when I discovered a competitor product that offered more for less. I switched.

It did what I wanted. You could pay monthly for a number of surveys not necessarily have a limit and that's it.

There are other survey tools out there which give you better value by offering more services for the same or lesser price.
Unreputable Comany
Comentarios: We removed their ap from our website in [SENSITIVE CONTENT] after discovering who billed us. We have been in constant communication with our bank and with survey sparrow with regard to not wanting their software another year. We received no benefit from it. After our tech support removed their code, I was alerted yesterday [SENSITIVE CONTENT] that their ap is back on our site. This means they hacked us in an effort to refuse a refund. So once their code is on your site, they can do this to you, too. This is not a reputable company. We have had to report this to the US FBI for hacking and turn the matter over to our legal support. It has been a nightmare!

Their billing process. We did not sign anything that authorized a automatic renewal. We received no alert to our card to be billed so we could call to cancel. in the billing there is no identification of the company or a way to call to dispute a charge. They say they sent us an email. Tech support found it nowhere in our system.
