Organización perfecta
Puntos a favor:
Mejora tu productividad
Puntos a favor:
La función de gestión de proyectos ha sido la las útil y eficiente.
Puntos en contra:
Puede mejorar su interfaz ya que puede tornarse lento

Core functions are great - would be better with more
Comentarios: Best experience hands down comes from the account management team, which deals with our issues swiftly and effectively. Almost every SAAS has 1 or 2 key differentiators, but Productive stands out in terms of their support and dedication to ensuring a positive customer relationship experience
Puntos a favor:
Everything is all in one place without the need of multiple softwares
Puntos en contra:
Some features that are a no-brainer (eg. tracking non-billable proposal hours) should have been able to be directly tracked from the sales function instead of having to be tracked as internal hours. But these are nitty gritty details which should make way to Productive sometime in the near future
Alternativas consideradas previamente: ClickUp
Razones para elegir Productive: Complex and not used to its full advantage
Software anterior: monday.com
Razones para cambiar a Productive: Clickup was similar to other flexible-tasks allocation management system and does not offer the overall suite of features that Productive does
Everything we need in one platform
Puntos a favor:
Productive includes all the features we wanted and nothing we didn't. We used ClickUp for some time, but found it was hard to use and customise to our needs. Productive gives us the tools we need to keep projects on track and assigned to the right people and gives us business metrics that keep us aligned and on-point. It's been a game-changer for us, and we can only see it getting better.
Puntos en contra:
Productive is expensive, especially as you add more users. Other products are cheaper, but they aren't tailored to what we need, so they end up costing in other ways.
Disappointing reporting clutter and slow service
Comentarios: Very bad. They promise a lot, but it seems that it's not possible to actually produce the reports that they promise to be able to.
Puntos a favor:
What I like most about productive is the Dark mode. They nailed that frature.
Puntos en contra:
Useless reports. Customer service. Clutter of code. Buggy.
happy customer
Comentarios:
Great,
Project administration has gone to a higher level thanks to productive
Puntos a favor:
Very friendly interface. Loads of reports possibility's quick with update's and support
Puntos en contra:
forcing update's without informing. This is now taken care of.
Great project/task management product!
Comentarios: Implementation was easy with the Design team and easy with clients once they were trained a bit on the product. Overall my team likes Productive way better than previous Project Management tools we've used. The reporting has also been amazing! Seeing how profitable the company is as a whole and each employee. That's a game changer!
Puntos a favor:
Project managemement, task management, time tracking, invoicing, there isn't much I don't love about Productive!
Puntos en contra:
I wish there was a way to better implement email into the product. Right now email and Productive are separate. Having them tied closer together would help eliminate on additional product.

Razones para elegir Productive: Made the switch from Accelo, as the email integration caused all kinds of issues and our email got placed on blacklists, so we had to switch our domain name completely for our website and email. We originally used Teamwork, then switched to Accelo because of the email integration. Teamwork was great, but missed some key features at the time we used it.

Razones para cambiar a Productive: Had almost all of the features I needed. Others were missing features.
Every tool you need for an agency
Comentarios: It's a great tool and the only one we found that ticks all the boxes for our business.
Puntos a favor:
Fully-featured with a continually improving product roadmap and excellent customer support.
Puntos en contra:
Sometimes it's difficult to work out how much budget is remaining as the calculations don't always tally with my own figures. Some nuances in how the calculations are done I think. Some features have started to move to the 'premium' tier.

Razones para cambiar a Productive: It had everything we wanted and more. Could consolidate our tools into one.
Fantastic Support Team
Comentarios: I love it. I've looked at other tools, and turned them down simply because of their lack of reporting and all-in-one capabilities. Despite smaller features like automation, note taking, and dependency being really attractive.
Puntos a favor:
We love that this tool is agency management in one tool! We can track projects / tasks, as well as record employee PTO, schedule work to manage capacity, and bill ALL IN THE SAME PLACE. Customer support is responsive and immensely helpful. Especially for explaining the parts of the tool that applies to areas outside our expertise (like finances).
Puntos en contra:
The list layout leaves things to be desired in terms of design and organization of information. Would love to see automation, and the ability to mark tasks as dependent on / blocked by others come to the tool. The note taking tool is really basic and not co-write-friendly.

Gave me a running start
Comentarios: I use Productive for my day-to-day operations and was able to do an integration with Trello using their API. This makes my invoicing a breeze and allows me to give time reports to my customers. There is a ton of other features (sales pipeline, scheduling, financial reports) I am not using, but just for the small part I am using, it is a big time saver.
Puntos a favor:
Productive has: - comprehensive feature set - ease of use - a tutorial to get you familiar with the different modules of the product - a decent price - customers can access the platform (when you grant them access) - an API to allow integrations with other components - responsive support (some bugs get fixed really fast)
Puntos en contra:
- some structure elements may not be an exact match to your business (like with any product) - support is only during business hours, being a solo entrepreneur, problems don't always happen between 9-5 Monday-Friday - support could benefit from a ticketing system instead of a chat-based system - the task component have few features when compared with Trello. Strange for a company that brands itself as "more powerful than Trello and simpler to use than Jira" (https://www.productive.io/tour/project-management/).

A great tool for multiple purposes
Comentarios: I really like Productive and would be happy if we continue using it.
Puntos a favor:
I like how Productive has a lot of features and is still pretty simple to use. The logic behind everything works great almost always, and for me it became a tool that I use daily without much thought. I see great value in that. I also appreciate the documentation and the whole team behind.
Puntos en contra:
Tasks are maybe still a bit sloppy, but maybe it's just because of the way we use it in the company. I'm not really sure.

Puntos a favor:
The whole scheduling structure: Company -> Project -> Budget -> Service -> Scheduling. It gives us a lot of flexibility. And the team is awesome! Super easy to reach, very helpful with and with amazing attitude <3
Puntos en contra:
Insights are pretty complicated if we want to connect data from different sources. THough I know it is a challenging topic
All-in-one capacity and resource planning tool
Puntos a favor:
Productive gives us an all-in-one view of our current and forecasted capacity, ideal for tracking team time, availability and profitability. Lots of insights available to help inform our business and excellent and reactive customer support team
Puntos en contra:
We've had to implement a number of workarounds as it wasn't really designed for PR agencies with monthly retainers, more for project-based resourcing at ad/creative agencies. Also the holy grail is to link time (hours) and money (billings) into one view rather than separating them out - that is apparently in the roadmap but has been for a while!
Game Changer
Comentarios: Productive has helped our team be more efficient on time and stay on budget. From an owner perspective, it has allowed me to closely monitor profitability, which I had slacked on before.
Puntos a favor:
The thing I liked most is the speed and design of the UI/UX alongside the feature set. We have tried most PM tools and this covers all that and more to help us run more efficiently and see the data we need.
Puntos en contra:
I would really have to dig to find something I didn't like about the software. Most of the issues fell on me at the beginning with ways I should have been operating my agency before getting on Productive. So really there is nothing that I dislike.

Comentarios: 10/10 would recommend to anyone leading a team, or who just wants to stay organized
Puntos a favor:
Great for staying organized for large multi purpose businesses
Puntos en contra:
Is not integrated with social media as it could be
Productive.io review
Puntos a favor:
Frequent updates and changes to the platform. It's getting better with every update. Has great customer support and makes collaboration really smooth!
Puntos en contra:
Milestones could be a little clearer, but there is nothing I dislike about Productive.io. Productive.io is better with every update.

The definitive tool to manage and optimize.
Comentarios: I love it because being able to manage tasks, track time, share documents and plan resources from one place has greatly simplified the way I work.
Puntos a favor:
I love the reporting system that provides me with actionable data so I can make more informed decisions and optimize profitability.
Puntos en contra:
I sometimes have difficulty customizing certain aspects of the platform especially when it comes to the user interface.

Productive is integral to our success
Comentarios: Exceptional.
Puntos a favor:
The features are designed for an agency so we use most of them, all day, every day. What we really like is: 1. The user interface is superb - intuitive and fast to use. The best we have seen. 2. Help files and customer services is excellent. There hasn't been a question without a really satisfactory answer. There isn't another system we use that is anywhere near as easy to use as Productive is. Remote working puts more pressure on the system and it has supported the team now spread out over thousands of miles.
Puntos en contra:
Not much - would like slightly more customisable templates to allow us to add more text and graphics to them.
Complete product and A+ customer service
Puntos a favor:
I've used Productive for the past 7 months and it's been very, very helpful. As a project manager it offers you a great way to keep an eye on your running projects, upcoming deadlines, internal planning and much, much more. Besides that I must say that the customer service offered by Productive is the best I've experienced in my career so far. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team are simply amazing, doing a great job assisting your every need and are more than happy to jump on a video call to help you out when needed. When asked to help me with a financial overview by using 'Insights' [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] immediately took the liberty to create some overviews to show me what Productive is capable of which helped me out a lot.
Puntos en contra:
In all honesty I didn't miss a feature. The team is constantly updating Productive as it is and if you have useful feedback they'll implement this within a few months. It's perfect.
Greatest agency management software
Puntos a favor:
Productive enables me to keep everything in one place; all the way from ideation, budgeting, project management to expense tracking. It strikes the right balance between powerful features and ease of use. I love using Productive, especially features such as Insights which really position it as a unique tool on the market.
Puntos en contra:
Productive is best utilized when the entire organization is actively using the tool. Buy-in from most if not all internal stakeholders is highly recommended.
Excellent all-in-one tool for productive running of the company. From sales to invoices, with all of
Comentarios: productivity
Puntos a favor:
I've implemented Productive as a project management tool into my company ENTG 3 years ago. We are providing numerous digital services to our clients and big chunk of that is also production. When I tried it it was still in the early phases but basics as task and time management and contacts were covered. Since then, Productive had upgraded by listening to it's users like us into a tool that you can use for running a whole organization. We have our sales pipeline, our project management and profitability reports, scheduling from recently and even invoices creation through 1 click. Would really warmly recommend it to everyone that don't feel like bothering and paying to 5 different systems in order to get the same results that Productive can make in just one.
Puntos en contra:
Mobile app is still not performing in the optimium experience like the web app, but it's still very usable and improving daily.
A good but expensive option
Comentarios: It's good but certain aspects could be improved.
Puntos a favor:
I like the split of booked and billed hours, as well as the ease of invoicing
Puntos en contra:
It's very expensive compared to similar products. The mobile app is clunky.

Productive is my favourite teammate
Comentarios: We've been using Productive for years and its been great seeing capabilities improve and grow - its functionality keeps getting better.
Puntos a favor:
There are so many features packed into one tool making my job easier and more organized.
Puntos en contra:
Sometimes it's a bit glitchy when trying to schedule projects in the far distant future.
Productive Is Awesome
Puntos a favor:
I've been in the advertising marketing business on the operations side for over 25 years. I've seen and used lots of Project/Financial/Resource Management software in my day, and this is by far the best one I've used. It It was easy to set up, user friendly and has great, actionable data.
Puntos en contra:
The only con is the way hours are entered into the Resource Scheduling area. Its requires manual calculations that are a bit laborious.
Nice interface and easy to use, lots of features
Puntos a favor:
The interface is exactly what I need, easy to use and find what I'm looking for. Also allows the team to communicate with the client and get feedback. You can assign tasks, view the calendar, upload files, and I like that you can reply via email and that there's Time Tracking included. Also like that there's a free 30 day trial that doesn't require you to add your credit card. One thing that really stands out from the rest is the Sales section, you can see where you've submitted Proposals (including estimate amount) and see them 'In Negotiation' so you can keep track of projects that aren't even started yet - and then convert them to Projects.
Puntos en contra:
The fact that they charge per user is not all that great because the amount of users changes all the time, depending on the project, so there's no way to plan your monthly budget (if you're a small company that matters).
