I like that it easily integrated with our website even though we actually run various camps and classes with a focus on Chess and STEM. It was easily adaptable to our business.
Sometimes it lags, based upon how many people are in the site.

Great Management Software!
Comentarios: Jackrabbit is so easy to use and easy to teach staff how to operate it.
Puntos a favor:
Jackrabbit allows us to track students' attendance, create a store and sell items through client accounts, keep track of staff hours/classes. I like that there are different ways to get help with an issue - email, live chat and phone and they answer fairly quickly. Also, the ability to add an idea which gets voted on by other uses and then is implemented to the system is great! I also like that I have the ability to limit access to certain users.
Puntos en contra:
There is very little I don't like about Jackrabbit. Whenever I do have an issue, Jackrabbit is quick to help.
Made everything so easy! Until they changed the waitlist

Automatic billing makes managing hundreds of families a dream.

The new waitlist update is terrible. I do not enjoy the way it looks and it is much less user friendly. We use the notes section daily and now it is much more difficult to view our notes at a glance. I have talked to other Jackrabbit users who feel like this change is a huge negative. If the waitlist could go back to the old look with the added ability to change the order of the wait listers that would be absolutely ideal. Also, it would be great to see our income based on when the classes happen on the dashboard at a glance as opposed to when we collected it. It's more important to me to see how much our summer classes are making at a glance vs. how much we make during any given month. Lastly, we had an issue with the app and the earliest appointment with a Jackrabbit rep was two weeks out. If we are launching a new class we cannot wait two weeks to solve a problem.
Good for starting businesses but not likely to be your last stop

Comentarios: Our administrative time has been cut in half because we switched to Jackrabbit. The customer support and education is outstanding. They even offer We love it!

Jackrabbit seamlessly allows a parent to register and pay for a class online without any extra administrative attention. It saves so much time and money. The features that Jackrabbit has and keeps adding are great and the customer support and education is outstanding.

The email module is a little cumbersome. It would be great to be able to paste a PDF or Word document into the email or have more freedom with it.

I have used many software programs over the last 38 years. Once I made the decision to move to Jackrabbit in 2005 our lives changed. The transition from our previous software was flawless. The use of this software continues to be flawless today. It is a great feeling to awake each morning knowing Jackrabbit has been working for us all night. Seeing our new registrations and payments brings a smile to our faces. This software makes our clients happy and my staff very comfortable with such a trustworthy program. Thank you for helping our industry

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the 2005 versions. There were however functionally’s we felt could improve the software and jackrabbit has listened to its client suggestions and incorporated them. They continue to strive to improve their product and customer support.

Comentarios: Jackrabbit overall is user friendly and has a wide variety of features and software it integrates with. They upgrade the software with new features consistently.

I love that Jackrabbit integrates with most software and manages not just the classes and clients but staff as well.

They don’t have enough options for the payment processors they will work with for the payment processing. As well they need to enhance their up sales offering. Example: when registering for a class, before completing the checkout process asking the client if they would like to purchase merchandise as well.

Not user friendly. Takes too much time. Very hard to navigate. Everything needed to be done manually. no automatic renewal for classes or automatic monthly charges. Customer service are very hard to reach with no phone number to directly call.
An Excellent Service

Jackrabbit is fantastic and so beneficial in order to manage a business. The constant upgrades to enhance what is offered is also fantastic. The above additional enhancements would help to manage important things that currently are very important and needs to be done manually in a regular basis. Getting the software to track and implement them
automatically would certainly be greatly appreciated and extremely helpful.

The software is easy to use and efficient. There is always someone available to help with any matter that may arise.

The software should be able to automatically perform some functions. Annual registration should be billed without any additional input. Birthday party notices “ Happy Birthday …..” should be sent as a courtesy regardless of whether a school hosts parties or not m. It would create a personal connection which families would appreciate.,Home page and bold notifications should be presented for important things that can easily be missed that the software shouldn’t. For example, delinquent accounts or a student remaining in the same class for an extended period of time. Beginner levels should have a shorter time to normally be in a class without moving up. Class criteria would vary for the amount of expected time a student would remain at the same level. Roll sheets should not have any student that hasn’t paid in full be on the list. Currently, a student can be in a class without paying and the office has to oversee that along with the instructor. Those students should be highlighted and accounts addressed with an automated reminder to the families that they are currently not enrolled due to a delinquent payment and their spot in class will be forfeited. Possibly an again automated warning stating they have one week time frame or 72 hour? to bring their account back to an active status before their spot is forfeited. When a student withdrawals and the predetermined class size is reduced, all students on the waiting list for a specific level should get an email stating an opening.

Jackrabbit is easy to use. Billing is easy, managing classes is a snap. Customer service is outstanding! If I can't find what I need through help I can submit a ticket and customer service responds promptly.

That it doesn't automatically charge the card when customers enroll through the portal.When a student is marked as absent prior to class it doesn't show on the class roll report. We use printed & online attendance as a double check of which students are in the building. Closed dates show on the class rolls & internal calendar making it a bit tough to schedule make up dates.
Amazing Program!
Comentarios: Overall Jackrabbit is great at keeping us up-to-date on billing and payments. Our classes are up-to-date, attendance is easy, staff timecards are right next to attendance reminding them to do both. Timecards easily transfer out to payroll services. Parents can register for events and pay their bills through the portal which saves TONS of processing time. Customer support is AMAZING! I don't know how other gyms function without it.

Jackrabbit makes running our gym so much easier. We use it for everything from regular classes to registering for meets to birthday parties. The partnerships with several other services make it a very powerful tool. They are constantly improving, and the customer support is AMAZING! Help articles are easy to follow and can help walk you through just about anything.

I wish the skill tracking system showed progression of skills rather than date started, tested, & attained. The last 2 seem redundant in many case while showing the parents that they are working the skills and getting better is not an option but, in most cases, the most important. The other thing that is kind of frustrating is the email editor - it changes fonts and doesn't even copy over from a word document correctly.

I like the easy to use layout of Jackrabbit and the ability to automate so many of our regular tasks. JackRabbit presents our calendar and class listings in easy to understand formats and allows for quick registration, account management and payments for our customers.

There are some areas in JackRabbit that need an update. Such as events. And sometimes I feel like we have to go through repetitive steps to do one task.
Great Product, Took a little while to learn it
Comentarios: Overall, we love the program. It's taken a little time for us to get the hang of things that our old program did not have, but we have a lot more options to expand in different areas now with it.

The functionality and software capapilities was what sold us on the product. You can do so many things with this program and we love what we have learned so far.

Having a different set up for Training Time(Open Gyms) and Camps other than setting up an event is one thing we miss about our previous software. We do not want to have to create a class for summer camps and we hold weekly training times for our members and non members. We offer a discounted rate for our members so we have had to do seperate events for each group and it does make things hectic. We also wish there was an option for Promotion codes or discount codes.
Affordable professional program.
Comentarios: It’s been a fantastic experience, and I have recommended others to use it and referred others onto using it and helped other business owners with theirs.

It’s easy to learn how to use it, and it has so many features that make the business admin look professional. If I need any questions answers, I can either look in the question and answers guide, or I can contact Support and they arrange a phone meeting and always help to sort it out.

Sometimes I will set up certain functions and they don’t seem to always come through the other end. For example, I’ve asked it to pro rata classes but it doesn’t seem to pro rata all the classes that I’ve asked it to. It also does not send emails out to every clients as I have had issues with some parents not receiving emails.
A very good tool for managing all the different factors in an academy
Comentarios: It has been a journey but there are more features I discover almost daily. It took a definate dedication and a large amount of time to get set up to actually cover our business but we get a little deeper as we go. 1 year in and I still feel I haven’t even tapped the potential of how I could use this.

We use this for everything. Special events, birthdays, fundraisers, trials, classes, make up classes, clinics. You name it we use jackrabbit for it. We never have an issue, and the parent portal is a great feature. We require pre-registration and payment for a Vance and jackrabbit is the reason we’re able to do that. Were able to easily send emails to confirm event enrollment, and to confirm payment. Updating billing info through the parent portal is easy, and running 750 tuition payments on a monthly schedule goes smoothly and quickly.

My only complaint about this software is that somethings require more clicking than they should. As well as the parent portal payments must be manually ran, instead of being automatically around when someone signs up for an event and inputs their credit card information.

Sometimes it feels like a long time before they add new features/adjust things with how fast tech is moving, sometimes it feels like they lag behind. Especially when they have the community hub with some many users asking for the same features/abilities. So many things I wish they had- better staff scheduling system that's customizable (currently pay for and use another platform), ability to allow access for staff to do attendance on programs created as "events". More visually appealing/customizable calendar for event booking.

I have a trampoline park and would love to be able to add customers to JR and not have to pay because I get about 100-500 jumpers thru our doors a weekend. It is too difficult to add customers to this when they come in to just jump and pay. There is not enough time to add every paying customer walking into our door to just jump. This would help with advertising events if emails were in here. It is easier to explain over the phone. Also, I would love to be able to use your software in other areas, but my time is limited on having the time to learn it and to put it to action. I am very short employees at my gym and have no extra time to learn.
Useful Software Program for our Growing Gymnastics Club
Comentarios: Their customer service is top notch. There's nothing that I have come up against that they haven't been able to help me through, and did so in a kind and helpful manner. I would highly recommend the software, but largely in part due to their service staff! They are amazing.

I find the ability to search for families and kids within classes (pulling out information specific to my instant needs) very handy. The payment system (posting and running) very handy and with running so many per month, the easy-to-use system saves me endless time.

I find archiving families to be a tricky and out-dated system. Also, with tracking our skills for each student, we had to make things MORE complicated to make them doable with Jack Rabbit.Overall, with all the options Jack Rabbit offers, I don't have a lot of complaints.

Comentarios: The integration was fairly simple, the support team is great and very responsive whenever we have questions. Jackrabbit has made collection of tuition as well as financial tracking much simpler for our business, it's been a huge time saver for me

Jackrabbit took us from paper registrations and manual cheque deposits and credit card processing to a much more user friendly experience for us and our customers. We love all of the features that Jackrabbit offers.

The only thing Jackrabbit lacks for me is the ability to run automatic monthly payments that are different from the family's account balance. I have yet to find a way to do this where the payment pays down the balance and doesn't charge the full amount so I have continued to run those payments manually.
JackRabbit has been a wonderful tool for our gym & swim academy to handle over 1400 enrollments

JackRabbit is easy to learn and has many capabilities. It helped us go from a paper tracking system for our Birthday parties to online. It easily helps us keep over 1400 student enrollments straight while easily transferring students, scheduling make-ups, keeping track of absences, processing credit cards, and so much more! Their Customer Service is also very helpful, insightful, and always willing to listen to new ideas from their customers.

There are a few features that would be nice to have- pro-rating tuition for instance. But, as I stated previously, they are always listening to their customers and always adding new features- this one being one that they said will be added soon.
We love JackRabbit!
Comentarios: Good tracking for classes, easy to collect payments and we can also do pro shop and time clock to save money on other outside programs for those processes.

We use all of the features and love that it's a one stop shop for our class management, billing, pro shop, time clock, reporting and more. We also love that support is so helpful. They respond in a timely manner, work until things are solved and communicate along the way. They also add enhancements on a regular basis, just making things better based on customer feedback and ideas.

There are always a few things that we have to work around to get the data that we need, but exporting to excel and working it out there works fine. There's nothing that drives me crazy about it.
