Robust very easy to set up - this is the best form builder IMHO. The platform has improved over time and integrates with email and payment apps.

Comentarios: Great looking tool with easy integration to 3rd party payment processors.

Puntos a favor:

I like that I can select my own payment processor. Payments through Stripe are easy to setup. Detailed explanation for editing field styles make the forms look professional.

Puntos en contra:

An extra screen is required for payment, so some users drop off after the initial form submission.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Comentarios: Terrible experience, I will be cancelling my membership and will be using another platform. Kira, Kennedy, Karol, Charissa, all useless. This company is a joke and is a complete scam!

Nothing about this service is good. It's confusing, and nobody gives you any support.

Customer service is a complete joke. They create updates and don't let their clients know. They only provide email support and 8 people reply back with irrelevant answers. Not personalized at all. We have lost over 10k in revenue due to their updates with no notice. You cannot call the support team, and they do not help at all with issues and they gaslight you. I pay for the advanced subscription, and there is no support.

Super easy form builder, getting you up and running quickly

Comentarios: Overall I've found it extremely easy to use, the forms are nice looking out of the box and it has been easy to hook up to the other services I use.

I love how easy it is to setup a form and have it ready to use with so little effort.

The interface is a bit dated, but I wouldn't hold it against them. The features make up for it.

Super Easy & Looks Great

Comentarios: I use it internally mostly for intake & outake forms for clients. My favorite thing is that it can be emailed out with all the information so I dont have to take the extra time to log back into the system

I really like Wufoo as opposed to some of the other survey options because it is super easy drag and drop type set up, very intuitive, I can add in a direction video, and it looks really good! Best of all, it sends me an email with all the info so I dont have log back in to find it.

The cost is a little high considering there are some free options out there but I think some of the extra features are worth it.

Easy, Fun, Useful, Customizable!

Comentarios: I love Wufoo. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend. It's easy to use, fun, and simple. And, it has so much more than you expect from a form-builder.

Some of my favorite things are the friendly and playful nature of the admin-portal help text; the ability to brand and customize with images and colors; the ability to customize automations, subject lines, confirmations, etc.; the conditional form fields for complex and detailed data, the ease-of-use. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend.

Nothing; the platform is excellent. The only reason we have ever chosen not to use it, was because we needed more robust features for a specific purpose.

My choice for website forms

Comentarios: I've never been let down by Wufoo. I receive the forms immediately and have used this service for years. This is a company I trust.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use, forms are good quality and can be used for anything to collect information from a client. It also allows me to collect the information that would otherwise take a lot of time with an in person consultation, leaving time to discuss other matters. For online clients it's essential.

Puntos en contra:

It's basic, however, that suits me. There is a free version which is quite limited. If you need more it can become expensive,

User-Friendly but can be more advanced

Comentarios: overall experience is kind of positive but it can offer more to the customers as it is competing against big brands.

Nice tool, I like that you don't need to be techie to set up the surveys or forms, drag and drop features are easy to understand/

Few things like lack of customisation and flexibility in terms of design. It is easy to use tool but to make the branding completly match with your brand is limited

Wufoo is a great forms software

Comentarios: My experience with Wufoo has been nothing short of great. While some things like mobile site and difficult-to-locate functions can annoy some people, overall Wufoo is one of easiest applications to use. I was thrown into administration and primary support of this product on very short notice and I found that I was learning 90% of the functionalities in just a matter of hours! A lot of that has to do with the fact that Wufoo has AMAZING support. They responded to my emails quickly and addressed an issue we were having with one of our forms. In addition, the support person took time to explain exactly what was wrong and how to properly fix it. I would STRONGLY recommend this product.

- While it may seems complex, it is actually quite easy to understand - Easy administration - GREAT support - Good logging system when it comes to forms being submitted.

- Can be a bit of hassle to integrate certain Wufoo functionality into your company's custom systems - Mobile site could be better - Some functions can be difficult to locate Honestly besides the above, I cant think of any more cons

Wufoo Forms are Fun!

Comentarios: We have a pretty big use for wufoo forms in my company. We have forms for tracking phone calls to requesting vacation time to business related forms that external users complete. You name it we have it.

The process is user friendly. Very easy to understand and creating forms are just plain fun to make!

Archiving - I can't comment too much about this as I haven't really looked into it yet but need a simple way to archive older forms that are not being used but also want to keep them vs deleting them

Comentarios: Wufoo is helpful for creating any type of form in which you want someone to enter some type of information. Terms of service, agreements, anything like that its great.

Very convenient tool for making all different types of forms. It's relatively easy to use, and we've made forms for employee of the month, to terms of agreements, and so on using it.

Puntos en contra:

Some features can be a little difficult to use, but once you get the hang of it its not too bad. Wish they had more design features to give the forms more ways to look better.

Better options out there...

Comentarios: Wufoo has tried to and unsuccessfully remain relevant. Many other services have not surpassed their capabilities and at a lower cost.

Puntos a favor:

The ability to easily create live reports to share with people outside your organization.

Wufoo has a very cumbersome and outdated UI. To create conditional rules, you have to leave the form page and can't reference all your fields easily.

Wufoo forms are easy to build and easy for the end user to complete and submit. Since we use Wufoo forms to manage our incoming orders for services, it is very beneficial that each submission is sequentially numbered. This allow us to easily track and process orders through our CRM. Wufoo has many features including notifications, payments, custom templates, etc. These features allow us to brand the forms we create in Wufoo, connect the purchaser to the payment portal through the form, and keep various department members on top of incoming orders and subscriptions. Using Wufoo forms to fill a need in our department has freed up our developers to work on more pertinent and profitable projects. The Wufoo online software functions so well that I've never had to contact technical support with a problem.

Wufoo is extremely easy to use. Drag and drop fields to create a form in minutes. We have been using Wufoo forms for a variety of purposes including orders, approvals, acknowledgements, applications, subscriptions and much more. Wufoo continues to enhance and improve their online product, adding new features and functions regularly. Distribution, notifications, and sharing are easy to implement and options are extensive. We distribute forms by links through email and embedding the Wufoo forms on the website. Analytics and report features help us to track the number of orders received and give us valuable user information on other forms we have created with Wufoo. There is little you cannot do with a Wufoo form, except for adding electronic signatures. Maybe that will be a future feature from Wufoo.

Great at What it Offers

Wufoo is not the most front end customizable tool that we use. The look and feel of many of our forms and surveys is pretty bare. It would be nice to have some more creative control over this.

Used to be Better

The forms are fairly simple to setup and ability to add users at a low cost is nice.

Puntos en contra:

The features are limited and the field limit is too low. After spending several hours setting up an online application form for my website, I came to the point where I wasn't allowed to add any additional fields to my form. I called customer service to ask for help with this problem and they basically said that they don't have the authority to do anything about that. I was dissappointed.

We use Wufoo forms for bug creation , users can simply find a link embed in our application and they can report bugs with relevant information like screenshot etc . Reported bugs are created as tickets and then my team works on them and reply back to customer . Wufoo form has streamlined this process which has helped my business a lot

Useful for Creating Forms!

Comentarios: This has solved our business problem of users not being able to send attachments through the contact form on our website. I would reccomend for others to give this a try if they are also looking for a solution to that issue.

Puntos a favor:

Wufoo is a great tool for organizations that have their websites made through Squarespace. Since Squarespace does not allow users to create forms with attachment options to them, Wufoo is a great solution to that. Through Wufoo, we have been able to create contact forms where our audience can also attach documents that they may wish to include. This has been very useful and I will continue to utilize Wufoo in the future for any additional forms that I may need to create.

While Wufoo is overall a good tool to use, what I really dislike is how there are limitations placed on the free version of this software. I don't think that the pricing for Wufoo is reasonable for small organizations that may not require a subscription as much as others. Due to the pricing, we have stuck with the free option but are often hindered by the limits placed on users who create free forms.

A decent form building tool

Little out dated. Does not provide much flexibility over number of fields per form. Limited notifications options.

Gets the Job Done. Nothing Sexy About it.

Comentarios: Wufoo does a good job of creating registration forms for out events that also capture data that we can then import directly into our database using a webhook. So on the backend it's great. But on the front end, it pales in comparison to a sexier event based ticketing platform like eventbrite or even brown paper tickets. Wish they would make it more aesthetic and give it a few bells and whistles on the front end for the consumer's sake.

It captures the data we are looking for and it imports it into our database that we use. And it easily links with authorize.net, which we use for receiving payment

It doesn't look very pretty and it's difficult to add an image to the intake form.
