A simple way to create survey. A reward system I liked a lot.

Comentarios: It solved my big problem that I reward my feedback was with coupon or a money or else a downloadable items.

Simple UI that anyone can design survey easily. Rewards System that helps us to get more feedback. It can even use a form and a lead generation tools. Custom domain on each survey and organisations. SMS and Email sharing with custom names with 3rd party API

Still have bugs have to fix it. The mobile survey builder need improvements. Need a form builder implementation. Need white lable login for Agency

Comentarios: Can easily track feedback for each hotel making it easier to see areas for improvement.

It's ease of use - with pre made templates it makes it super easy to get setup for common feedback forms. Plus you can easily duplicate surveys.

Puntos en contra:

Wish there was more design based customisation in the survey, like shape of header, size of text and custom images and more colour options. Also, more white label options like 404 pages and white label client login.

Decent feedback product

Comentarios: We wanted a product which can help us gauge user feedback on our product, and it is very good for the price and features on offer. Support can improve a lot as a lot of bugs and queries are left unanswered even after repeated follow ups. Heavy advanced integrations and features clearly distinguish this product from others. Well done y'all!

1. Ease of use/high usability 2. Many times the product runs into bugs or becomes unresponsive 3. Super product at the price they offer it at 4. Integration with zapier and CRM, webhooks - a lot of advanced features here 5. Conditional based questioning and rewards engagement

1. Support is decent, they keep sending automated "usage" and "can we help you" emails, but take a long time to respond to actual queries/bugs 2. UI-wise the product can change by leaps and bounds, it does what it is supposed to; but as site owner, I would love much, much better UI 3. More customization - very basic customization available, need much more if 2. can't be solved

As a B2B marketer I have used most survey tools in the market, Feedier tops them all.

Feedier is extremely easy to use for all people involved. Whether you are creating a survey or completing a survey the entire process is a breeze. Feedier offers a variety of options such as offering rewards for completing the survey or encourage users to offer reviews and testimonials on various sites. Previously all of these components were separate and a lot of manual work was involved. Now everything is automated and most importantly it is a more pleasant experience for people who complete the survey.

Puntos en contra:

The user interface is clearly geared towards a younger audience with vibrant colors and plenty of emojis. While these are great in many cases I would like to have the option for a more "serious" template in some cases for some corporate clients.

Works and Looks Great - But Limited Browser Compatibility

Comentarios: I enjoy using Feedier and I hope that they fix a few of their issues. It is very simple to use for the most part and if you've ever used a survey platform before you can probably get your first survey up and running in less than 20 minutes.

I love the look, the UI, and the actual surveys. They are great and they encourage people to fill them out.

Puntos en contra:

The think that I like least about this software is that it is limited to certain browsers. This means that some people will attempt to take your survey and just get a blank screen / an error message, which from my experience has discouraged them from taking the survey. You can see that they tried because it has a survey response that took "0:00" to fill out, and they didn't answer any questions.

Feedier simplified my Beta Testing User Feedback!

After launched my application Vendorsync into closed beta testing, I needed a way to collect user feedback and it needed to be more professional than a google form. Feedier easily exceeded my expectations by offering smart surveys that could redirect people based on their survey results. If a user provided an outstanding review, we can send them directly to a review site. At the same time, if they left a poor review, we could redirect them to our support team to see how we could improve their experience.

I would like more control over the overall look of the Survey including the ability to make my logo larger.

Awesome tool to boost your business

People often forget the customer support of the business and also how the customer see us. Capture reviews is a great way to improve your services, find missing opportunities and shape your workflow. As business owners, we often get to attached to the process and forget that they are designed to be used by the customers, and not ourselves. Feedier is an awesome tool to grab the opinion of the customer and help us improve. It's easy to use and can be used in multiple ways.

I can't think about it, because all the use and options I needed for my business are present. We are a consultancy company and also do e-comm, and Feedier encompass both (and more)

Great Feedback Tool With Reward Options

Feedier is a great tool if you are interested in gathering customer feedback on your website, via email or on social media. Works like a typical feedback survey but you can change the questions based on the rating they give you and offers you the ability to give rewards for people taking the time to give feedback or to send them on to 3rd party review sites.

Puntos en contra:

Since it is a more robust tool and typical customer feedback apps, it def takes more time and thought to put a proper survey together, but it's well worht the effort. have gotten great feedback using this tool.

Makes a pleasant change from the likes of SurveyMonkey

Comentarios: An excellent alternative to your typical survey tools. I don't use the gamification features, but I can imagine them being awesome for the right kind of business, such as if you are aimed at people under 24.

Feedier has a lot going for it. The interface is modern and clean and it provides the ultimate user with an experience that is not your typical survey. The gamification within this tool will appeal to some business whereas for others, such as mine, it is not something I want to include. Luckily, Feedier have made it so that you don't have to gamify the experience. One thing I love is how customizable it is. Many tools like this force you down a narrow funnel, but Feedier is not one of those tools. Pretty much every aspect of the surveys created can be tailored to meet your specific needs. This is very important.

Puntos en contra:

One thing I would love to see is more in-depth and detailed reporting. There is already some worthwhile reporting in the tool, but it would be nice to take it to the next level as some people are interested in much more than just the 1000 foot view.

An innovative platform to receive and analyse experience

The graphics on the platform make it enjoyable to complete and fast. There are a lot of choices and templates that help you create the perfect survey for you. The help desk is also there every time I've needed it, with solutions to my problems.

It is a slow platform, which means that every change I want to make and every new detail I want to add takes too much time. Unfortunately, this is a big miss for me.

Feedier is a game changer when it comes to collecting feedback

Comentarios: Collect honest reviews and feedback, and actually get people interested in leaving feedback (which is difficult).

Puntos a favor:

I love the interface, both from the admin side and the end-user side. It only takes a few minutes to set up a new feedback survey (a carrier), and you can incentivize users with chances to win rewards. And the feedback forms look great and are simple to customize. Lots of feedback options (text input, star ratings, multiple choice, etc.). Also chat support was extremely responsive for the few questions I had.

No complaints at all, it does exactly what it promises and does it very well. No issues signing up or creating feedback carriers.

I like that I can reach my audiences through email, sms and other ways. I like that I can create different feedback forms for each of the programs that I run. I like that I can reward my clients and get them to take action on different things that I need done in return for a reward. I also love that there's so much more to Feedier and that the possibilities are many and varied. I'm looking forward to learning how to use the program effectively. Customer support is also very efficient.

It was difficult to use in the beginning. There are some really confusing pieces to putting a carrier together. I went onto YouTube to find tutorial videos and eventually found my way around certain problems...but there were one or two things that I tried to do that didn't work and I didn't know where to turn when I faced the problem.

We found it simple to create our feedback form and automate email our customers using zapier. Amazing tool.

I thought that the software had an excellent UI / UX experience. I find this important as customers are being constantly asked for reviews and feedback all types of questions, to get their attention you need to stand out. Feedier gives you that edge.

Great GUI but missing some key features

Comentarios: I know this is a new tool and perhaps it has a lot of improvement in the works. Customer service needs to be more responseive though espially in this starting phase

The versatility this brings is amazing... I can ask for feedback; depending on that feedback, either ask for a review or find out the issue to resolve it. I can create growth surveys to improve my product and make a contest out of it. The possibilities are endless!

Honestly I can't think of any... They are moving very quick and have remedied every con since I signed up. For example they didn't have a WordPress plugin, and now they do. They didn't have APIs to use and now they do. They didn't have zapier integration, and now they do. All that within a month... I'm blown away.

Comentarios: I was lucky enough to buy a lifetime deal for Feedier, and I must say is one of the best money I have spent in the last years.
Before I used various form plugins in Wordpress to collect customers's feedbacks.
It worked and it was maybe more flexible, but it was really tedious to build the survey form, especially if you're not a skilled programmer.
Now everyone in the company can build easily one and collect helpful data, well organized and analyzed.

It's a really easy to use application with a friendly user interface. Very attentive support, open to suggestions and critics.

Puntos en contra:

It's a new software, still evolving, so you may find some early bugs. Still, you could turn them to your advantage, as the developers are really open to modify and adapt the application to the feedbacks they receive from customers.

Software allows you to easily generate beautiful and rewarding feedback surveys. The user experience and onboarding is simple and fun to go through. And the option to give tokens of appreciation to users is nice. It is also easy to implement and has great flexibility in how it is distributed.

Initially, I had difficulty with customising the questions but this was apparently solved with an update to the software.

The team really knows how to develop lightweight but powerful tools and it shows. Easy and extremely quick to setup, lots of possible variations, and a thousand different ways to profit from. Collect feedback from users, prospects, buyers, get reviews for marketing purposes, ideas for product development, etc...

Puntos en contra:

So far, nothing. Had some trouble getting setup at first but the response from support was courteous, prompt and helpful. So no complaint there.
