Evaluando Google Chat

Comentarios: Google nos tiene acostumbrados a sus cambios y actualizaciones constantes. Sus progresos con respecto al desarrollo de sus aplicaciones y software, no se detiene y esto es positivo. Aparte, siempre ha sido un haz bajo la manga, cuando los apps de mensajería que utilizo frecuentemente, funcionaban mal.Es fácil de utilizar, fluida, se integra con otras aplicaciones a la perfección, y tiene una interfaz limpia (sin obstrucciones).

Puntos a favor:

Desde sus inicios como Hangout, siempre ha sido una app alternativa, con la que he podido conectarme casi con cualquier persona, en todo momento. Su interfaz es limpia, fluida, con una facilidad de implementación y uso adecuada (cualquier usuario, puede aprender a utilizarla fácilmente). Aparte, esta presente en la mayor parte de los dispositivos con SO Android.

Puntos en contra:

Su presentación reciente hace que todavía no sea muy popular entre los usuarios. Además, se mezcla mucho con cuestiones referidas a Gmail, lo que hace que las personas no entiendan que estan usando. Pero como todo nuevo desarrollo, debe crecer y generar mejoras.

Comentarios: Me gusta contactar con clientes de otros países a través de Google Hangouts, de hecho son ellos los que prefieren esta forma de comunicación ya que es por medio del gmail por donde me contactan, generalmente. Es una excelente herramienta de trabajo para mi, fácil y sencilla.

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta mucho porque está enlazado con el gmail y no necesito compartir mi número de teléfono. No solo tengo acceso a través de una PC sino que también tiene una aplicación para teléfonos inteligentes muy sencilla y fácil de usar. Se pueden hacer videollamadas y enviar invitaciones a través de un enlace y compartirlo por correo electrónico.

Puntos en contra:

No hay nada que no me guste o me guste menos, creo que cumple con lo que promete.

Interactúa con tus contactos a través de Google Chat

Comentarios: La utilizo especialmente para entablar conversaciones con compañeros de trabajo que solo manejan la información de mi correo electrónico, es rápida y fácil de utilizar al momento en que te acostumbras a ella. Al ser un software que puedo utilizar desde mi correo electrónico de gmail, me ha ayudado a separar las tareas laborales y personales.

Puntos a favor:

Es una opción de Google que ayuda bastante al encontrarse directamente vinculada con los correos electrónicos de los usuarios. Me gusta que dentro de la misma bandeja de entrada se puedan crear grupos de chat para interactuar y conversar con más de una persona a la vez, incluyendo la posibilidad de crear nuevas reuniones vinculadas a Google Meet. Ayuda a que las personas que solo poseen el correo electrónico de otro usuario, puedan conversar con este sin la necesidad de contactarlo a través de una red social personal.

Puntos en contra:

Es un software que no se destaca entre las opciones que presente Google y aveces era confusa la entrega de notificaciones, ya que estas aparecían en la bandeja de entrada del correo electrónico sin entender que se trataban de notificaciones de Google Chat.

Cada actualización solo empeora...

Comentarios: No llegan notificaciones, las columnas de grupos y chats son difíciles de usar.

Vuelvan a orígenes...La simpleza de lo mejor...

Puntos en contra:

Era mucho mas fácil y simple el uso cuando era TALK, fácil de entender y comunicar las cosas

Comentarios: Cuando no funciona otras plataformas de mensajería...está siempre disponible el chat...me gusta

Google chat no cumple ninguna expectativa

Comentarios: Lo único que tiene como factor favorable es poder chatear con una persona sin necesidad de un teléfono Android y a través de una computadora o laptop o tablet, a través de Gmail No le encuentro mucho sentido ni tampoco mucho uso diario por ser algo obsoleto

El producto no es usado no es moderno no ofrece algo atractivo y prácticamente pienso que ha quedado obsoleto el uso a Google tampoco le interesa personalizarlo o mejorarlo, a sabiendas de qué hay otras aplicaciones que son usadas en todo el mundo y que son plenamente conocidas.

Puntos en contra:

Cómo funciones que falta todo como interfaz le falta todo como aplicación atractiva le falta todo como conocimiento para poder chatear a los usuarios le falta todo como publicidad le falta todo como interés para ser usado por los usuarios de falta todo

Mi google hangouts review

Comentarios: En general, muy buena herramienta para tener juntas con nuestros equipos, amigable con todos y facil de accesar

Puntos a favor:

Lo que más me gustó es que es muy accesible economicamente para nosotros, no lo sentimos tan saturado como zoom, facil de usar, es amigable la experiencia de usuario

Puntos en contra:

Sentimos que a veces se pierde la conexión facilmente, no se si sea mi internet o sea el portal

Comentarios: Me ayudado a comunicarme con mis empleados y ayudado a realizar trabajos más eficientes y trabajar en equipo

Puntos a favor:

Este software ayuda mucho en la empresa para comunicarnos instantáneamente con mis empleados y a facilitado las cosas en la empresa

Todo el software es una herramienta muy útil todo me gusta del sistema

Comentarios: En general estoy muy conforme con la aplicación.

Lo que mas me gusta es la posibilidad de trabajar con documentos almacenados en Drive

Hasta el momento no he encontrado alguna desventaja. Solo le falta un uso mas masivo.

Un servicio de chat como cualquier otro en general

Puntos a favor:

La sencillez del programa, si ya tienes acceso a una cuenta google ya tienes todo para empezar en este servicio de chat, es fácil y te entrega lo que generalmente entregan todos los programas de conversación. es una buena alternativa cuando no están disponible los programas de comunicación de facebook.

Puntos en contra:

Los pocos usuarios y la poca masificación, hay una gran competencia en la categoría de redes sociales y este servicio queda como la últimas opciones, es sencillo cumple su función solamente.

Mensajería profesional

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta porque se puede enviar mensajes por equipo, es bastante privado también, es bastante funcional.

Puntos en contra:

Por el momento como es para trabajo nada que cambiar.

Simple instant chat software

Comentarios: Having a simple quick messenger is really improving my work progress and letting me and my team to connect quickly to collaborate on task quickly. Wonderful experience is all that i can said.

Puntos a favor:

Google Hangouts is free to use and comes with Gmail account. I can create and join multiple chat group to help me separating from work group chat and personal and social group chat. Another thing that i like is, it can be easily accessed from my smartphone as i mostly only have my smartphone when i am out from office.

Puntos en contra:

What i like the least with Google Hangouts is, it has limitation on file size that can be sent thru the software. I can only sent and attach a maximum of 200MB file size, and need to switch to other file transfer software to sent a file that sized more than 200MB. Other than that, this software is very helpful in connecting me and my colleague.

A great partner when you need a communication tool with others.

Comentarios: An excellent tool to use when you are communicating with others and I use it on daily basis.

Puntos a favor:

You can add video meeting links which make things more visualized when talking to others.

Puntos en contra:

The conversation can jump around here and there at times which is annoying. Hope this can be fixed.

A very simple messaging tool

Puntos a favor:

Google Chat is a very simple chat and messaging tool that allows quick commmunication especially in a remote global environment. It's a good integration to be used with the rest of the google Suite.

Puntos en contra:

Google Chat can improve its features (e.g. separate app chat in desktop)

Google Chat : Easy Chat ...Reliable Communication

Puntos a favor:

With Google chat you need not to share your phone number which is quite annoying at times to share . With Google chate is provides safe and secure enviornment to the users and they can even block the users whith whome they dony want to interact with.

Puntos en contra:

Google Chat is not widly deployed in the community as other chat tools are . That chat tools provided by other major players in social media chatting are more comfortable i believe.

Google Chat: A perfect platform for teams communication and collaboration.

Comentarios: My overall experience with the google chat has been extremely wonderful. It makes my day to day teams call and interactions very easy and faster. It is very easy to use and manage.

Puntos a favor:

The best thing about the product is that it is very user friendly that even a beginner can use it with easy with any complexity. And it is very helpful in making our day to day communication much easier and faster.

Puntos en contra:

File upload size limit should be increased for sending the video and pdf files. That is one of thing that I am looking for it since long time.

Good instant messaging and chat application with simple interface by google.

Comentarios: Overall google chat is a really helpful tool for instant messaging and communication. But i feel more work need to be done with regard to tools and personalization in the interface and data security and making it a reliable choice.

Puntos a favor:

The real time chat interface is very minimal and user friendly. The mobile access is also superb. The file sharing is also very very easy. The search filter works very nice and i liked it very much.

Puntos en contra:

Data import and export can be even more improvised. The alerts and notifications also need better management and less disturbing and repeating alerts.

Well designed and easy to use communication service

Puntos a favor:

It is very easy to use, it is designed pretty well and I appreciate the integration of Google Calendar and Google Meet into the app.

Puntos en contra:

The search option is not working great. It does not capture some words that are mentioned in the chat or it is searching more spaces/group chats instead the individual ones.

A pretty good work tool

Comentarios: For home office or teleworking is a very good tool because it allow to keep in touch with coworkers and prove readidnes during works hours

The app is a good work tool because it works a real time, it runs pretty good in mobiles and it's a pretty good app for chatting with one or more coworkers

the app doesn't have audio messages so you have to write everything

What I like about the software it doesn't hang much like other software. You can easily search the communication history as well, which is very important to recover some significant information from the past. And it's more professional to communicate without giving people your personal contact details.

Puntos en contra:

The integration with other platforms seems to be less, which can be made better to seamlessly communicate.

A user-friendly messaging tool

Comentarios: The app is free to use and is a cheap way for communicating with employees, especially, since I have employees who have the habit of ignoring text messages. I can send unlimited texts at no cost whatsoever, which is a very cost-effective way of communicating with employees.

Puntos a favor:

I like it how easy it is to search for a contact within the chat. It also enables me set reminders, which keeps me on tabs of all the things I need to do throughout the day. The messaging app is reliable and very secure. It allows for all of us with Gmail accounts to interact seamlessly. It is a wonderful tool that has reduced the number of messages in my inbox. If I want my chatbox to read unavailable, I can easily sign out from the chat.

Puntos en contra:

The pop up messages can be so distracting especially when concentrating on work. At times the messages fail to send and I cannot make out if its the internet connection that has issues or the app. At times the app can be too slow and groggy.

Easy to use but slow and with many things to improve

Comentarios: I like most of the features and design, but must improve stability.

Puntos a favor:

It's very easy to use and create teams, also starting a Google Meet in just one click.

Puntos en contra:

You can't send more than 1 file at the same time, and sometimes it becomes so slow you have to restart it. You cannot save favorite or important messages.

Avearge tool for team collobaration

Comentarios: Average experiece overall. Good for one-to-one communications. Message tagging feature is missing, which becomes difficult to reply to a specific message in a group.

Puntos a favor:

Inbuilt within Gmail and apps, easy to use

Puntos en contra:

Not able to tag a message and reply to that person. Context gets lost in Google spaces.
