Comentarios: Quick implementation and easy set-up, with a lot of guidance by customer support. We quickly built a huge database of relevant patents and set up monitorings which can be adapted quickly. Very user friendly and good value compared to similar programs.

There is no read aloud function. This makes it difficult or impossible for people with reading difficulties or even visually impaired people to use this platform. Comments are not displayed directly but have to be clicked on to make them visible.

Comentarios: The tool can easily help anyone to work on their patent issues. From the casual user to the professional, all wishes are fulfilled. Also, the further development is given and so it will be easier to use.

People are receiving so much emails from different sources, so it would be helpful if information sharing would be possible from our company email address.

I only use the review fuction. A colleague does the reserch and forward it to me. I only have to review it as an expert. That feature is working okay. The reviewfunkction could be a little bit better. For example the UI is not that user friendly, in my opinion.
