Such as no change to scheduled interviews the day of, or something like that. I look at and calendarize my interviews the day before and before I start the work day, but once I'm in the workday, a candidate can change or add an interview in that I am not aware of since I silence notifications during interviews. > > I love learning more about what it can do. It has made my professional life easier and I also like the recaps as they are a proof of life, so to speak, in that the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of the company has visibility of how many applicants I have contacted and how many are hired.
