Comentarios: We've been able to solve the following:
- Accountability on updates (client or employee issues)
- Better attention to details (senior staff overseeing junior staff work before sending to client)
- Time saved on emailing proofs and tracking what was/wasn't done.
- Getting clients on board with the same proofing process. Previously some clients printed, then marked up proofs, then scanned and sent back. Others just sent a list of updates through email. Others marked up in Adobe Acrobat. Great to have everyone on the same page using the same tool!

Puntos a favor:

We needed a proofing tool to streamline our approval process internally and externally. I like that we can do internal reviews before sending proofs to clients. This helps me train my Senior staff to pay more attention to details and make sure they're catching any issues with proofs before sending to the client. Clients love the ability to see previous versions. The software also allows for accountability on updates. We're able to track if updates were made for clients and if clients missed updates.

Puntos en contra:

Overall the product is very intuitive, but with so many options in the proofing proces, onboarding can be difficult at first and training clients can take some time. But once everyone is on the same page on how the process works, it's a great tool and worth the effort.

Comentarios: It’s ok.... can probably have someone build this for me for $500 overseas with the same functions. Most customers do not use the tools to show changes. Mostly everything is emailed or commented.

Backend search is not the greatest. Having a google type of search on top for everything that is available in our account is needed. Very hard to search for certain proofs.

An Impressive Digital Asset Management Platform - Ziflow

Comentarios: Overall, I am very pleased with Ziflow. It is a great platform for managing and collaborating on digital assets. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, the search feature is effective and the customer support team is very helpful. The only downside is that the upload process can be slow and the file preview feature is not as advanced.

While Ziflow is a great platform, I have experienced a few issues with the upload process. It is often slow and I have had to re-upload files multiple times. Additionally, the file preview feature is not as advanced as some other platforms.

Great proofing and collaboration program!

Excellent proofing system for our small marketing firm

Comentarios: I use on a daily basis with clients, some of whom are non-English speakers and am more easily able to communicate with markup and proofing on this system

It was easy to learn and use from day one. Clients are easy to train in the use of markup and even attaching images.

Took some time to figure out how to mass email Large groups. But a little self searching found the correct way to do so.

Although the product has been constantly improved throughout the years, it still contains minor bugs in the status update when a folder contains multiple proofs. Additionally, notifications could be overwhelming if not adjusted to your needs.

This is a great piece of hosted software for collaboration and proofing.

Comentarios: We started using Ziflow for adding comments to documents at customer sites and also add notes from customers. Then we decided to start using for approval processes when creating quotes and estimates that we could quickly send out and get signed authorisation on projects that needed a quick turnaround.

Puntos a favor:

The simple way you can share a file with multiple people without all the hassle involved in creating shares or permissions on a folder, sending emails back and forth etc. I like the way you can track who has commented on a form or document and where it is at in the approval process without having to go back and forth with management.

Puntos en contra:

I need to be able to hand write notes after submission and so far this feature is not there but could appear in the future.

Saves so much time

We develop websites for our clients and the ability to change screen size and make comments on that has been invaluable so that we can ensure perfect scaling across all screen sizes.

It doesn't work perfectly with the Shopify preview link and we've also had some trouble with having to turn off redirects because the page is accessed from a server in the US.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Ziflow is very positive. I enjoy using the software.

Ziflow allows users to create video proofs. Reviewers are able to comment at a specific time within the video. Other users can see the comment on the timeline and can quickly jump to the time referenced. That's very important when reviewing videos and removes guessing.

I haven't had a negative experience with the software at this time.

Comentarios: Our business produces marketing assets, images, and computer-generated imagery for the architecture and real estate development industry. We review and comment on work every day using Ziflow. Ziflow provides a significant benefit to our team, clients and other project consultants. It is the best solution we have found to track comments on the work we have produced and keep things organized, clear and concise in one place. I've also found other unexpected ways Ziflow provides value. Initially, I thought it would only be valuable for reviewing images and assets we create, but it's often used for clarifying documents and assets we receive from external consultants the are important to get clear on so work can be completed efficiently. I reccomend Ziflow to anyone who asks.

- Tracks comments very well. Keeps everything organized and in one place. - Integrates with our brand very well. Looks very professional to customers - Makes it easy to configure stages of comments so different groups can review after other groups have.

- Not really any so far. Any question or concern I had is promptly addressed by their support team.

Comentarios: Onboarding was smooth and quite helpful so we didn't have to do everything ourselves. There have been frequent check-ins post-deployment. The tool itself is easy to use and manage, so it requires little from my team to maintain making the experience very good.

The mark-up tools are intuitive and easy for our reviewers to understand with limited onboarding. The ability to load a wide variety of file types means our teams spend no time converting files into a separate format only for the purposes of proofing. The ability to quickly identify if all Reviewers have opened the proof is helpful to keep everything moving on time and remind those who are behind to complete their review.

Puntos en contra:

There are some automation features that are only available in the enterprise version that seem like they should be part of the standard offering. Reviewers can't see a complete list off all the proofs waiting for their review if they are not in the system as a User (which requires an additional license per user.)

Comentarios: We're a midsize NYC photography studio, and we're so impressed with what a robust and user-friendly platform Ziflow has created! We tested a number of different proofing/collaboration platforms beforehand, and Ziflow clearly takes the cake! Our workflow is so much smoother and more professional, thanks to all of the folks at Ziflow!

Ziflow has thought out and executed everything so well...from the myriad of useful options they've provided, down to the look and feel of every aspect of the software. It's easy to use the many features, and though there are many options we don't currently utilize in our workflow, it's awesome that we have them available. Because we use Ziflow for proofing photos, we particularly love the overlay view for comparing versions. Most of all, though, we're grateful for the exemplary customer service Ziflow has provided. We're not huge in terms of our number of user accounts, but Ziflow has always made us feel like valued clients.

Honestly, we can't think of anything we don't like about Ziflow. Having started fairly early with them, there were maybe a few bugs to quash, but the team is always immediately responsive to any glitches we point out. And what we are most impressed with is Ziflow's response to feature requests we sometimes submit in order to improve our workflow. They always bend over backwards to make sure we have the tools and procedures we need.

Improved Our Workflow!

Comentarios: Our team loves Ziflow it is easy to understand and our customers understand it more than our previous proofing process. The process of switching and setting it up was quick and easy. We feel it was a great switch and it was well worth the time to change over.

Ziflow has made our daily work much better than how we handled it before. They are easy to use and intuitive; we even have fewer customers asking how to approve their proofs than before Ziflow.

Puntos en contra:

I do wish the Integrations were not an enterprise-only feature. We have the Business package, which is the highest package available at the current time except for moving to an enterprise package.

Comentarios: Overall, Ziflow has improved our workflow, reduced the Creative teams stress of multiple edits, hard copy edits and version control. We wish we had a few extra features as we cannot justify the price increase to get a wealth of more features (most of which we wouldn't use) - there almost needs to be a mid package between the two.

Ziflow offers a wealth of accepted file types which is perfect for our intended usage. I've not yet come across a file type that hasn't been accepted. The structure of our team means that members of our group sometimes cannot get access to view vector formats natively, however, Ziflow enables this and more. The ease of uploading and sending proofs around our organisation has sped up our workflow and allowed for more time in the creation process.

Puntos en contra:

At times, we notice a lull in connectivity and uptime, but not often. Whenever we do, Ziflow Support is active and responsive and alert us to any known problems/estimated time to fixes. The Zifow status website is also incredibly helpful to determine quickly if the problem is on our end. The only other downfall is that certain features, we feel that should be included in the business package are only in enterprise, and the pricing step up to enterprise is considerably more.

Comentarios: Ziflow handles all of our file reviews from PDFs and images through to HTML5 and Videos. The initial setup was configured in a few minutes and the support team have handled any issues very quickly and competently. Clients who have used the system have all reported back positively.

Ziflow is very simple for users and clients to adopt. The UI is extremely user-friendly and the features within the system make the review process streamlined. Proof workflows are flexible and can be handled in stages with manual or automatic triggers allowing project managers to regain the time they would have spent back and forth via email.

Great Proofing Software – Great solution!

Comentarios: Overall: The Ziflow team is amazing (first had to say that)!! This has been an great experience working with the Ziflow team. They know the market and the needs of their audience. Their customer service and support is outstanding, with always a fast response & solutions to resolve the issues at hand. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. Ziflow is a top notch, robust tool that really adds so much value to the Project managers to be successful in managing the day to day projects effectively and timely. Helps me to really keep track of approvals, reviewers, with notifications features that help remind team members.

Pros: This software works great, is easy to use (Intuitive) and has so many features to support any type of process and routing experience. They have solved for every scenario. The best for tracking comments and version control. The auto route feature makes it easy to mange projects (for Project Managers) and super easy to set up. (FYI: On previous software’s, I was always hesitant to use the auto-route feature, but with Ziflow – they have made it easy to set up and use and now I will ONLY use this standard way to route projects). The dashboard has so much flexibility and can be customized for what you what to see and track. Training: Easy to train new team members (and existing ones) on how to best use the software. Most everyone has found it easy to use and Ziflow also has great youtube videos that shows the basics for routing, marking up proofs and setting up routes as well (or those that manage). Oh, did I mention their online “help”, so easy to follow, very descriptive and screenshots to help guide you easily through the steps.

Puntos en contra:

Cons: so minor, little features that are a “nice to have” but not critical to the day to day.. but how wonderful that Ziflow team are willing to take our feedback and let us know whether any of the “Nice to haves” will be on the radar anytime soon, or NOT which is fine as well.

A game changer for agencies

Comentarios: Ziflow has completely streamlined the post-production approval process. Clients are able to provide exact frame by frame feedback, highlight the amends and attach storyboards or reference files directly within the proof. This saves us a lot of time and helps avoid misunderstandings. It has been integral in our transition to remote working during the pandemic, as it allows all internal stakeholders to track the status of every proof in real time - as a result there was no disruption to our clients during the transition as we did not have to significantly change our ways of working.

The platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use and requires minimal training for clients and internal users. The workflow templates are extremely customizable and can be adapted for every client and media type and specific approval needs. It's also a great tool for internal reviews and QA and allows us to ensure utmost quality in everything we deliver.

Puntos en contra:

I wish there was a way to further customise email notifications and only receive notifications for client decisions, as I receive a lot of unnecessary emails for internal reviews.

Excellent Online Proofing Tool

Comentarios: Ziflow are passionate about their product, and provide enthusiastic and understanding support when needed - which tbh is very rarely as the software is intuitive and well documented.

Puntos a favor:

Allowing our clients to access proofs on the widest range of devices was imperative, as was the ability for us to interface with Ziflow via their very efficient API. Our in-house ordering system is a one click approach to process proofs, emails, and workflows. Integrating Ziflow as part of this single click methodology was essential. Previously with ProofHQ we had daily complaints about not being able to access proofs. Since taking on ZiFlow all we get is positive comments about how easy it is, both from our team in managing workflows, and from our clients in viewing, posting comments, downloading files etc. Overall: First Class.

Puntos en contra:

The API could handle proof uploads more efficiently, but this is a minor gripe in a sea of positivity and there were some issues at the outset getting the API examples to work.

We love Ziflow!

Comentarios: We were introduced to Ziflow by a packaging vendor. After collaborating with the vendor via Ziflow for a few months, our team decided that this program could greatly benefit us internally! We didn't need to provide our employees with extensive training on the software because of how easy it is to learn and navigate. Ziflow has truly changed our label editing process and we are so thankful for it! Our Account Executive [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very responsive and eager to provide as much assistance as possible! He would arrange same-day calls to discuss any issues/questions and respond to all email inquiries in less than 24 hours. We've never had a bad experience with him or anyone else from within the company!

Puntos a favor:

One of the best features is the comparison view! This provides our management team with the option to compare the most recent version with the previous version, to prevent missed edits and wasted time. We also like that Ziflow allows us to keep a record of who requested what revisions (and when) in case we run into any future discrepancies. We regularly use the deadline feature to keep employees on task and to help them prioritize the most important labels first.

Puntos en contra:

There are very few cons to Ziflow! The implementation process did take a few days, but after it was fully implemented, that issue went away (a small price to pay for the time it saved us since implementing)! Another con is that the comparison view doesn't work as it should when different file formats are uploaded. For example, if our designer uploads a PNG file for version 1 and an AI file for version 2, there will be major issues when trying to compare the versions, which essentially prevents us from using comparison mode between those versions. To work around this issue, our designer only uploads PNG files.

Convenient and easy way to collaborate and consolidate reviews

Ziflow makes the review process so much easier than our old (non-) process. We used to send emails or pdfs or make phone calls (and therefore make hand-written notes). And then send another pdf via email with another version. Everyone would respond with their own email or pdf which would result in conflicting edits and lots of re-work. ziflow makes collaborating on reviews so quick, easy and painless. Everyone can see what what everyone is saying and have conversions about something, resolving issues before they become issues. The ziflow IT team is continually making updates to their program; they rollout new features often which include addressing or resolving issues that we'll request.

Puntos en contra:

There is little I dislike. As a developer I route full websites in ziflow and have little to complain about. This is hands down the best tool I have found to consolidate reviews and notes for a website. Any issues I have encountered are either extremely minor or have been resolved by the ziflow team very quickly. They are very responsive which is great.

My team uses ziflow for our label design proofing process. We love being able to break up the review process into multiple stages-- this allows our designer to upload a proof, our marketing coordinator can review it and the sales rep can approve it before the customer is ever sent a proof. We also like how the comments section works. It allows us to point out or call attention to specific design elements that we want customer feedback on. Last, but not least, I personally appreciate how ziflow gives you updates on the customer's access to the proof. Ziflow shows you once the proof is sent, opened, commented on, and approved by the customer. This is great for my workflow because it allows me to know what kind of follow up message to send our customers who haven't responded for a few days.

Puntos en contra:

The only downsides are that sometimes things act buggy and can run slow for a few hours. Aside from the occasional bug, Ziflow is great and it makes our job much easier by allowing us to simply share and track proofs with our customers.

A Solid Product, but Difficult to Use and Understand

Comentarios: I would rank it as a 6/10. For what it does, it's serviceable and solid. If I had knowledge and understanding of the full capabilities and how to use them, I have no doubt it would be an 8/9.

Creating and routing proofs is incredibly easy and straight forward. Automation of rounds of review and the functionality of what the actual proofing system can do is fantastic. I love that I can upload videos, PDFs, and live websites. As someone in Marketing and Advertising, that is perfect for me.

Puntos en contra:

The additional features included within premium accounts are clunky and I don't fully understand them. I feel like these would be really beneficial to my workflow and processes, but they're hard to figure out and there's no easily accessible tool or tutorial to show me how to maximize the tool. It just feels that there is a whole world of features, customization, and possibilities that I'm unable to access because the instructions and guides are buried deep.

Comentarios: We use Ziflow as a proofing software and as a CYA tool. We have been burned too many times that after something has gone to print, someone finds something wrong and points fingers at Marketing. This allows us to have a complete on-line record of proofs, comments and decisions.

Puntos a favor:

The ease of using Zilfow is what struck me as new user. Very intuitive user tools and interface. Our sales managers and client in the field find viewing proofs very easy and the mark up and commenting is super easy to understand.

Puntos en contra:

The only thing that users miss is the ability to deduct that there are multiple pages in a proof. The back and forth arrows are easy to miss at the bottom of the interface.
