Great product and easy to use

Comentarios: I am very happy with the product our league has selected and would recommend it to any sports team/league who would like to have a clean site with no additional advertising for a reasonable price.

Jersey Watch is easy to use but flexible enough for those who wish to use some coding. The support is exceptional! While trying to figure out what we wanted, the Jersey Watch team was quick to assist me with any questions I had. Since we have been using Jersey Watch, there have been some great features the company has rolled out. I am excited to see what else they add.

Puntos en contra:

I wish they had team standings option but I was able to do a workaround and embed a spreadsheet. It would be nice to have the option to select two teams connected to one event so that I am not have to create the event 2 times and assing to each h team schedule.

Senior Softball League

Comentarios: Verry good and always getting better. Has helped us straemline processes and gain good control of the business side of managing our leagues and tournaments.

Puntos a favor:

Ease of use, professional looking website, online payments and ability to download data for use with Excel reporting. We have used JW for 5 years and really like the continuous improvements we have seen since we initially began to use it.

Puntos en contra:

We have unique reporting needs that require JW data dumps. These are now fully automated to the extent possible and we realize there is no perfect solution for our own desire to see the information in the way we like it. In general, we don't have any serious concerns about the software.

Comentarios: All the above. Loved that I could resign the whole website prior to it going live. This gave me the confidence I could handle the functionality easily.

Maybe a little more website flexibility. Carousel of sponsors is locked at bottom of homepage. Would love to be able to have the ability to highlight them higher as they contribute mightily to our financial success.

Solid platform with room to improve.

Comentarios: Jersey Watch seems like a solid platform so far in our first season with them. Some features are definitely limited, but I can see the potential and with the customer service I've received I believe this team is always looking to improve their product.

The ease of setup was wonderful and continues to be easy to update and manage my website and program. The customer service is top notch; efficient, caring, and always ready to help.

Puntos en contra:

No real reporting functionality and some team management features I would like to have are not available at this time. Registration gets tricky when you many different types of options as it can screw up your limited reporting feature and payment plans.

New User Football/Cheer

Website is a bit clunky and more modules/widgets. Team store user form would be great all year long without using a registration form Create one program and 3 different registrations would be helpful Age limits on what team they can sign up for would be great

Excellent Solution

ability to edit registration and then admin notified parent completed it. ability to split rosters/ teams / grades on messaging and giving a specific coach/ team mom access to thier specific team. Do one call access so I can drop my one call subscription. Ability to take ACH as payment.

Great website/registration for all things to do with your youth league!

We use Jersey Watch for our football/cheer pee wee organization. The ease of setting up registration and a website are perfect! Even someone with little technical background can do it. I love the fact that I can post an announcement to our website and it will also go out as a text and email so all parents are informed. In addition, their customer service is the best. They are quick to answer questions and offer solutions. If they don't have a feature that you want, they will work to make it happen! Jersey Watch has truly made our organization run better!

I wish I could have more types of registrations linked together. I would also like to see the option for various levels of questions (for example, if you answer "yes" to a certain question, it will lead you to a different question).

Comentarios: I am very happy with Jersey Watch, and the support provided by the staff has already convinced me to renew for next year. [sensitive content hidden] is superb!

Support is super. Highly responsive and detailed. That alone is a great reason to use the product. It's so nice not to have to wait weeks for an answer as was the case with a previous product I used.

Puntos en contra:

We would like to post schedules and results for our baseball league and not all the parameters we use are available, such as tie-breakers. We use Excel to perform the functions we need and upload the file as a pdf for now.

Non-Profit Organization

Comentarios: Very nice company. They help at all times. We had one big thing we needed to get fixed. We sent it in, a response was sent back, and it was fixed.

All of your information is on the website. Easy to add things on their that you need to update.

Compared to other website packages that we looked into and tested, Jersey Watch was the cleanest, easiest and quickest to use. The learning curve is pretty much non-existent! The quick "as-you-go"preview lets you fix glitches before they go public. Everything is logical so no "second guessing". The website is easy to maintain and update and, making it all even better, if needed, the Jersey Watch team is ready, willing and able to help. Always good to see them working on new features too!

Puntos en contra:

We do a fair number of group presentations and like to feature photos of them so it would be great to be able to have the photos captioned. (Our photos are all captioned but that information currently doesn't carry onto the web platform.) This isn't a deal-killer as we're embedding short captions right into the photos themselves but that's extra work and everything else is quick and easy!

1. Customer support. Far and away better than our prior provider, Team Snap. 2. Ease of use. Navigating and updating the website, registration and calendar are super easy. 3. graphics. We had a super professional website set up in less than a day 4. Did I mention customer support?! 5. Jersey Watch will work with you to try and make an uncommon request work.

Email and text communications are limited to a specific number/month depending on the package purchased. Would prefer unlimited as we have several user groups.

Wrestling

Comentarios: Makes registering for Tournaments so much easier. It would be cool if it was targeted specifically to a particular sport (ie- wrestling), because I often times have to change things due to the sport lingo (example, wrestlers name other then "players name". Other then that, i really like what you have going.

It is easy to use. Parents can register for events, i can communicate with parents and the easy download to excel is a HUGE help.

Puntos en contra:

The credit card fee's. I would be more willing to pay a higher annual fee from JW, the pay the CC fee. I have to complete an addition budget form just because of the fee's to account for $1.70 from every transaction.

Great product, great staff

Comentarios: Excellent experience for the past two years. Through Covid and everyday requests from parents Jersey watch has made it happen without difficulties.

The software is easy to use. But, in today’s world there is always a special circumstances that requires something outside what the software has set up. The staff has always made a change and made things work for us!!!

Just need to further build out the registration and reporting modules. One idea that could differentiate you from your from other would be the ability to set either grade based registrations or date based ones. For example Football and Baseball typically have age based divisions where Lacrosse/ Baseball typically have grade based division. Being able to set up registration in either configuration would be fantastic. Also having reporting that could be customized and run across multiple divisions would be nice. I was also on the board of our football league and I don't think from a reporting or registration I could utilize this product.

Great company

Comentarios: Very positive experience. We love the ease of use of their system. When we do have an issue it feels as though customer service is sitting right next to me! That’s how quickly we get an answer to what we were asking.

Comentarios: The fact that we don't have to pay someone to edit the website for us, is a huge savings. Can edit from any where.

Uploading documents to the site, is duplication of efforts with uploading to the site and then posting to the area I want it to go.

Best Ever

Comentarios: These guys were so helpful when we signed up one organization that when I ended up volunteering for another organization, I made sure we used them again. They are there when we need them and anytime I had a question, they understood and got us where we needed to be. Both organizations I am a part of still use them and hopefully will continue to do so long after I'm gone.
