Then have a monthly chart for company A showing all my projects to see if I have over lapped them with another project I have going. If they are a small company and can’t service both jobs this would be a problem. Then also a calendar view of the project with as sub trades. The time off tool looks like that could use some work, it would be good to have a company wide vacation option. The ability to make groups of people to assign a task to could be useful. One this I did want to do but was unable to was make a check list. The closest thing to it is to make subtasks but I don't want them to have dates or need hours. I would also like to be able to add information to resources, like contact information, for project specific outside help. Also, a place to add notes on the project itself for customer information and project specs. An option to automatically update the snapshot, say at the end of every day, would be helpful. > > I have only been using this for a day and I am already blown away by how much better this is than even the big name versions like Microsoft's, which is genuinely unusable. I have been entering in my projects and the experience has been smooth and pleasant.
