Comentarios: Game changed. La verdad es que nos ha ayudado a organizar y dar seguimiento a la iglesia, con la comodidad de poder llevar también la contabilidad, todo en un paquete.

Lo fácil de usar y todo los avance que tiene por el precio bajo. es el único apps que he podido encontrar que una iglesia pequeña hispana puede usar, sin que nos dañe la economía.

Realmente todo me gusta, lo que podría decir que menos me gusta es la limitación al enviar un texto en los caracteres, no se si es ChMeetings or Twilio.

Comentarios: I had information in Word and Excel, as I composed year-end giving statements. Now, it's all in one place!

It makes it easy for a pastor at a small church, who wears many hats to manage the giving. Everything is in one place!

Adding additional online giving apps (Tithe.ly and Givelify) would be very helpful for me!

The Best Church Management Software By Far

Comentarios: My experience has been great, super impressed with the customer service from the team. One thing I probably most appreciate is they are always actively releasing new updates to the software and readily embrace suggestions to improve the software wherever possible.

Puntos a favor:

There are many things, but one would be the ease of use of the app builder, very intuitive. And love the feature of the app where members can see their own 'My Giving' report. Also I love the follow-ups feature to effectively monitor and ensure members are receiving the necessary attention with no-one being neglected.

Puntos en contra:

I think the only thing missing to complete the package would be to offer a website too, but maybe with AI tech advancing then this could be introduced later. And I wish the images within the app stretched to the ends of the screen. would give a better appearance.

Needs to be more User Friendly

Comentarios: It's mostly positive. The things it is lacking are not exactly negatives.

The low cost for being able to do what we need it to do. It's a little clumsy and takes extra time to figure things out, but since we can't really afford a more expensive app, it's working for now.

It took time for me to figure out how to navigate the app and often I have to demonstrate to church members how to use it because it's not very intuitive. I would like a message board or chat feature. It would also be nice if members/users could choose upcoming events they would like to be reminded about with a notification or email. I wish there were more inexpensive label printer options compatible with the app. I wish there was a list view that showed both the date and volunteers' names for planning. Being able to print that list/calendar would also be very helpful.

Chmeetings - Simple to learn and use!

Comentarios: It has been very easy to learn to use and show others. I also like how you can print the members' information and make it into a directory. This makes creating a directory for your church simple too!

I really like how simple it is to keep track of all of our members of the congregation. It is easy to add new members or take away when needed as well. Chmeetings has also made it so easy to keep track of members' tithings. I used to put them into an excel spreadsheet, but this is so much simpler! And when it comes to tax time, everything is all added up already and I just have to print them! Chmeetings has made keeping track of members and their information much easier!

I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.

Ultimate platform especially for small-medium church

Comentarios: It's been a smooth, seamless, cost-effective transition. We didn't skip a beat transferring over from our previous platform, which was costing us over five times more.

For a smaller church like ours, it does everything that more expensive options did for us before, at a fraction of the cost. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it includes all the essential features and more. Many users can have the app in their own language on their device, and that makes a big difference in an urban, multicultural church.

We have no complaints at all. We have no negative feedback to share at this point.

Comentarios: Overall, this is a very good software with mobile application support that helps us in managing our church requirements.

This software helps us to easily record members' profile, groupings between regulars and not regulars, online forms, and most of all, tracking of weekly Worship attendance via mobile application

Options for flexibility in reporting. There are reports that I am not able to find.

Comentarios: I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.

The possibilities are endless and affordable. We are a small church; however, booking is essential for any size church. Chmeetings allows us to tap into a system that allows growth and expansion.

Once the date is selected while keying; at times, it will revert to the present date instead of remaining on the date initially keyed.

The account function is still new so it taking a bit to figure out but so far I dont see any negatives about it.

Simple church CRM tool

Comentarios: Simple and straightforward solution for church communication, management and online giving.

Puntos a favor:

Text broadcasts, intuitive app building platform, responsive customer service and the fact that they are frequently adding features and improvements.

Puntos en contra:

Giving platform lacks a few features, such as text-to-give and setting up ACH donations through Plaid. Also, their merchant services provider, Stripe, has a 6 month initiation period during which time deposits can take a week or more, but that's clearly beyond the control of Chmeetings.

Going from Good to Exceptional

Comentarios: This software is uncomplicated and easy to use. We particularly like the Follow-Up feature. ChMeetings has most of the essential features we need and none of the features we don't need. Their customer support team is wonderful. They have worked very hard to add features that are important for managing our membership of almost 3,000 households across two community organizations. Many of our households have minimal computer skills, so having a viewer-friendly interface is very important. Unlike some organizations, it is important for us to show that the focus is on caring for people. We don't sell products or try to raise significant amounts of money.

Customer Support! ChMeetings has a very responsive support and development team. The features that they didn't have were due to be released within 3 months and were actually introduced one month ahead of schedule. And at the same time, when I emailed them about an idea that would make our management of 3,000 households easier and they made the more that one of the changes in less than 24 hours. As for features they are currently working on, they keep me updated on their progress. I feel like they are my personal software development company.

Since one of our organizations is less than a month old, I am still working out the operational structure of the organization in general. That said, tutorial videos for ChMeetings might have provided some of the instructions that would have made my understanding of the software easier. ChMeetings is currently creating tutorial videos which should be available this summer.

Great app with fair plans

Comentarios: Using Chmeetings is easy and allows everything to be automated on the events such as repeating events. It is a fantastic app with a fair price.

The app works just like the website so the changes that can be made online can be made on the phone.

Some actions are limited and harder to find such as adding new families.

What an absolute gem of a product

Comentarios: It has been so easy to use and it is something I use most days! it is also great with the phone app to have contact details for everyone at the tip of my fingers

To be honest, we like all the options we have so far used. This app helps in every way and is especially useful in a small congregation where there is limited staff members. Simple and Powerful

ChMeetings is a very simple system, but not simplistic! It is super-easy to get started (user-friendly!) and to make use of the features that are most important to a church.As we grow, we will use more of what's available. It is very scalable, fast, and has most of the features any Church Management Software could provide.Also, the developers are very committed to improving and adding features, which I can personally vouch for. I have made a number of suggestions for improvement, and many have already been implemented. Again, a fantastic software tool to use.

That's a tough question. The only thing I can think of is that, at the current time, there is no Room Booking feature. We would love to use ChMeetings for more of our administrative tasks, but I'm sure that is being worked on.
